My daughter & I went for a get away.. Everyone is very accommodating. Work was exemplary! Someone works on your fingers while someone does your toes. It is great!

Ive been a client of Posh for a long time. Its been through a couple of changes and I have to say, the current ownership is top notch.Two ladies I ask for exclusively - Amber and Crystal. Amber does my nails and Crystal does my pedicures. Both are very sweet and professional and they do an excellent job.Hai - the owner is very kind and she greets you warmly when you walk in. This spa stands out because you dont feel like the ladies are talking about you like so many other places. I speak a little Vietnamese and know what they say- this doesnt happen here. You are respected and valued as a customer. Their work ethic is strong and their results do not disappoint. Make an appointment if you need to be seen at a specific time and if you dont want to wait - especially right now during the pandemic.

I absolutely love their services, they can do literally anything that you can imagine. This is coming from a proud African American woman, their nails are anything but basic. Experience was a 10/10 ✨☺️

Had an appointment for 6pm. Arrived 15 mins early, was told to come back a little after 6. Returned around 6:15 and waited until 7:45 to be approached by someone asking if I would like my pedicure. I rejected the offer because I had already wasted so much time waiting. Very upset and dissatisfied with service through our experience. I would save your time & money!

I went to CC Nails and Spa on 7/13/18 at 3pm to do a dip powder manicure on my natural nails. I was assisted immediately and my nail tech Vivian did an AMAZING job! Ive had acrylic full sets done a few times in the past, and its nothing compared to how beautiful my real nails look with dip. I seriously was not expecting to be in love with them, and I truly am. Will without a doubt be returning!

These nails were painted Thur...Shellac manicure its only Tue and they are so chipped I have to go get my nails done again this week.

After being told there would be a 15 min wait, I told them Ill be back but they said theyd be able to take me now and date me in a chair for my pedicure with tepid water for 40 MINUTES! Id tried to leave and they kept saying that shes coming . The wait, embarrassment and money wasted here was not worth it whatsoever especially considering it was such a horrible pedi. Didnt even last a week. The lady that kept insisting that I not leave did nothing more than lie and said she didnt know what happened, I do...she was afraid that Id go elsewhere and shed lose much needed business, though I said that I would return. Horrible. Absolutely horrible job and lacking in integrity.

Love this place. The only place they don’t cut my cuticles and cause a lot of pain. Never had a foot or hand infection.

I’ve been going here for about 4 years now, when it was first CC Nails. I’ve always been pleased with the service. Some days are busier than others, so the wait may be longer. But they have always taken great care of me. And what I love about this salon is that it’s priced well. Plus they don’t charge you for extras like taking off polish or adding 1 or 2 tips. Other salons nickel and dime you for stuff like that!

They did my acrylic nails poorly, and added unnecessary designs onto it and then charged me for it.

They are friendly, so they get more than 1 star for that. Ive been here a few times and had a technician who was very good named T. I requested her for an appointment and I had to wait 20 min for her to finish with someone else. T set everything up and then another tech sat down. I had to raise a stink to get T, the person I requested, to do my service. The next time I showed up, 2 different ladies did my manicure and pedicure at the same time, which I dont like unless Im pressed for time because the manicure is uncomfortable when youre not sitting at a table. I requested hot tea and the cleaning lady brought it out in a mug with lipstick on it. The pedicure took forever and the chair was not comfortable. The manicure was poorly done - I saw some of my old polish near my cuticles when I looked at it closely the next day. I really needed to get my brows done and the waxing place next door was all booked up, so the manicurist offered to do it. My left eyebrow is now noticeably shorter than the right one. Those 3 services were $80. They are nice women, but they have no idea what theyre doing and charge too much for the level of service they provide. I will not be back.

I’ve been going to this salon for almost two years. I get my nails done by a tech name T. I sooooo love her. She always take care of me!. High quality skills, great conversations and she gives the best massages. Before coming to this salon 2 years ago I could never find a place to give me great service. But not one time since I’ve came here have I not been completely happy when I come see T. There are also times when Ive messed my nails up or something happens to them and she always makes sure she fix it or have someone at the salon take care of me. But I could go on and on with the things I love about this salon. I’m not a big leave a review type of person but I felt the need to take my time to do it for this location. ❤️

I always upgrade to Deluxe or Organic Spa and I have noticed that you get more value for your money if you go with the Basic Pedicure.With the basic you get a shoulder massage, but with my upgrade I do not.Also, I am a good tipper, and on one occasion I was caught off guard because the manicurist directly asked me for a $5.00 tip.On my last visit, the manicurist only covered half of my little toe with nail polish.....my little toe nail splits in two and maybe she thought it would look better that way (?). I noticed it when I had already made it home, and I did not want to go back just for that. The one thing I enjoyed fully was the massage chair.

Ladies, Henry is the man for you! Only male that works at Posh so you can’t miss him. i don’t think i’ve ever had better nails, got every shape and design perfect to the T! i got long, red, diamond stiletto nails and they’re AMAZING!

So, Im not from Houston. I was really nervous about finding a nail place, but a coworker recommended this one. Theyre really great. They have a HUGE selection of dip powders. The nail artist that did my nails was really gentle and didnt make my nails nearly as thin as my previous experiences. Definitely coming back!

Looks like the new ownership loves to play games with customers. When I asked about their online specials the answer I got was “ALMOST New Year” so we are not doing it even though today is 5 days from New Year and on a weekday which meets the conditions of the coupon. When I said no worries, I will leave. The owner started getting upset. Will not be back. If you are going to promote a special, you should honor it or place rules on the coupon.

They just don’t listen. I specifically told the girl I wanted my nails NO SHORTER than this one. Well, every nail is now shorter, even the one that was the length I wanted. This is not the first time (shame on me). I will never go back there.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A “0”, I WOULD. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, THE WOMEN ARE RUDE AND THE QUALITY OF THE WORK IS TERRIBLE. I CAME LAST WEEKEND AND I REQUESTED THE NAIL TECH TO DO SOMETHING AND THE WHOLE TIME SHE WAS HUFFIN AND PUFFIN. I AM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

I would give my review 1 star, if they werent friendly. Its been 2 days since i got shellac on my long natural nails, and its bubbling chipping and coming off. I am really disappointed, because i paid $40 and I waited around 2 long hours (after she STARTED) to get it finished. My friend loves coming here, so im sure this isnt NORMAL for them but i personally had a horrible experience.

This place is amazing. The customer service is always great and all the technicians are very good. My nails always last super long as well.

I think its great, the girls are always nice, the place is very clean (VERY) they are always making sure you get a good service even if you get a basic mani-pedi which I always get ... Ive been there so many times and I never waited to get my nails done ... I do recommend this place!

Do not EVER go here to get eyebrows waxed. The lady who did it was so rough and careless and burned my face so badly. Its been 6 days and I still have harsh burns around my eyelids.

Their Chairs are so uncomfortable!! I was uncomfortable the entire time getting my toes done, very cheaply made massage chairs!!! Never will go here again! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!
