This is my favorite salon in this area! The service is always quick and quality. The prices are also affordable and they offer a Mani- Pedi special Mon-Wednesday.

Ive been going here for over 3 years because of Mrs. Vivian. She was always available, very nice, and did a great job. The other staff was rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, they were rude to Mes. Vivian also and she quit. I will never patron this place again!

I come here once a month and everytime i leave I am happy. Ann does really good detailed work. She makes sure that my pedicure is perfectly done.

After about 4 years of going here, I will not be returning. I called on a Friday and scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 3pm specifically with Jessica. Saturday comes and I arrive at 2:45 pm for my appointment. Jessica says oh I didnt know it was you on the phone, I wont be able to do your nails.Im thinking its because she had a customer in her chair.. she then says I dont do tinas customers.. help me understand how this is good business... Im paying for a service that I requested you to do and you refuse me service because someone else does my nails. Which shes done a pedicure and refill for me before and thats how I knew I wanted her services. So if people go to other nail shops you will refuse them service? Tina and Jessica handled the situation very rudely by ignoring me as I calmly asked how I could be assisted until I had to just walk out. Try your luck somewhere else folks!

This wasnt my first time or my first issue going there. But this one was the icing on the cake. I wondered why they never had many customers but I didnt know if that was good or bad. My last visit the older nail tech did my french tips, she was rude, bossy and very impatient. She did not take her time with my designs. When I asked her to remove them she said no charge and thought I was gonna leave. I was completely unhappy and disgusted. She finally removed my design after a 20 minute wait! She scraped the skin on my fingers obviously upset that I asked to take the design off. I would never go back street that and I encourage others to not waste their time or money!

Every time that’s I have gone here every one is so kind and have smiles on their faces I’ve only ever done acrylic nails here so I can’t speak for any other service but they do a very good job on the nails and they accommodate to any special requests I may have. I love it here and I always recommend other people to this shop!

I was overcharge I got a pedi,eyebrows manicure total was 43.00 checked my account I was charged 51.06.Went up there showed them everything they tired to blame it on my bank..I will never return for service ever!!

I asked her coffin shape but I got the traditional shape instead.

Came for a pedicure while my GF got a mani/pedi. They had one tech on her feet and another on her nails so we were out of there, fast. ONe of the few places Ive been where a mans pedi is the same price advertised on the list of services.

This shop will always put their customers priority for the quality before quantity. The reason the shop is not busy as any others, because the owner want to make sure the customers are happy walking out with their new set of manicure or a refresh set of pedicure ready for the special event, begin a good weekend or even pamper herself or himself. This shop is not one of them typical nail shops who doesnt really care about the quality but focus more on the quantity. To response to Ms. Myiesha Murphy, Im not quite understand why youve decided to continuous back more than one time with such a hatred expression judgment from your feedback, This wasnt my first time or my first issue going there. Im not a professional nail tech like the rest, but Im sure most nail techs in this field should know, a set of french tip is one of those basic manicure. Now Im not sure you was the crazy bipolar customer that most of the staffs in the shop talked about, who gave them a bad attitude and disrespect, but still make her trip to the shop once in awhile. You also need to keep in mind, everyone make mistakes(include yourself) because were human and human does make mistake. I think is more important to show their understanding toward the mistake by apologize and try to fix it. If you want others to respect you, then you need to show the respect to others, how you wanted to be treated. I also witnesses a crazy strong alcohol foul smell customer got a brand new french tip set with a most expensive set of pedicure done. Then complaint to the manager that it wasnt good enough for her to pay. She also refused for the staff to take off the french tips and caused a dramatic scene make the cops involved to knock some sense to her. I do encourage you next time to have a second thought about what you want to put as a feedback, because you can create a civil law case by destroying someone business. Even though we do have freedom of speech. Everyone need to experience and have their judgement. [=

I hate that I had to change nails salons i been coming to this place for almost 4 years I used to love this place until they treat me with no good customer service two weeks ago I needed my nails and feet done ..I went in no one welcome me that was not nice cause I give good tips at the end of my service but unfortunately they told me to come back another day I was super mad . Now I don’t have to worry about this nail salon cause I switched to better one ☝🏽.

I am new to the southwest area and I found this Nail Shop and on my first visit they did an awesome job and the service was great. Today on 2/25/2017 me and my fiancé were the first ones to arrive when they opened at 9am he got a mani and pedi and I was receiving a refill from my last visit and a pedicure. When I walked in I requested Tina to do my refill who had not arrived yet. So I went ahead and got my pedicure. When Tina arrived no one told her I was waiting on her so she took another client who was a walk-in I didnt push the issue cause I was still getting my pedicure done. When I finished Tina was finishing too , but I was told that Tina had an appointment arriving so she couldnt do my nails, but she should have been told to take care of me first when she walked in instead of the other customer being that I was there first and she would have still been able to take care of her appointment after me. Never was I offered for anyone else to tend to me, but just asked if I could come back later????BAD BUSINESS! I WONT BE BACK !Please do not give this place your business!

Ok so here is what happened. I was getting married, I dont know what I was thinking that I came to this place for a mani and a pedi. I wish I had kept pictures to show every body but the lady there did a horrible horrible job with my nails. I have never been this dis satisfied my entire life. I mean literally it looked like a kid had painted my nails. When I brought it to the owners attention, she didnt do nothing about it. Pretty much told me thats all they could do. I had a flight to catch the next day and I get pretty upset at that point and told the owner I have paid a lot of money for this, some body needs to fix it. long story short the owner ended up screaming and yelling like a crazy maniac in front of her entire staff. I was in shock, because the lady looked like she was about to get a heart attack with the way she exploded. I still paid them for nothing which I really shouldnt have cuz I didnt want the lady dying cuz of me. It didnt get any better for me, the flip flops they gave me were so cheap and pathetic that they broke off my feet the minute I walked out and I ended up walking bare feet on the road to my car after a freshly done worthless pedicure DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING!!!! :/

I wondered why the place was empty most of the time decided to go because my usual salon , nails by pro could not do the desighn I wanted I tried pro nail salon love it they did the desighn I wanted loved it the ladys there are very nice some do not know how to speak English though other than that I love this place
