Always great nails and pedicure for great prices! I don’t even live near here anymore but I have tried nail salons elsewhere and I just believe it is worth the time , gas, and traffic to come here. So I gave up on my area and came back today to REMOVE the nails I had done in Katy and have them done right! They are also pretty fast about getting your services done but still doing a really great job at the same time. Good shape, good technique and they last and look fabulous EVERY time not just sometimes … if you haven’t been you need to!

Me and my daughter went the lady that worked on me a good job but the lady that worked on my daughter did a bad job. My daughter was very upset 😡.

They do a good job on the nails but their prices are not consistent, I guess each nail tech has their OWN prices. I returned a few times to give them the benefit of the doubt and each time the price changed for the exact same set. I showed them the charges to my card and pictures of the same set just different colors and still no one could give me an answer to why the price was different so for that reason I will not be returning.

This place is so pretty, big and has so many color options! This time I got Abby and she is definitely going to my designated nail lady! She was so nice and did such a GREAT JOB on my nails! Most of the other nail techs I’ve been to have done a good job too but I really enjoyed her and her vibes. She made sure her work was perfect and looked good all in a timely manner! I called before arriving and specifically asked the difference of what the lady was offering over the phone and told her I wanted “POWDER” on my nails… arrive and the lady is going back and forth with me and calling me a liar saying I asked for nail polish on my hands…… she then tells me NO POWDER🙄 however the guy that did my toes was perfect and sweet!

Ive given this place many chances .1) I went in for a refill . The nail set I had on needed to be taken off , it had gotten too old. Time for a fresh set. The nail tech used a another fake nail to pop off the nail I had on and in the process ran it so far into my weak nail bed that I started to bleed . No apology just a .. “it happens kinda attitude” Even at check out when explained what happened the attitude was “oh well”. No real concern for my finger. I stopped going to this place for awhile after that2) After some time I decided to give this place another shot .. (it’s close to my house ). Went in for a refill , I wanted to add a simple design that the nail tech didn’t feel comfortable doing and tried to talk me into something else . We met in the middle but in the end I left with something I didn’t want and I had acrylic stuck under several of my nails and on the edges of my cuticles . Like what !?!?3) and my absolute last time . The nail technicians always seem annoyed when you only want a basic pedicure . It’s so unprofessional! And every time it’s different . I’ve gotten it with a massage and some decided they just don’t want to massage you at all . But this is what did it for me . I wanted to have my real nails cut down , they had gotten too long . The nail tech, without asking me how short I wanted them , just decided cut them. Now they are sooooo short and I HATE THEM . I wanted to cry !! Not really but I am super annoyed and frustrated. While doing my pedicure there was no communication from the pedicurist, the customer service was awful. She seemed to get upset just because I did a basic pedicure which is not professional at all. The massage I received felt as if she was trying to take my leg off. The attitude was terrible when I said whatever she was doing was hurting. The utensils that were used seemed to be dirty, not giving this place a chance again. I got white shellac and instead of cleaning off my edges, she smudged the polish and I have white stains on my toes now.Update: Henry (owner) called and apologized for the inconvenience, the fast response was amazing. I usually have another salon I go to but I got out of work late and came here because they close at 8. I saw it had good reviews too. I called to make sure they would have time to do acrylic nails and they said yes. When I got there it seemed well staffed and very nice. I got sat with a lady that was in a rush to leave which I understand but she did my nails so fast that I feel like if she took her time they would’ve been perfect. She did good for being fast but the thickness is uneven which I can personally see. I also feel like the matte finished could’ve been two coats but she only did one to save time. All she did was cut my nails. I usually have some cuticle clean up and a few other things to make it seem nice. She was nice and did her job I just wish she took her time. I got charged 35$ but I feel like I could’ve gotten more with that.

The only place I trust to recreate the designs I want. They go above and beyond to perfect any picture you show them of how you want your mani, great place overall! I currently live out of state and have yet to find a nail salon that does nails like this salon. I always wait to be back in town to get my nails done

Worst place ever!!! Especially when it come to the prices , I don’t mind spending money on pedicures. But they charge fees for everything for no reason. I wouldn’t mind if everything was clean but tools seemed like they weren’t clean and I should’ve left but I gave the benefit of the doubt. Ridiculous!!!!! They charged me $40 just to wash my feet and change the color of my nails!After waiting 20 min for someone to come, the lady literally just clips my toe nails then paints them! Its very relaxing all so this is not my first time there I started going there 12 years ago bring mY daughter thier to get her first set of fake nails put on that what I call it .it was daddy way make her happy but any its even back then its was very clean and very nice people thier they treat you with respect the tools they used alway come close in a seal package they open it up in front of you so you know its clean and safe.but now daughter grow up so now her and her mother goes thier now me sometimes with wife

My girlfriend went to this place asked for a $30 pedicure. Her card was then charged $48.Called back to talk the manager,and they refused to let me speak to Henry.They also refused to refund money.Lucky my girlfriend checked the tranaction.SCAMMERS!!!!!BE AWARE OF BEING OVERCHARGED. So my daughter (10) and I stopped by to get our eyebrows waxed. They were good. Great shaping and quick. Both my daughters just got their nails painted $5 ea for the longer lasting nail polish it would have been $10 ea. I left 4 stars because I didnt get my nails done and they kinda just left us there without saying anything until I just told my girls to get up so we could go after their nails were painted.

Just went to get nails done. The nail tech in booth 9 was very pushy for what she wanted to do not what I wanted. Only showed me two colors to choose from out of the colors that they had. Very unsatisfied.Follow upI went back in as I was told by Henry the owner. I talked to him a couple of days before the freeze and told him I wasnt coming in until the weather got better. He agreed. The weather got better but I had busted pipes and hadnt been been able to get in. I went in , there was no tracking info soMr Henry denied talking to me. Poor management.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE 5 STARS!!!I paid $180.00 for 2 Pedicures and 2 Chalac Manicures and the job was horrible.The chalac gloss is lumpy and missing on spots.The young girl doing my nails just slapped some oil, asked me to wash my hands and left by the time I came back to the table.BUT WHATS MORE INFURIATING IS THE FACT THAT THEY WAXED HALF MY EYEBROW OFF.When I asked to get my eyebrows done, they sent THE SAME GIRL.She waxed my brows and said okay you can go. I asked for a mirror and she told me to go to the walls mirror.She acted dumbfounded and didnt even offer an apology.I stated I will not pay for the eyebrow and they tried to fix it by offering a bottle of lotion.I come here every 2 weeks. Ladies have bad attitudes when they’re told what they are doing is not what you wanted. Had to redo my nails do to them being crooked. Nails look tacky. Are bumpy. Honestly looks dirty like she just gave up after a while. Do not recommend this place.

Firstly let me say Last September was the last time I got my nails done. Im really not into them but let me tell you about this experience. So Ms Linda did my feet and she took her time with them. She was the best hands down. I did one of the aroma hot oil treatments and it was the best. Mrs. Nancy did my hands and throughout the whole hour she spoke to me making sure I knew what I was getting, she made me feel really comfortable and as she was perfecting my nails I just kept saying I love them. I will definitely be back across town for those two ladies!!

I’ve had good and bad experiences at this location. The only bad experiences I’ve had is with the nail tech at station ten. ( 2nd row towards the back, at the very end ). As soon as I seen her approach me I was disappointed it was her but didn’t request someone else so I wouldn’t offend her. She never agrees with what I want to do for myself which is none of her concern and her pricing is always higher than other nail tech. She is not bad at her job, she just has bad vibes and I always leave dissatisfied because I end up doing more so what she suggests rather then what I want because she’s very pushy. She even babysits the front counter with the cashier when I’m done as if she’s waiting for her undeserved tip.

I when last week for my shellac but after 4 day’s my nail polish started to peling and the color was uneven, so this morning i call and the manager was so nice i told me to go back to fixing it with no charge, thank you to Kim she did an amazing job.

I do not recommend it, I have gone twice, do my nails and pedicure, but no more, the girl from number one and the one from # 1 and # 17, they are rude I only have time on Sunday afternoon and they are desperate to leave that They do not do a good job, they hold your hands as if they want to break your fingers, and they damaged my skin with the polishing machine, I have observed that they do not disinfect their tools, on two occasions I have had to tell them when they do pedicures

On October 14th at 5 pm I arrive to request acrilic nails after waiting 50 minutes and the lady pass 2 people before me and was for acrylic nails.Finally one lady ask me what I need I show a picture of my design. That was blue with white and silver line with 1 flower on a side. And she say NO we dont do this. And just walk to the lady at the desk and start talking. So I left.Very bad service to the client.I dont recommend this place.On the pictures show nice designs even difficult that my request I dont believe this pictures are true.Before pandemic I was a client there I go every 2 weeks and the personnel was better. If they cant do something they suggest another thing they can do.But today was a complete lost of time.

This is the worst place to get your eyelash extensions! I got the individual eyelashes and the glue came off and started cracking after 3 days!! I went back to the salon and they literally started saying I didnt get them done a there. I asked for them to just have them removed without getting them redone. The lady told me she would NOT redo my lashes anyways because she was offended. She put the eyelash remover on my lashes and started literally raking my eyelashes tearing out my own lashes. The lady refused to give me her name. This is the first and last time I will EVER come back to this place!

Wanted a simple manicure and pedicure. You are shown a laminated card with some services and new prices written over old ones. You receive this card when you are in the chair and your feet are wet. I have been there before but I was not having it today. Im not interested in Lets Make A Deal or guess what I am going to charge you to get your hands and feet done today. No stars no service.

Then they try and force me to use oil, youre applying oil to an OPEN PORE hence the white bumps people get afterwards, I specifically ask for alcohol and they try to use oil anyway, I had to literally grab the ladies hand and move it and tell her ALCOHOL only, Ive been doing this since 2007 to my eyebrows! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS FOR WAXINGS! They try to tell you how you should get your eyebrows vs how you actually want them and harm you in the process!

The last 2 times have been a hit or miss here. On Friday I came and got a dip manicure and by Sunday the top clear coat had started to chip off. I had read on a past review the owner commented that services are guaranteed within 3 days of service. Since I was still within my 3 days I went back and just wanted a top coat on the nails that were messed up, re-touching on every nail was not necessary, but she basically grabbed my hand and stated she already started so it was too late....I was asked if I remembered who did my service Friday. I looked to where the station I was sitting was and no one was there, plus people have masks on so I can’t really point out a face. I come here often and I had not seen the nail tech from Friday before. Since I didn’t see the person who did my service I was told I had to pay $5......The employees do not have name tags by the way. So if you get a service make sure to go out of your way to ask your nail techs name.

Yes they get u pretty quick. But the lady that did my nails. Didnt do a good job. She kept not wanting to paint the side of my nails. And they already look like they need redone. It makes me mad wanted pretty nails for my birthday and they look terrible.

Their staff is very rude. I definitely don’t recommend this place anymore. I used to go frequently but haven’t been in a while and now that I went again the quality of their service has gone down very much. My nail tech was rushing through doing my nails and was very rude. Beware!!! Bad wax job! Bad service!Got my face waxed n got burned!I attended a big fabulous gypsy destination wedding Nov 29, 2018. To prepare for the wedding and look my best, I bought n started a skin regimen for my face. Twelve hours before my flight out to NY for the wedding, I decided to get my nails done. Conveniently to save time, I decided to get my face waxed after the nail technician recommendation. I don’t usually get waxed n I do have a high pain tolerance so I didn’t think much of it when my face felt like it was on fire during n after. Tech didn’t offer to show me results n while paying, she offered me a free bottle of lotion, I asked why with no response. I left to Walmart when someone commented on my face, I then looked in the mirror to witness the HORROR!!! I worked so hard to try to perfect my skin n applied multiple serums day n night but now got RUINED by this bad wax job! My face looked horrible n I was in pain! I immediately bought burn creme n Neosporin with pain relief n pain meds and went about my trip to NY for the first time. My trip selfies were ruined, I looked n felt ugly n didn’t want to take pics. I bought an expensive dress, shoes, coat, etc for this wedding for NOTHING! As soon as I got back, I started calling lawyers n called manager. Manager advised me to seek medical help n his insurance will cover it. He called me back n apologized n offered to refund my money or get store credit and asked if I already received lotion. He also tried to blame it on a skin reaction but she clearly didn’t do her job right n it wasn’t some sort of allergic reaction.I felt like this was negligence on their part. Not only did she hurt me, but she let me walk out of there without acknowledging incident or apologizing. I paid n left tip when she hurt me. If I only knew!Overall, VERY BAD wax job n negligence n will offer u a bottle of lotion to make it right when an incident happens or customer is unsatisfied.Don’t trust them to wax ANYTHING! Today was my first time at this nail salon and it will not be my last! Hannah did my pedicure, she was very pleasant to speak to and I love it! I narrowed my color choices down to 2 colors and she picked the one she like and I love how it turned out! Van did my dip color and my waxing service! She did amazing on both and was nice the entire time. The atmosphere was very clean and the music was a nice touch as well!

I love this shop. I have been a faithful client for over 10 years. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the customer service is excellent. If you’re looking for quality and good service I am recommending this shop. The owner Henry is superb, just tell him I recommended you.

Got pedicure June 8th I forgot which one but it was like 30 dollars I told the guy I wanted white shellac so that was 10 dollars more it’s been 2 weeks already and the polish seems like it was regular polish and not shellac I have gotten shellac at other places and it last up to a month looking good no point of charging 10 extra dollars if the “shellac” which is suppose to last more than regular polish does not do the job

I hate doing bad reviews, but not happy/satisfiedSo Ive been coming to this nails salon for close to 3-4 years now. Get my nails and eyebrows done here. Friendly staff, clean place great atmosphere. But today just was not a good day. I went in to get henna stain off my nails because I work in the fast food industry and I couldnt get it off on my own. The lady got it all off, but I was also there to get my eyebrows waxed while my friend was getting a pedicure. I ended up waiting for over an hour, no one came up to ask/take me, and tried to pay for what she did so I can leave and go home because we just got off of work. Turns out I was apparently forgotten, and the guy tried to find someone to quickly do my eyebrows but everyone was busy and my friend had to go home. So not super happy with todays experience, what so ever, even if they didnt make me pay for her buffing my nails to get the stain off.

I always enjoyed coming here. They treated me well and my pedicure last long. But now since after the pandemic it’s a longer wait. You need to sign in and they call you on your cell when ready. I didn’t have time to wait 45min.

Went here on a Saturday, April 27th, around 11am before my prom that night and am still completely surprised today! For my first time getting acrylics, I can say that the experience was undoubtedly amazing. The women who work here are super kind, and greet you as soon as you walk in. It didn’t take much time to be seated with a nail tech, and mine was super fast plus thorough! The service was very quick, affordable and my nails look absolutely amazing! Prom was so much fun and the compliments were plenty—my grandma still talks about my nails the day after. 10/10 will be returning for future upcoming events!

This place was quick and had a lot of color options. Everyone was nice, but my nail tech was insanely rough with the drill. It hurt like hell! I was wincing the entire time he was using it on my nail beds. My nails were already weak; he should have been soaking off my polish instead of using the drill. Will not be coming back.

This place had a nice and clean atmosphere. I asked for them to do marble on one of my nails the nail tech I got didn’t know how to do it. So I just decided to get one color, she did my nails thick they’re lumpy they also look like she didn’t file them correctly to get the shape right, after she finished it seemed like a couple of my nails had the wrong size tip. It was already getting late I had gotten off work and I was exhausted I asked for a pedicure when I got there also and the lady was rough she was in a rush and it was horrible she didn’t even completely do everything with the package I got. Would never come again, I came here because the reviews were good and they’re open late.

Great service whenever I go!

Spent $100 at this place for my nails and toes and two of my shellac toes have already peeled off & two of my nails have came off and half of them are so loose! and yesterday made a week I got my nails done.I called to let them know and the lady told me If I didnt go the same day or next they would not fix them for me. That really pisses me off considering I spent a lot of money here and my job hours conflict with their hours. I would save your money and go elsewhere.

I walked in right before they closed and they still serviced me, didnt rush at all. Ladies did a wonderful job on nails and feet. They do upsell a lot so verify prices beforehand. Ive noticed they are more expensive but you get what you pay for. The quality of service is worth it and I witnessed one lady cleaning and wiping down everything. I will definitely go back.

So I came across this little place because it was close to my house. I am a technician myself however I don’t practice much anymore I have a busy schedule so I thought I stop by to get my toes and nails done because I needed it for and event coming up, I was very skeptical of the cleanliness and all due to the location however that was not the issue at all. I got a pedicure with gel colors the ladies knew how to paint my toes correctly and the gel did last me a while. My fullset was cute. Shape was exactly what I wanted and as well as the length. I did mention to the tech that my nails lifts easier so he did pay attention to that detail and drill better around the cuticles. The only only small little detail that Bothered me was the gentleman that did my nails did not drill underneath the nails to clean the leftover powder from the bottom. The prices was unbeatable so can’t really knit pick at everything LOL. I like this place definitely cosmetologist approved. Will be going here as my second place when I’m too busy with my schedules.

My the lady that did my feet was amazing..I got some honey and milk treatment..now the lady that did my nails horrible theres air bubbles in my nails also she did not file down my nails like a ask her Im just saying if Im paying almost 200.00 I just definitely get what I asked for period!! Ive been twice.. first lady did a wonderful job, went back for a fill and she was on vacation. Had another lady fill my nails and they looked horrible. The man said free is unhappy but its a lie.. dont fall into their trap.. I went in hoping the first tech was back and he said she doesnt work there anymore.. I left without having any other tech touch my nails.. this place is horrible and the man is rude and pushy

The new management is very much better , I’ve been coming off and on for years . Since the new management I come get my nails lashes and pedicure done here permanently .... For lashes Ask for Wendy :) ..... the staff is friendly, clean , new look , and comfortable pedicure chairs.... I recommend come try the new experience.... !

Excellent service. The technicians all do such wonderful jobs. Nails are long lasting and dont chip easily. Highly recommend.
