Helen is a wonderful tech and does a fabulous job. She has been doing my nail for well over three years and I’m what you would consider “picky”… lol. Professional and always gives that added attention to detail!

This is the best place I’ve gotten my nails done in Houston. They’ve done a fantastic job every time I’ve visited. They even managed to fix a botched acrylics set I got done at a different business. Prices are fair, and they offer a variety of services. 5% discount if you pay in cash!10/10 would recommend.

Helen @Vivi nails never disappoints. Me and my girls enjoy the and clean atmosphere. We never have to wait. My youngest daughter is all about the cutest design and all Helen needs is a pic and she creates what you ask.

I actually really appreciated my experience here at Vivi Nails. It was a very busy Saturday so I called ahead to see what the current wait time would be. I was given information and told that they would be able to accommodate me immediately.I was paired with Zoe (unsure of the exact spelling of her name). She was an amazing technician. Her attention to detail was everything! She completed my shellac mani and regular pedi with care and attentiveness. I have long nail beds and she was understanding of me wanting my nails cut and filed as short as possible. I will definitely return and be sure to schedule an appointment to request Zoe.

Highly recommend ViVi nails. The space is relaxing, very clean and the quality of the service is excellent. Helen is phenomenal and her attention to detail is fantastic. I am VERY picky about my nails so trust me when I say, you will not be disappointed.

Loved the technique, the precision, the accommodation, and the atmosphere!. The outcome is exactly what I wanted. Might make this my go to place. The only thing I didnt like was the fact that the nail machine was not cleaned; like the nail dust was all over her attachments.

I’m excited to say that this establishment is definitely worth visiting. The service I received from the ladies was pleasant and I will be a returning customer!!

Shellac after just 3 days looks horrible! For 57 dollars no thank you. Staff is amazing, location is clean but the lady that did my nails I didnt like them.

I came here so many time and last time I with Cathy . She did my nails and she’s really rude, she talked bad about her coworkers, only her here good …. But she is absolutely not good at all. I nicely tell her to stop and she keeps talking and mean. I leave the review here until the owner gets it, and I won’t be back until she leaves

I was a walk-in and was greeted and waited less than 5 minutes on a Tuesday at around 1130. The place is nicely decorated and cool and clean inside. Everyone is very polite and the service is relaxing. I had the shellac pedicure. If you pay cash theres a 5% discount. They have lots of colors available, even in shellac, and carry the premier OPI line as well as a few others.

Ive been going to Viva Nails for 8 months now. I have the pleasure of Annie whom does my nails and other services. She is GREAT!!! She is fast, does a great job on my nails and she is such a wonderful person. Everyone to works there are terrific also.

I went in to get my nails done. I had three people come ask me what color I wanted and walk away. Then I told the technician that I wanted the exact same style I currently had but in a different color. She told me that it would be $5 extra. I said okay but then she said she couldn’t do the style. She got up and went to the register leaving me at the chair for 15 minutes. After 45 minutes, I still do not have my nails done and will have to go somewhere else because I can’t wait any longer. This is by far the worst nail shop in Houston.

Lilly did any amazing job on my pedicure!!! Most definitely will be back

My sister and I always go every month for solar powder nails. 💅If you have an issue, just call them or give them a visit. They will nicely work with you to fix any problems because they want us to be happy with every visit. This is why I always drive 40mins to do my nails with them. Ive been going to this place since December 2018 and been getting my nails done with Solar Powder. They always do a great job and take their time. Im always greeted when I come in. They take walk-ins but you should make appointments that way youre not waiting and get the tech you want. I recommend this place.

I’m being generous with a three star review. I’ve come to this salon a few times already but I’ve noticed it’s a hit or miss depending on who is the technician. Some do an excellent job but today one of the elderly ladies didn’t do a great job. I asked her to scrub my feet more and she said she tried but didn’t want to make me bleed. I could still see a lot of dead skin...u can’t make someone bleed with a foot scrubber. Also the other lady who did my manicure didn’t clean underneath my nails and left polish on my skin plus she didn’t file well and to top it off she made me bleed for sure. She had the audacity to ask me if it hurt. Like everyone else I work hard for my $$ and won’t accept anything but the best job. Won’t be coming back here again .

Love this nail salon. The atmosphere is relaxing and they have complimentary drinks which is nice. Helen did My nails and I loved them. Nail art can sometimes be tricky but she did a good job and was really nice about fixing the design when I didnt like something about it until I was satisfied.

I have 2 fake toenails and they are difficult to get correct. He does such an awesome job! I love this place even more because of him. I think he is the reason for all the new and better changes.

I paid $100 for a refill and basic pedicure. The lady that did my nails made them super clumpy and thick. When I asked her to fix them, she said that next time I should ask for them to be thinner and earlier in the process. I had to ask 3 times to get them fixed. After the 3rd time, she began speaking in her language to other employees and all of a sudden I had all eyes on me. Super uncomfortable. Now I have to go pay another nail salon to fix my nails. Super unprofessional. I will not be going back ever!

Very welcoming and relaxing environment. The tech did a great job and did what I asked. I told her my nails were weak and thin so she put extra layers of gel on to strengthen and thicken them. I will definitely be going back.

Annie did my full set & she did an absolutely great job. She helped me choose the color & I ended up getting the color she had on her nails which I LOVE. Also she did my Cofen shape really well. The lady that did my toes also did a great job! Def recommend and will be back to see Annie!

This place is awesome. I went in there for a pedicure and I needed 2 fake nails on my big toes and in the past at other nail places it is so difficult to get 2 big toe nails to look the same and natural. Vivi did an awesome job. A middle aged man did my fake nails he was so professional and gave excellent customer service. My only issue was I had problems understanding the lady that checked me out and I thought she had added one of the tips (should have been 2) but realized after she did not and this man definitely deserved a tip. Next time I will bring cash for my tip and it will be a healthy tip. I will definitely be a return customer. Thank you ViVi for taking such good care of me.

Helen usually does my nails but was off today so I was a little nervous ... but Leigh Leigh made me feel so comfortable and is always so sweet to my daughter and myself . Just moved to the area and I had a great first time experience here! Everyone was welcoming and kind. They helped me pick a color, that I loved, and even made a cute design that turned out nice for the holidays. Got to drink a glass of wine and was in and out in no time! Will Def go back.

Atmosphere was relaxing however it does not compensate for the poor job on my mani-pedi. Nail tech messed my shellac up with the curing machine touching my nail and she never retouched it. Also, theres huge lumps of acrylic under the nails which is very tacky and unsightly. It gives the nails a dirty appearance. I paid over 70 dollars. They do not have a price list which is very inconvenient. I will not be returning.

My mom and I each got the deluxe pedicure here and it was great! Cost was reasonable, and the pedicure came with exfoliating scrub, lotion, massage, a drink, and the basic pedi options. Its a small, quiet place which was nice. And when they did our leg massage they turned down the lights to create a better ambiance. Overall very relaxing and well worth the visit. Will come here again for my nail needs!

The quality of the service I received was excellent.I was quite disappointed at the number of employees that wore masks incorrectly or were not wearing masks at all. Although most clients wore masks, some were not required to wear masks.

Helen did such a good job on my refill! She really fixed the shape of my nails and did a beautiful ombré just like I asked! I’m never going to Texas nails again! They don’t shape acrylic well and also can’t do ombré well at all

Cuticle nicked ,bubbled paint (never had that) The person doing my nails was up and down doing other things the entire time I was there for three hours my daughter was getting her nails done as well and they actually cut her finger so many things I can say about this place that are not good

Only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 is because I like my nails. Yesterday I decided to give this nail salon a try after passing it several times. I called early yesterday morning to see if they did walk ins or appointments only. The lady on the phone said they do both. I used my better judgement and set an appointment because I knew my time is limited as is. I set an appointment for NOON!!!! I arrived at the salon at 11:57AM. I was told to check in and wait a few mins (cool because I was I was 3 mins early no biggie). That few mins turned into 20 minutes waiting. Someone FINALLY came over and got me in a chair. I was handed some powder colors to choose from and waited another 15 minutes before someone came to get started. It’s more to this but moral of the story is IF I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT DONT HAVE ME WAITING!! HAVE SOMEONE READY TO SERVICE ME AT MY APPOINTMENT TIME!!!!!!! I DIDNT LEAVE THAT SALON UNTIL AFTER 2 PM AND I ARRIVED BEFORE 12!!!! 😡😡

Vivis is the best nail salon ever. Ive been going for six months and everyone there takes great care to do your nails perfectly.

I have been coming here for years and I just paid $140 for what should have been a $25 pedicure and two $35 full sets. The sets were both powder and I was charged $47. She went over the bill with me and said I paid $38 dollars for the pedicure because I got shellac (which I always get) and it’s an extra $5. Maybe I can’t do math but something seems off. They alao charged $5 to remove my old nails — a charge I’ve never incurred before. Warning — If you’re a regular make sure you ask just in case your usual has gone up in price. I realize we are all suffering from covid but a notice regarding price changes would be appreciated before services are rendered. I will not be returning so I hope they enjoy the extra $35 dollars they overcharged me.

What a great place: the staff is super attentive and welcoming. I am a regular customer and just had my manicure and pedicure done for my date. High quality, affordable, highly recommended.

Tools are opened in front of you, spacing was more than accommodating. Plexi glass between seats and employees were wearing PPE. Temp check and masks are required. Still had the welcoming and relaxing environment as always.
