The nail shop is nice and new, but the staff were not very engaging over the phone or in person. My nails were not filed evenly, my finger was cut when removing the cuticle with no apology, and as you can see from the pictures added to my review the tech was very sloppy in painting my nails as polish was underneath my fingernails which I had to remove. Will never be returning. As a new customer my experience wasn’t good at all. My mother also went with me and agrees.

A little pricey for the quantity and quality of work they provide. I felt they made up prices as they go. The lady was done with my feet in five minutes. I have had better did on my feet with lesser prices. She scrub under the bottom of my foot very well.

I love the way how they care the customers, I came on Saturday even though they were super busy but they always made sure that Im still okay while waiting and kept me updated the waiting time (complimentary drinks are provided). The gentleman told me the wait time was about 40 minutes but it actually took them only 25 minutes for my turn. They made my wedding nails perfect and Im so happy. I definitely will be back

Over priced and not truthful. I was charged $60 for a regular full set. When I asked why was charged extra for a shape the nail came and told me the shape of my nails was extra and I had to pay for the service. My nails don’t have a shape. I paid $5 extra for him to change the drill tip and go over my cuticles. $5 for the length when I have a normal length. $5 for the shape and I have the regular shape. Over priced and I will never go again. They’re there to take your money and that’s it.

The service are this salon is quickly declining while their prices are quickly rising. The lady who manages the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. She ignores customers’ requests and speaks to customers while walking away. She is very off putting. Today, she spoke to one of the employees very rudely and this has been my last draw. She also attempted to seat me at a chair that was clearly dirty and I had to ask her to clean it. She still insisted that I sit down and I told her that I would not until the chair is cleaned. She gave the chair a poor wipe down that was noticeable. One of the employees handed me a towel because she too saw that it was cleaned poorly. I’ve noticed for my last few visits that the service is declining. Today, has been the absolute worse experience at this salon. I’m definitely disappointed and it truly deserves a 1 star for this experience. I hope the owner sees this review and adjusts accordingly. There is definitely an opportunity for customer service and time management training as well as training on housekeeping when the janitor is off from work.

Everything started out great. In the area where my daughter and I got our pedicures, there is a sign that says its a relaxation area and to keep conversations to a minimum. Everything was enjoyable up until a point 2 women walked in chatting all the time and being on their phones. The staff did nothing to enforce their relaxation area. The service was great until these two women ruined it for me. The company needs to enforce their policies.

I have getting my nails done with this location for approximately 2 years. Imagine my surprise when I check out that my $70 refill jumped up to $96 because they are charging a nail shaping fee! This is unreal. They are trying to get back their money they lost during the pandemic. A lot of nail shops receive great dimes of pandemic assistance included 10k per salon in grant money which does not have to be paid back along with other perks that did not have to be repaid. Their service is good but that’s price gouging at it’s finest.

I thought I would like this place but they cant get your toenails and fingernails to match to save their souls and then the way they charge you at the end tricks you into paying double on your bill. Pay attention at the end it could cost you double... They almost got me for $250..

The worst experience of my life, the only day off I have to pamper myself just to be disappointed. The older guy was not gentle with me cut me while trying to shape, and kept glue all under the nails while not listening to me as I was trying to tell him I was not okay how my nails were coming out uneven, fat, and lumpy the quality was poor period for the price that is. I just dont understand why they get upset when your the one that has to pay the 117 dollar bill so it should be me upset.. These places arent what they use to be, we dont come here to spend our money to just feel worst about ourselves, we come because we want to look and feel good. I still payed because being confrontational is just not me so save yourself from the emotional disappointment if you are looking to go here.

Initially when I first started going here a couple years ago the service and quality was SUPERB, however once they got comfortable with me being a regular customer there service and quality went downhill. Manager Karen has a HORRIBLE attitude and never let her service you because the entire time she is stopping to see what everyone else is doing. Recently they went up on their prices however it was not posted on the pamphlet, however she wouldn’t honor what was posted. If you go up on your prices posted on all your pamphlets and everywhere so ppl will know. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!

I was charged 47 dollars for a classic manicure and josie did not even soak my hand or give me a hand massage for 15 minutes all she did was cut my cuticle and put dip powder on my nails.When I asked why am I being charged for a manicure when I did not have one they told me yea yea cutting just the cuticle is a manicure.Be careful with these liars and they did a horrible job!!! A waste of money

What a 1st class nail salon! I’ve been to many nail salons over the years and I must say that this place is a well tuned business! Very attentive to the customer! Jackie is my nail tech and she does an amazing job! Love her! You won’t be disappointed if you come here! Come see Jackie!!

This place doesn’t do a good job when doing dip nails! The lady started wrong when doing my nails. She wanted me to dip my whole nails in a bowl of acetone?!! I’ve never seen that happen in the years I have gotten my nails done. Acetone is so harsh to your skin. I have been to the one located in Spring, TX and I assume it was a similar service, but I was wrong. Never assume.

Nail growth is normal, but the lifting at cuticles after just one week is a no for me.

I really love this nail salon. I usually call and make an appointment with Hellen she does a great job and is really nice and patient.

Have gone here multiple times and have had a good experience. But went this past Thursday and got shellac done and on Sunday my nails already started chipping.

Walking in this nail shop feels like I’m coming to see family, everybody is welcoming and friendly. The receptionists is always smiling you can see it through the mask. If you want something done show your pictures and they will provide you with the nail tech who can do it. If it’s something you don’t like they will fix it, they do not like customers leaving upset. I’ve always walked out with a smile. All nail techs are good but I prefer Tracy or Tony. When my daughter come she loves to see Olivia.

I came there one week ago and I didn’t like my nails so I came back like an hour later and one lady tried to argue with me and say she wasn’t going to redo my nails , after arguing for like 20 to 30 minutes she finally got somebody to redo my nails and now it’s a week later and my nails are popping off. WASTE OF MONEY. WORST NAIL SHOP EVER .

The staff here is super friendly and the shop is really clean. They was closing and took me and my 2 friends. Full service and was here 2 hrs over the closing time and was happy as can be. I will definitely be back.

The manager/owner rushes her technicians to complete the service on customers, especially those that are just getting a simple manicure and pedicure. If you notice she’s always in their ear or within proximity speaking to them in their language then whole demeanor of the tech change. Not to mention the rushed sloppy job (bubbles on nail polish and too much polish pilled on nail beds). Sometime the owner will take over and polish the customer (and make a mess) just to get the tech moving to another customer. I personally experienced this and saw it happening while waiting. I’ll move on to a nail business where I can relax! Owner/Manager You may want to consider quality and not quantity.

Tracy is by far the best nail tech. I’ve never once left unsatisfied. My nail bed is very small and over the years I’ve had some really bad experiences until I meet Tracy. I definitely recommend going to Bellagio nail. Great, friendly atmosphere

Friendly. Tech did Good job on pedicure, basic manicure not good. Changed tech 2x for mani due to confused staffing. Got there first thing 9am Friday. Was 2nd person through door. Seemed disorganized not ready to go once next 10 ppl came in very chaotic. Nice place good service and pricing. Housekeeper going around cleaning sanitizing straightening and girls offering drinks. Will return to give another try.

I went yesterday to get a full set and lip wax... They were busy so I waited for a bit until it was my turn. Whole time I felt like she was rushing... When it came down for my wax , it has been by far the worst wax experience EVER !!! She was once again rushing through it , and did not even finished. She told me she was done and since I was in a hurry for my daughters graduation I didnt bother to ask for a mirror (they had always handed me a mirror after waxing) but Once I got home I realized my upper lip was burning I noticed i still had wax , thats why it was burning my skin. Smh. I had to buy some cream for it....

I’ve given this place 3 chances as I know several people that come here . To start the prices are very high for the services they provide . Aside from that each time I’ve been in here one or more of the employees have attitudes and act like they don’t want to be there I asked for solar pink and white full set short square square shape I’ve never had a nail job done so bad the shape is off they are almost a short thick coffin nail and I did not ask for I also wanted a polish change since I had recently gotten a pedicure and the dark color on my toes I wanted to change I chose a color and the guy that butchered my nails (Jimy) didn’t even take all the dark color off he painted right over it with white and yellow I paid $60 for nothing and horrible service and to be rushed out of there each time I’m in there , I won’t be back!!

My daughter and I absolutely love this nail salon. All the technicians are so sweet and always professional. My dip always looks great and lasts FOREVER. My 8yr old was a little traumatized after a bad experience at another place. They always make her feel at ease and are extremely patient.

Its very nice and clean inside. Employees are polite and do a good work by taking their time. They play the most relaxing music ever. Lots of colors to choose. Everyone was so nice and so helpful to me and my sister who is in a wheelchair. They did her nails really pretty and were patient with her demands.

Went here waited 45 minutes for pedicure. 2 technicians (new) no towels, sitting water without any products and no machine on, her gestures appeared she didn’t know how to properly administrator a pedicure. I refused the pedicure but still need a nail repair. Asked for the manager she was extremely rude so I asked why didn’t shoe have any license posted for technicians she start screaming and hollering she doesn’t have to post it. I tired to get a booklet to file complaint with state board she grab me by my wrist. I called the police on her. She lied about grabbing me(still waiting to see the video) she claimed she didn’t touch me and continue to lie even scream racial slurs in Vietnamese

I’ve been coming to Tiffany for a few years now and she is great. She goes above and beyond. The spa is very well kept and they offer complementary drinks.

I repeatedly stated that I did not want a manicure. I only wanted the shellac polish on my nails. The male tech clipped my nails and polished them then charged me for a manicure anyway. The female tech did fine on my feet. Pricing is not worth the value. I paid $78 for a shellac manicure that wasnt given and the cheapest/basic shellac pedicure they offer. I saw on another review that they offer teacher discounts. I was not offered this although I am a teacher.As a suggestion, offer wine/ beverages to customers if youre going to charge that price and only charge customers for services provided.

TJ (I know him as Jimmy) does an awesome job on my nails. I have followed him to several nail shops as he is the only person that has done my nails for the past 2 years. My nails are long and I love that they dont break before the next 2 weeks. I got a pedicure today and the service was great and the place was nice with friendly nail techs.

Was in town and needed a pedicure. The lady that worked on my nails was extremely friendly and professional. This places has a large collection of colors to choose from. I was very pleased with how my toe nails turned out. This spa also offers a variety of complimentary drinks, and the prices for the pedicure are very reasonable. I will come back when in town again.

Very high prices with low quality work. My full set only was $60! They charged for everything and replaced my nail polish of choice with a totally different Shellac color to be able to up charge. I left disappointed in my nails and feeling cheated out of my money. I have been here more than a few times and no set is worth $60 there!

I went in for a shellac manicure Wednesday night and Friday morning my nails were chipped! I went in Friday afternoon to have them fixed, after waiting for an hour and a half I left. I cannot understand how you charge through the roof prices and have no customer service.

So far the lowest quality service, personnel seemed upset 😠 for working on clients and gossip too much, so rude speaking their language believing the rest of people won’t understand their rudeness, tried to get classic pedicure & nails, very uncomfortable position 1 working on my toe nails the other person on my nails and I had to move both my hands to just one side, yes so uncomfortable, when I was told to move my other foot a little drop of water 💦 got the woman on her elbow she spark off discussed with the other person doing my nails bad about me and pour alcohol all over her arm and cleaned herself. So RUDE! very UNPROFESSIONAL will NEVER go back there ever again, will not recommend

I love the environment you definitely get what you pay for. Since the Pandemic things have been a little slow to get in the chair however the staff works pretty well with your request and requirements. Tina is the best nail technician for me because she dies a good job with communication and meeting your needs.

Not recommend this place to anybody. On the 3rd that of my pedicure the nail polish was off! And I was wearing sandals the whole time, how does that even happen? On the 4th day of having my nails they all came off and I don’t have a bad job to were I’m rough on my hands. This place is horrible I paid to much money for my nail to lot last even a week I’ve been to other places and they last much longer than what they did here!

I say you get what you pay for. I LOVE this place and overall they are the most consistant nail salon I have visited in my 30 years of getting my nails done. I am happy to pay for quality!!!

I went for the first time a few days ago, I requested a certain nail design that I saw on Pinterest and they were able to do it. I got a manicure & pedicure & eyebrow wax. The spa is very nice, very clean and relaxing. The employees were nice and professional. They were able to have 2 techs work on me at the same time cause I was in a hurry which I appreciate. I love the way my nails came out, and I will definitely be coming back regularly! Pricing is a bit more than my usual nail place but it’s definitely worth it!!
