My girl never fails me! This is my to-go-to nail salon. Every tech Ive been attended by has done an excellent job. Mai is not only a nail technician, but a friend of mine. My son loves her. Shes been my girl for about 7-8 years now. Tina always does a great job with my pedicure and I enjoy the hot stone massage every time. Im typically always pressed for time, so I usually have both services performed at the same time and Im in and out in about an hour. When I have more time to spare, I turn on the chair massage and enjoy a cup of wine. The ladies are so friendly and the place is clean. Appointments are not required as they accept walk ins... They give you a stamp card and stamp when you come in. Your 11th visit will include a free spa pedicure, so come in by and stamp away!

I was getting a pedicure done at this location and another customer walked in to get a toe design and she put me on hold to attend to her but NOT once did she change her gloves after messing with my feet to help the other lady. Once she was done she still tried to use the same gloves on me after touching her feet which I thought that was very unhealthy and disgustingTo top it off she cut me with the cheese grater on the side of my toe..Last month had my nails done by a guy which 5 of nails broke off.I use to come here for years and never had a problem With them until now.. I will definitely will not be coming backI rather stick to the nail shop in River Oaks off West Gray they do awesome work and they always sterilize all their Products and is a very clean place.

Im a new customer, Ive visited three times most recent today! They do an awesome job at their work and make you as comfortable as can be. The prices are good! Today I got my nails and pedi and I loved them! I will continue coming here from now on!

All I wanted was pink dip powder nails, like I normally get at any other nail salon. Today I didn’t have time to go to my usual nail spa, so I wanted to try fashion nails. This was a terrible choice. The lady who assisted me clearly didn’t know how to do dip powder on my natural nails, so she suggested to get something else. I told her to just give me a manicure to make things simple for her. She stated, that she’ll do what I wanted and proceeded to do the dip like I asked the first time. I’m not sure if this made her upset or if she was just heavy handed, but she drilled my nails until they almost bleed. I kept snatching my hand back and saying ouch. Then she shaped my nails horribly and did a cut down when I wanted to keep my natural length. She did nothing that I asked of her and wanted to charge $45 for her non ability to do nails!!! Never going back!!

I first started coming here over 5 years ago. I started back coming occasionally when we moved closer. Things are definitely not the same. Poor attitude of nail techs and very rude customer service. Prices change every time you come in. I definitely would not recommend! Find a better place.

Staff couldn’t get me done fast enough so they can leave and go home. I felt like they treated me with zero customer service. Not even a thank you at the end. Never offered me water or asked me if the water was too hot or anything. Very poor experience

I love their services. A bit in the high end but you get what you paid for. Lilly was the one that was grateful enough to work her magic on my nails. Will never forget her and will definitely come back to see her.

Yesterday my nail came off and I was there a week ago with Amy and I go in don’t even get greeted or welcome I sit down still nothing no one comes and ask me what will I be doing sit there for about 15 min still nothing so I decide to leave I won’t be back bad service, one lady was just on her phone staring at me like hello get up and work.

The lady I had was so sweet I could tell she loves doing what she does. As she insisted on me getting a cute little design for the holiday(on my toes). I dont regret it its so cute. Was there less than a week ago and 3 nails already fell off, she was working on my nails and doing a pedicure at the same time and the service was very slow!
