I got a full set shellac with a simple design And the basic pedicure. I didn’t like that they didn’t use the cheese grater like to all my fee for the pedicure. However they did have complementary mimosas. Very nice and clean spacious nail shop I would definitely go back here for a new set.

Came an hour before they closed so they were unable to do acrylic, but thats understandable. They did a really good job with my gel manicure and my pedicure. Was slightly pricey, but they were busy and it was clean and they serve drinks so totally worth it.

Probably the worst nail experience I’ve had ever. I asked for French white tips with a square shape and then French tip on my toes. This is what I got for the cost of $120. I’m honestly disappointed. It’s the weekend of valentines and I was excited about getting cute nails. I’m OCD about my nails but very easy to please and simple. I like square and French tip and I felt so uncomfortable asking for what I wanted and liked from the nail tech because I could tell the ladies were complaining. :(

Great nail salon, they sculpt beautiful nails but unfortunately nail art is not what they are good at. I mean no hate as they do try their best but free hand art is just not their strong suit. I asked for flames but their best attempt was this wiggly nail art. Maybe the artist was just nervous I don’t know. I honestly just wish they would’ve told me no but I was given the impression they could do it. They also don’t bother checking temperatures at the door which does slightly worry me as most salons do. Overall I highly recommend this salon if you want the most simple nails, just nothing more than that.

The spa itself is clean and great and they did my nails really nicely and didnt cut me like people usually do, but the communication needs to be a bit better and the waxing leaves much to be desired. When i got home i noticed there was a lot of hair left on my chin. Make sure you if you have Trish, check your face throughly before you leave because i basically paid for pain.

Got just a standard manicure and pedicure and it was a dream, totally wonderful. Was offered wine upon entering. My manicurist was amazing and did a great job. She was very accommodating overall a fantastic experience. Would definitely recommend to anybody :-) great atmosphere did not have to wait even though I just walked in. Everyone was following sanitizing and social distancing and covid-19 protocols.

Saturday 07/17/2021 my niece and myself frequented this nail salon; nice atmosphere but evidently substandard products. A fill, 2 pedis and a full set and just after 3 days this. NEVER AGAIN I would have waited until I returned to Buffalo if I had known id have to glue nails back on

I was really hoping for a great job or at least an ok pedicure. Unfortunately I come out with a painful toe and two days later I ended up with a nasty infection. It’s such a disappointment to pay $50 for an infection. I would not recommend this place and definitely not going back.

Great, clean nail salon. I made an appointment and was taken in right away. I had Mina do my pedicure, she was very detailed and gave a great massage! Ann did a basic manicure and was also thorough and friendly. They also have good cleaning protocols in place and all technicians wear masks and gloves. Pricing is what you would expect in the Heights.

Prices are higher than expected, but their service was phenomenal. It would be great to go once every few weeks to relax.

Came here for the first time to get a full set and a week later my nails were peeling off and did not look 50$ worth. I came back and asked if they could fix it. The lady at the door said there’s nothing wrong with my nails and if I want to fix it to get a full new set. I then proceeded to ask if they could at least do a refill for now and she said they are all booked and I can go on yelp if I need further assistance. Needless to say that was my first and last time there. Advice to others..save your money and find a different salon that’s worth your time.

If I could give this salon ZERO stars I WOULD. The owner Tony is HORRIBLE!!! Overall the salon is nice, but he ruined the entire experience. So warning.. if youre unhappy with the service preformed and or have a complaint, he will not take ownership of the problem what-so-ever and try to fix the situation, he will blame you, ARGUE with you, and make you feel like youre wrong. Having happy customers is clearly not a priority to him! If you read, MOST positive reviews this salon does have, is based on specific nail techs WORK NOT based on customer service. I feel very bad for anyone who has to cross paths with Tony. Unfortunately, running a business doesnt require good communication and customer service skills! Any ignorant human being is allowed to run a business. In addition to leaving this review, I was also able to file a complaint with the BBB.

Let me start this review by saying this rating in no way reflects Linn or Helen. I have been coming here every 3-4 weeks consistently for over 2 years and they both are amazing and deserve 5 out 5 stars.However, I have finely had enough of the consistent rudeness and lack of professionalism of another employee here.I always get dip powder nails. Without fail, every time I come here when I am looking through samples picking a color, another employee (lady with top of shoulder length hair, blonde highlights with dark roots, and red glasses) always comes over and takes some of the samples from me as I am looking at them. She “asks” if she can take them, but only asks as she is already grabbing them away from me similar to someone who knocks on a door and flings it open before someone can say come in.Every single visit this happens. Also note, she is the only other employee here that has EVER done this or taken samples from me while I was looking at them.During my appt this past Thursday evening, she crossed a line even further though. I was looking through the samples, and she came and took some away from me as usual. I continued to look at the ones she left behind. A few minutes later she returned and pointed at the one IN MY HANDS and said she needed THAT ONE. I said I was still looking at it and had already picked two from that sample set I was deciding between and still looking through the rest on that set.She insisted she had to have that one NOW and instructed me to take a picture of the ones I like and she would bring it back later to me and I could find the ones I liked again. I said, I’m sorry I’m still looking through this one. She proceeded to stick her hand out waiting for me to hand it to her. I tried to keep looking through it, but she just kept standing there with her hand out staring at me. I felt extremely uncomfortable so I took a picture of the ones I liked from the sample set so far and gave it to her. I sat and waited while she used it for another customer delaying starting my soak off because the colors I wanted to choose from were on that sample set she took from me. To make things even worse, when she brought it back, she brought 3 total sample sets and instead of handing me the one she knew I was originally looking at, she just dumped all 3 down on tray leaving me to dig through them to try to figure out which one was the one I was previously looking at.First of all, I don’t understand why a salon of this size does not have multiple full sets of samples for a popular service. Second, this lady is just consistently rude. I feel rushed each and every time I am here picking a color because I know it is only a matter of time before she comes to take samples from me. Tonight she went over the line taking a sample directly from my hands as if getting the appointment started for a customer that arrived after me was more important than getting mine started.Please get enough sample sets to support the amount of business you do and I highly suggest to get this lady one of her own so she can stop being so rude to customers that are not her direct clients.

I really, really want to like this place. Pros: giant salon and extended hours so easy to get in on your schedule. Cons: quality and options. I have been 4 times and the staff are very nice but I have not had a quality experience yet. I have had sloppy gel polish that was all on my skin and cuticles, a mediocre pedicure and this last time I was talked into a dip because they don’t have the hard gel (essentially a full set of gel with tips) product. I was skeptical. After the first hand I asked the tech if that was how it was going to look because I didn’t like it. I was assured that it would be thinner and well shaped second round same experience. I said that I didn’t want to do the other hand because I wasn’t happy with the first. I was assured that it would be great and just let her do the other hand. I conceded. Sure enough, they looked terrible and I ask to have them taken off. I was then told that I would need to pay $30 because I wasted her time having let her do the 2nd hand. Candidly, I had thought that I’d have to pay 100% and would have done so but not after essentially being told that I wasted HER time. When I went to check out the gentleman at the desk asked did I think that dip was thicker than acrylic? I didn’t have an opinion on that but I can tell you that my current hard gel set is much thinner and the dip that my daughter had at a different salon today looks fab. Perhaps it just depends on the tech that you get, but I have had 4 tries and no luck.

This place is terrible!! I got colored powder and the nails are at a slant instead of being square..then they are thick af. I told the nail tech the acrylic was way too thick.. she told me no.. she also didn’t file the back of the nails.then after my pedicure, she didn’t even bother to help me put my sandals back on. Never coming back

This is hands down the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, I have ever received. Never mind my hands and feet not matching in color after I specifically requested they match, but once I brought it to the MANAGERS attention he didn’t even apologize or take responsibility for his mistake and honestly treated me and my sister so rude and disrespectful. I manage a hotel and understand the importance of customer service, especially in the service industry and today I was in shock at how terrible Tony, the manager treated me. The fact that I’m taking my time to write this review should show how genuine I am about the lack of professionalism at THE HEIGHTS NAIL SPA. I do not recommend anybody to go there. I’m sure there’s a few good stylists that know what they’re doing but for the price and them calling themselves a “spa” don’t expect much. Honestly just go somewhere that may not be as nice but at least they’ll get your nails right.

I’ve been going here for over a year. The staff is super sweet and thoughtful, they remember us every time. They serve free beverages including wine, champagne, mimosas, tea and water. The quality of work is great and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

I usually love coming here. They always do such a great job, but this is the 2nd time my friend and I have gone and have not been told of an up charge. My friend was getting a regular shellac manicure and one of her nails was shorter than the rest so the manicurist offered to add a tip. My friend said sure and then come to find out afterward they charged her for it without letting her know upfront. I asked about doing an ombré nail the previous time I went and they said they could do that no problem with color powder. I’ve never had it done before so I decided to do it. Turns out it was a $20 addition. I love the quality of this place, but would appreciate knowing upfront if extra costs are going to occur. I was thinking I would spend $40 to $45 on my nails, and I paid $60.

Very nice place girl who did my nails was so kind and my nails came out perfect but they were a little expensive but I could understand because of the gems but it’s overall such a nice place they offered drinks and had a charger for my phone and the owner was very nice it is my third time going there and they have been amazing will definitely be returning again💞

Wonderful experience here! Some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced at a nail salon. The salon itself is gorgeous! Very relaxing environment and I walked away with gorgeous nails (organic powder) that havent broken or chipped three weeks later. I will definitely be back!

I am new to this area, but have been to several different salons from League City to Kingwood. This was one of the best experiences getting a pedi, I have ever had. The technician was very polite and attentive. Not once did she cause any discomfort or pain . A pet peeve of mine is when the technician pays attention to who is coming through the front door while they are cutting away , filing, or polishing your nails. My technician was very attentive and focused on her job and would recommend this salon to anyone. I have found my new salon.

I came here for the first time (abandoning my usual go-to nail salon due to distance of where I was) and was thoroughly unimpressed. I ALWAYS get dip and know it takes a very skilled artist to get it the proper shape, consistency, and color.After being told to sit down and having them already begin to remove my current dip polish - I was THEN able to select the color I wanted for new dip. Feeling rushed (and no hands to hold the options with, as the tech had already began on removing my current polish) I quickly picked white. The thickness of the dip polish is too much and seems inconsistent in different areas of the nails.ALSO - my nail polish chipped the NEXT DAY straight in half (image attached) -- indicating it is too hard/thick. Polish is still intact, however, now shows huge chip across (horizontally). I also paid the $5 additional for coffin shaped nail and got an inconsistent coffin shape. I will not be returning.PROS: clean and friendly staff.

Went today for the first time and saw Vivienne. I went early, like10:30am on a Wednesay so it wasnt busy. I got the dip powder, coffin tip nails by suggestion from Vivienne and they look beautiful. Ill definitely be returning. My total was $55 and I left a $10 tip. A bit pricier then Im use to but definitely not unreasonable.

This is beyond my favorite place to go. My nails always look flawless afterwards.My only complaint was I had an appointment one day with a friend there and they started her nails and didn’t start mine until 45 minutes later so she had to wait on me to finish. That only happened one time. So I’d suggest not making an appointment because each time I’ve gone in there without one I’ve been helped quicker.Plus they have an AMAZING cucumber lotion that I wish they’d sell!! It smells sooo good. Honestly one of the reasons I keep coming back. Plus they give you a complimentary drink.

I started visiting this salon about 3 years ago 1. Because its right next door to Target and 2. Its 5 minutes from my house. I havent gone to a different salon since. These guys even did my nails for my wedding. They are a tad more expensive than other places but they always manage to get me in, even if I forget to call ahead, and theyre great with eyebrows. When I get my nails done, I always go for stiletto nails and theyve never charged me extra and theyve always turned out awesome!

Best quality nails ! Came to get designs for my birthday . Michelle did my nails . First off, she is so nice and sweet! On top of that she is so talented with designs . I’m actually surprised this place wasn’t as good as I was expecting. My nails are SO crooked. I asked for square with round edges but they look like she was trying to go for the coffin look but couldn’t? Three of my nails look like gushers. At the end, she didn’t even clean up under my nails. I left and realized that my skin was basically stuck to the underneath part of the nail so I had to go back and ask for her to clean it up. You’d think with what they charge, they’d at least pay attention to those little details?

At first glance this place was great, they were nice and clean, and the place was beautiful. my nails looked great when she was done. Fast forward 24 hours and my thumb, the nail that should be the sturdiest due to shear width cracked almost in half because of how thin it is. I go to get it fixed and instead of redoing it like she should have, she just sanded it down and put powder over the crack. of course its going to crack again!!!! fast forward a week and both ring finger nails have popped off. they were so thin the long part just broke off and I had to peel the rest of the bed off. for what I paid, this should not have happened. she was stingy with the product and I definitely didnt get my moneys worth.

Ive been coming to this nail salon for the last 11 months but my most recent trip will be my last. This is now the second time theyve embarrassed me when I brought someone with me to get our nails done.The first time was with my mom, the technician was rude to her and then did a terrible job. She didnt even paint to the edges of my moms nails and was way too rough with her fingers, twisting them in awkward positions.The second time was on Friday when I brought my friend from work. First the nail tech didnt ask what shape I wanted for my fingers and assumed it would be the same as my toes. She clipped off length before asking. I stopped her and asked for oval, but every single nail is shaped differently! Two actually do look oval, some look almond, some are a weird/squat stiletto-ish shape, one of them is just flat across the tip but with rounded edges. Theyre so bad that my husband noticed and asked if I was trying out new geometric shapes. Do you know how bad my nails have to be for my HUSBAND to notice it?? This is serious yall.

Great place if you like overly fast service, chandeliers, and bubbly BUT not if you want to relax, get thorough service. Very pushy to up-sell and if you dont agree some of the techs can be rude and short. Not all of them but Ive had one too many. Switching nail salons.

I have been a repeat customer for the last 6 months at Heights Nail Spa but after the way I was treated today I will be looking for a new salon.I came in to get my dip powder and toe nail polish removed - both were done by this salon 3 weeks ago. The girl running the counter asked me twice if I wanted any other services and I said no not today. With her subtle attitude I could tell she was bothered that this was such a small service. Then when the nail tech came up she also seemed bothered that all I wanted was to take these off. Their body language and eye contact while they spoke about it made it seem like this was a problem. So the nail tech looks at me and asks me twice if Im sure that I dont want any other services and what kind of polish I might want. Finally I said do yall require me to get my nails done after removal or something? And the girl running the desk says with a sour look on her face no its just unusual.No guys. This is not unusual at all.Then the nail tech chimes in and goes and that will be $10First of all the nail tech has never told me how much a service costs. That is done at the end of service at the checkout counter. Second of all I have done this at this salon before and never been charged. So I interpreted this as the woman wanted to make sure she was getting a tip for this 5 minute job. So I just said fine. But I would have tipped her anyway.So the nail tech removes the dip powder without saying a word to me. Then she conveniently forgets that I asked to take my toenail polish too. I was so upset at this point that I decided Ill go home and do it myself. It was very obvious she did not want to do this.I will say that all the other nail techs Ive been serviced by have always been sweet, polite, and friendly. They also do a fantastic job on nails. And yes the salon is clean and quick which I appreciate. So this was just an off day I suppose but it was enough for me to check elsewhere.
