My new nail shop and I just love Mia she’s amazing!!!

Oh my goodness oh I never have been pampered before like this in my tire life I had my feet did they did my hands and I am a man it felt so genuine. I dont have no pretty feet but it felt so good put my foot in that hot water and they put something in that water it started to bubbling massaging my feet oh my God and they did this to hands in a bag oh my goodness it was so warm had me smooth when they finish. I love this place! I’ve used two different nail techs and both were amazing! I will say that they do tend to offer services without telling you that there’s an up-charge, so always ask before agreeing to something they offer. Otherwise, it’s clean, staff is nice, and my nails are always beautiful.

These people here are the best professional and affectionate nails technicians I’ve ever seen. Their passionate about the jobs are very admirable. The owner will always care about your satisfaction. 💯💯💯 definitely come back.

Absolutely loved coming here as a first time client. The establishment was very clean and I was able to be seen right away. My service was QUALITY! I came in for a pedicure and then upgraded to a deluxe predicure. My technician was Tracy! She was super kind and very patient. She consulted with me about my wants before even servicing me which I definitely appreciated. I came in with overly bulky overlay on my toes and she really took her time to correct it for me and the results turned out VERY natural. I absolutely enjoyed my service and definitely will be returning back here soon!

They offered to design my nails but then couldn’t do the actual design. One of the staffers seemed to be more interested in taking shots with other clients then actually helping the rest of the staff. Definitely not the service you get at the original location.

Lovely, clean, precise, and serious! I’ve been going to this nail shop for 6 months and they give me exactly what I asked for and more every single time. My nail have been perfect and have lasted extremely long every set as well. All of their techs are fairly skilled and all have pleasant attitudes. So happy I found them!

Great place, great,fast service... the only thing I would sugest would be to let them know how you want your nails trimmed or filed, otherwise they will cut them too short. Other than that, I have nothing but good things to say! (-: they have every color you can imagine! In shellac, or anything you want. Hot wax was awesome!

Went there for mani and pedi for me and a couple of my friends and paid $250 for this service! Picture taken hours after I got my nails. Not happy at all.

I don’t make scenes in business and my facial expressions told it all. Im all for variations but this is why i will only stick to and recommend Nail Life Studio down the street on westheimer. &&& to tell me after i clearly wasn’t satisfied “ oh we didnt have that color” tuh! Save your money and go down the street. Word of mouth will kill your business, just a word of advice to the owner.

I am visiting from Miami and was serviced by Sean he really killed my nails , and was so precise and quick offered complimentary services great with communication , and did my nails so good better then the picture I showed him his customer service is elite I barely write reviews so you know he was the bomb ! I will be back !

Tammy did a really great job on my pedicure. She took her time and did an amazing job on my toes. Didn’t rush at all and has gave me one of the best pedicure services!!

I’ve come here the last 3 months and they have been great! Usually Hannah helps me out, the never fall out (not even the gems!), never chip, super delicate ladies, cool atmosphere and great service!

I have been a customer since moving to Houston in 2017 and I had to admit from my previous nail salons that I’ve been a member of, this one is by far my favorite. Very professional and great customer service! Their services truly match their prices ..my norm of shellac on my full set is about $50 and the deluxe pedi is I believe $45-50. Check them out

I Really love this place. My Nail Tech , Jenny , takes her time and does a really close to perfect job on my hands and feet. The Manager is great at remembering names and always greets everyone with a smile and bit of conversation.I can refer you to all Nails Techs in the salon but a gentleman that I forgot the name , is quite so pro in designs . Highly recommended !

I loved my experience here with Taylor and Matt. My nails always came out perfect. The shop is big, clean, and I don’t have to wait that long. This is my perfect nail spot because I drive 30-45 minutes to get there. I will be back because they are so friendly which make it easier for me. Such an amazing salon! Will definitely be back.

I really loved this place. They offer mimosas or the beverage of your choice while they are doing your nails. It’s been about a week and a half and I still love my color and the fact that. Doing my nails here has made my nails healthy and given me the opportunity to use my real nails with dip.

So I normally go to the original Grand Lux, but decided to give the Dunvale location a second chance since it is closer. The nail tech kept burning my nail beds and I jumped a few times. He Started to warn me, I’m going to burn you but you’ll be ok. That’s enough said, I didn’t even know how to respond at first I thought he was joking but he repeated himself several times while on a different nail.

I understand the need to be careful during quarantine but they overcharged me for my nails. I asked for my nails to be repainted in shellac and have 1....let me repeat, ONE nail replaced bc it broke ( I had my nails done at another location 4 days prior to my visit). I was charged $35 along with a 15 min wait and I even left a $5 tip.

I absolutely love this salon. It’s the only salon in Houston that when you bring a picture of what you want your nails to look like they will deliver exactly that. The last you over a month with out any nails breaking in that period of time. The prices here a reasonable they are not over price like other reviews say. They’re very professional, cleans and worth it so I don’t mind paying their prices, if you don’t want to just go somewhere else 🤗Other than that I love this place.

This place is great, but no matter what artist I get, my nails still come out not near perfect. I think people should aim for perfection every time; especially for the prices. I will say it is part my fault for not making sure it is perfect.

The salon itself is beautiful, and the customer service is great. I’ve gotten my nails done here before, and it was the best set I’ve ever had. Today, on the other hand, I got a full set with powder. I like my acrylics, don’t get me wrong, but two of my nails were crooked even after I asked the nail tech to fix them. I came home and fixed the minor mess up. Anyways, I do love the salon and I’d definitely come back because I feel so pampered when I do come in there, but I think I’d only get a deluxe pedicure there, because the pedicure they gave me was so heavenly. Take in mind, I usually always do my own deluxe pedis but I didn’t touch my feet for over two or 3 months, so when I got this pedi done today, it was life changing. Definitely do their deluxe pedis, well worth the money. Great prices, nice service, but nail techs can vary on which is good and which isn’t so find the one you love. Also, complimentary drinks.

I came here because of the high reviews, and I have a family that comes here as well. Got there and it was busy. They couldn’t even give me an estimate on time. I decided to wait, went to the restroom, then was skipped. I saw someone come in for an appointment and they weren’t even ready for her. I’ll just continue getting my nails done in Sugar Land honestly.

Very overpriced. Yes they do a pretty good job but the prices are outrageous. They also charged my 9 year old 75 dollars for a manicure and pedicure which is absolutely crazy. They also coaxed us into getting the pedicure and put her feet in the chair and told is we had to because we already started even though they were confusing her. I paid over 200 and really am disappointed

My first experience at Grand Luxe Nail Lounge today was perfect! Upon entering, I was immediately greeted and I noticed that they had a great number of nail techs available which allowed services to flow smoothly. There was no wait time, but the lounge was full and everyone was being serviced. As someone entered, someone was leaving so there was great rotation. I loved it! Everything was very organized and clean & they have an endless color selection! They had great drink selections also.I was serviced by Sean who was friendly and honestly, he did the absolute BEST job I’ve ever had someone do on my nails-no lie. He made me aware of my natural nails’ condition; he also cleaned my cuticles very well and filed/shaped them like I’ve always desired. My nails have never looked this good!! Great timing and quality service.I will definitely be back Soon... 💕

I got the worst nail service I have ever gotten from this nail salon. I had my nails tips removed, and manicured. It was very sub par.nothing was done to soothe the fragile, freshly removed nails. No nourish treatment was offered to help the frail nails. If I wasnt a trained nail technician, I wouldnt know what SHOULD have been done for my nails. Ive been a customer for a long time prior to this service. Very disappointed .

My friend Jessica took me here to our nails done and I have to say I was amazed at how beautiful the place was. We were met at the front desk by Amber, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with meeting our needs. Everyone we met were nice as can be. Great Customer Service! They were able to accommodate me and two of my best friends and my daughter. Loved that they also have complimentary drinks. We had some mimosas while doing our manis and made our day better. Mr. Handsome (his name tag literally said this lol) was the best nail tech to service me. He did a very classy ombre square shaped nails on me that are absolutely divine. Matt and Christine served my two other friends and the manager answering the phones serviced my daughter and she was very nice ( didnt get her name). The place is very clean and has variety of colors to choose from. We will definitely be returning. I think we found our nail spot!

This salon is very nice inside which is a surprise considering where it is located. Sean and Henry did an awesome job on my full set and pedicure. I dont recommend coming here if you are in a time crunch. They are VERY meticulous which I appreciate so much, but you definitely wont be in and out. Ill definitely be back

I have an infection on my left big toe. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!My left heel was cut and bleeding. She didnt even mention cutting me and I noticed when I got home. Will not be coming back ever

First time at this salon. The space is beautiful and clean. I was greeted upon arrival as Jennifer held the door open for me. The host asked what services i wanted and asked me to pick my color. Clearly overwhelmed by the large selection, she then explained what everything was.Once I picked my colors Tiffany escorted me to my seat. But not before I made a stop in the restroom. I appreciate a clean restroom.At my seat, Tiffany serviced my basic manicure w/gel polish. Jennifer services my Deluxe pedicure. Both ladies were kind and professional. Jennifer made the biggest impact by making sure I had what I needed, that I was comfortable and even gave me advice on vitamins.I enjoyed my experience here and whenever I am in town I will make sure to visit Jennifer.

One of the best salons on this side of town. They care for you hands, feet, and nails all SO carefully. Never once have I ever had a bad experience here, all the staff is nice and very considerate, not to mention GREAT PRICES! It can get really busy during Thursday-Sunday, but it’s seriously worth the wait.Stop searching for a new salon, this is the place to be!

This is by far the BEST nail place in Houston! I went for the very first time this past weekend and the service was phenomenal. Walked in was seated right away. NO WAIT! I did shellac and oh my gosh they got so many colors to choose from! Then they give you complimentary snack and drink (alcohol if preferred). My pedicure was the bomb. I have no complaints. If you havent been please go!

Im always very impressed with their customer service and attention to detail. The salon is gorgeous. They have so many different shellac colors to choose from that your head will spin.Kathy is my go to girl for my coffin shaped acrylic and shellac painted manicure. I havent ever had to point out a defect and they always last 2 weeks.Hana is my go to girl for my shellac pedicure. My toe nails are perfect, she gets all of the cuticle and dead skin off my toes and feet. The hot wax on my feet is something I never knew I NEEDED.I had coffee to drink and loved it. When I asked the brand they offered to get some for me and I could pick it up. That was definitely above and beyond the call of nail salon duties!!

I have come here several times for dip nails, shellac, and pedicures, with an overall great experience. The ladies are usually very friendly and happy to assist, offer wine, and do a good job on the nails without rushing. The problem I encountered today, and what ultimately caused my decision to NEVER return, is as follows: I walked in to get a nail repaired (my real nail tore and so I wanted a tip nail) and a man was at the front of the salon with a poor attitude might I add, asking which color I wanted to match my nails. Fast forward a few minutes, he starts applying the polish to my real nail. I kindly reminded him I needed a tip and he rolled his eyes, said something to a lady next to my station, and began applying the gel nail to me (not a tip, as requested). I didnt say anything. After filing, he walks away to go do something. I look and my nail is COMPLETELY crooked. So I grab the file to try to straighten it myself, to no avail. When he returns I nicely said, hey, could you please straighten this out? and he said No, YOU made it crooked when you tried to file it. I said No, I simply tried filing it because it was crooked to begin with, but can you please fix it? He kept on and on and I said Im not going to argue, please just fix it. He then throws a hissy fit, mocking and cursing me to the female employee next to us and I said I dont want him doing my nails anymore, can you please finish? She kindly did. When I asked for the manager, she stated she was. When I asked her what his name was, he literally YELLED across the salon at me: RYAN!!!!! I said WOW Ryan, you have some serious attitude and anger problems. This is no way to treat a customer that pays $80.00 every two weeks for her nails. He then starts yelling at me in front of the whole salon in broken English. I asked the lady doing my nails who he was, and she said the OWNER! I said gosh, I sure hope he doesnt talk to you ladies like that. She was silent. I will NEVER support this establishment again...not for that kind of money, and knowing he treats his employees like dirt. The dude had major hate in his eyes and bad vibes. RYAN: You just lost me as a customer and whoever else was unfortunate enough to witness your childish outburst! On to the next salon!

Hands down my new favorite place. They’re so clean, and everything is organized so perfectly. Any kinds of nail you decide to get, there’s a special section to look through. The colors are literally endless, it took my sister and I 20 minuets to decide what we wanted. The ladies are so nice and professional! They talk to you and help you make your decisions. My nail tech was Amy. She was awesome!!! My nails look like they cost 1 million dollars!! They do these nails so great. They’re not thick and gross, they literally shape the entire nail set to your nail bed, my hot pink glitter nails look like they’re growing right out of my fingers. Thank you Grand Lux. Found my new nail place :) I loved the service, the decor, and its convenience. I got the acrylic ombre full set, and I was very pleased with finished look. Amy did my nails and she did a wonderful job.

I’ve been coming here for over a year and I schedule an appointment every time. In the past 5 months I’ve waited 10-30 minutes for my nail tech, which I think is terrible service. Especially since no one communicates effectively. It’s very upsetting as I always tip well and am on time for my appointments. I really do like the nail tech I go to but it’s ridiculous at this point.

I adore this place! I was looking for a good nail shop and was recommended here by a friend. Their nails are good, everyone is friendly,never a long wait unless really busy but they will make you feel comfortable. They always offer drinks,play good music,its always clean.

Next time someone is going to be booked up they should really say something. I drove 40 minutes in traffic to get there and didnt get to get my nails done. Not coming back. For the reply. I actually said I was coming later that day. So yes I told them later that day which doesnt mean I will be right there.Sincerely,Not going back 😌

They were packed when I got there but they were able to take me in pretty quickly. My manicurist was sweet and efficient at her job. She made my nails look amazing and its totally worth my time. Definitely recommend!

I go here all the time for my nails. They do a great job. Each nail tech is amazing. They do have good service. My only complaint is my nails are constantly chipping and breaking.

Don’t go in the evening time. I’m a regular customer here (I usually get Tiffany or Doan, and they’re phenomenal ladies) and the atmosphere I experienced was very different than what I come to expect from this place. I walked in about 6pm, because last minute change of plans for an event this past weekend i has to get my nails done immediately. Hana did my nails. She was very rough and continuously pressed her nails into my skin hard as she would hold the tips of my fingers. She cut my nails too short (even though i have to have shorter nails for my job to avoid constantly breaking them, i still like a few centimeters in length). She also cut the tip of my finger with a nail file because she was pressing so hard and moving so fast, and admitted that it was a new file. She was nice, just not the best bedside manner. I am typically a positive human being and I don’t usually complain to managers, but as I was paying all I said was “you may want to tell her she’s a little tough. She even cut my finger with a nail file. My nails look great though, I like them a lot.” His response was “your nails are short, that’s why she cut you. She can’t avoid your skin if your nails are short.” When I explained that she said the nail file was new he popped off with “she’s not new.” He wasn’t listening and just shut down my comments when I was just trying to be nice and explain a simple situation. When I repeated myself he looked at me like I was crazy. So much for me ever going in the evening time.

This is my go to salon and has been for a while. 9/10 the nail technician is fantastic, and the quality is unmatched that they do. Pedicures include all the extras like hot wax, hot stone, etc. and they have every color imaginable.

Do not go to this place! I do nails and got myself a set of birthday nails from here on May 3rd and was quoted the price of the nails at $60. When everything was said and done and it was time to ring me up the lady then told me that it would be $105. The nail tech didnt ask me to wash my hands, just started cutting my cuticles, with no hot water to make them soft. Then he cut my thumb with a rotary tool! I have had many manicures before, also mentioned that I do nails when I sat down, and i did not get a proper manicure but Im sure that I was charged for it.. I could tell that the nail technician had never done the stained glass nails before because he kept looking at my phones pictures of it and had a woman keep checking on him, the nails do not look like the websites nails. I feel ripped off honestly. I also think that some of the nail techs do not do the proper steps when it come to cleanliness and nail hygiene. Very disappointed with this place!Update: the owner left a response. Notice how she never even addressed the fact that her technician cut me with a rotary tool and of course how nothing was her fault, nor the salons fault. Also, never got my hands washed before my hand was cut and he kept going after he saw blood. Unsanitary conditions exist at Grandlyx Nail Lounge. That is a fact.

First-time at the GRANDLUX Nail Lounge. Everyone from setting up the appt. was helpful and friendly. $45 for DIP. Christine was my nail Tech and she is super sweet and did a lovely job. She is neat with her work and very professional. I will be back again since its very convienant to my office. Ladies/Gents this is a must go-to- for a lounge type nail salon. :-D

This is one of the best in it the chain of Grandlux Nail Lounges. There are many all across Houston but this one is in my top 5!They have a hostess that welcomes you and goes through services that they offer. The atmosphere gave me Disney princess castle vibes which is what you expect when you go pamper yourself! Chandlers on the ceiling and drapeage across the walls. Definitely one of the bigger nail salons I have been to.Pricing on pedicures were average $30-75 and have various options. I reccomend the $45 price pedicure its about 60mins you get a warm lavender neck pillow (that does have a germ-free disposable cover over it).The nail techs are well trained and know what they are doing! They have a variety of talents with 3D, acrylic and chrome art. Overall it is great nail salon!
