This nail salon is so nice! From the decor to the service I felt very glad to choose this spot. I am new to the Area so I was nervous about finding a place that was as good as my nail techs back home. I found this spot on the way to the mall and figured I would try it out. They did a full gel set and a pedicure. My tech was extra sweet and very funny. She works fast but very clean and professional work. My nails look gorgeous. I cant wait to go back!

Kim did a great job. I asked for super thin nails. They look very thin & natural and before doing them she warned be to be careful and that they will break easy. Very professional.

Ive been to ALOT of nail salons over the years and this one is a standout for sure. LOTS of technicians, stations and pedicure chairs. Bright and clean and plenty of southern hospitality. Im always offered water, and sometimes a snack. Even wine on some evenings.

Kate and Kathy took care of my sister and myself and they did such a wonderful job! My sister had a regular manicure and pedicure and for a great price. I had to get my previous set off and got a full new set and also got it at a great price as opposed to what I usually pay at other places. They were so great I think we found our new go to place! I am planning on going back today and my sister has already gone back for a second time around. Thanks so much for taking care of us!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I get my SNS done here and they do a fantastic job. Everything is clean and they have a great color selection. They also have complimentary drink! The place is very welcoming and makes sure everyone is comfortable. I will definitely be making all of my appointments with her in the future!

This place is awesome. I just moved here and its been a while since I had my nails done and Im really glad i found them. They accommodated me even if i just made an appointment like 30 minutes before the set time. Awesome gel manicure and pedicure and they are very nice and friendly. Ill definitely be back soon.

I went in having looked at all of these reviews with high hopes and those high hopes were met. I had the owner and she made sure my nails were absolutely PERFECT and they were. She took her time and was very patient with me, not that I gave her a hard time but I feel as though she had a sense of I want to give everyone perfect nails. I highly recommend them, they are all so sweet and for the amount they charge, it is all worth it.

I was in town for a wedding and needed a pedicure. Kate was my technician and she was great. She did an excellent job. The salon was clean and inviting and all the staff was friendly. When I return to Houston again, Ill definitely be stopping in.

I am very particular about my nails and I typically only go to one spa in west midtown. But I tried this place because I failed to make an appt at my regular spot. I read about their reviews (the nail tech, not the manager ). He is really great. I dont like my cuticles cut back to nubs. He followed my direction to perfection. My cuticles look well manicured but not raw. I love my nails!

Stopped in here on a Saturday per positive Google reviews after breaking my nail at Disneyland and am so glad I did! I like to do nail art but didnt have any ideas on such short notice, so they showed me some pictures for inspiration and ended up recreating a design I liked PERFECTLY as well as fixing my broken nail and saving my natural length! Had a lovely and very communicative pedicure with a young man as well. Will definitely be back next time Im in town!

3 days post my gel manicure the gel peeled off. It was a bubble that peeled off and the gel underneath never sealed. She was rushing and didn’t make sure each layer had sealed properly. Likely won’t return.

I have been going to Cha Nails & Spa for about five years and it is in my opinion the best place to go in Houston. The environment is so tranquil and peaceful, the music they offer is very Calming.. and they have beautiful light fixtures that designs an addicting atmosphere (I usually never want to leave) - all of the ladies are good nail techs but my personal favorites are Jessica and Kathy. I go to see either of them every single time because they give me perfect work. I am EXTREMELY picky.. it’s honestly almost hard to work with me sometimes because of the expectations I have for my nails. But they actually do what I ask them to do. I give the salon a 10/10! 💕

The lady who did my nails was in a hurry. She left a huge gap between the cuticle and the actually nail and they still had the audacity to charge me. Their prices are on the higher side so I expected great work so was definitely disappointed

The ladies there were very kind and friendly and I felt comfortable right away. Also very pretty salon, love the aesthetic. Didnt have a problem with parking either, will definitely be back :)

Cute little nail salon in town. Very sweet team of nail technicians, great customer service, and overall a very positive environment. Most importantly the technicians dont talk to each other three chairs away like a lot of salons do. Their colors are all the latest and greatest so you can always find something cute or chic. The work is clean and lasts at least 3 weeks.

I love this place. Ive been coming here for about two years now and the staff is focused on customer service and cleanliness, prices are reasonable, Ive never had to wait (never made an appointment either), and almost all of the staff Ive had can do nails great! Its almost impossible to get all that in a nail place loll Ive only had one nail service turn out bad -- my nails started chipping quickly. The staff fixed it for free with hardly any questions, so they turned the poor experience to a positive one.

Pedicures will never be the same for me! What a wonderful delight this place is. My nail technician was so pleasant and made my pedicure experience so amazing. From the initial seating, I was offered beverages and my service started promptly. I did the which included a 10 minute massage The paraffin wax made my feet feel so soft to the touch. Overall the experience was relaxing, calming, and I will be returning again!

I just moved to the area and my coworker recommended this place. I hadnt gotten my nails done since March so I needed a full set. I am super picky with my acrylic nails, my tech did an amazing!! She took her time while doing them (perfectionist!) and helped me find the perfect color based off of my inspiration picture. The front desk was a pleasure to speak with. Also, the interior is very modern and clean, which is important to me. Will definitely be coming back for my fills.

Im not impressed. I bought the delux pedicure and i didnt feel it was worth it. The lady was not very friendly ans ahe didnt took off all the dead skin from my heels. Im not very happy with the shape of my toe nails either. Wont be going there again. Would not recommend.

First off, I dont do nail salons. I figured I would try places out close to my work, this is my second visit and i will definitely be a regular. My first set were Jelly and they were beautiful, I am rough with my nails so I did break them on my own. My second visit I had different tech, She paid so much attention to the shape and kept going over them even after she applied the first coat of the GEL polish. We were so excited for the outcome the first coat was stunning I dont believe this line even needs a second coat or a top coat but its beautiful! Ive gotten so many compliments and these are my favorite nails Ive had all year! They were so nice to offer 10% off since i broke my last set. Theyre also very hygienic Ive seen for my self soon as someone is up they clean & sanitize. This place will be taking over! Thank you guys!

I came here because I need to find a nail shop that I could go too that wasnt far from my house. Now I remember them being there but I always forgot till today. I called them and they was able to take me right then , walked in a guy approached me and asked me what I wanted to get done I told him a gel pedicure and he ended up doing my pedicure for me. When I say he took his time and actually paid attention to my feet he did that. My gel pedicure look so good I told him that I would be back.

I have been 3 times to this place, the first two I had a good experience the third I wanted to do refill and I thought one of the girls told me that I can do refill for free!! this what I understand from her and I was wrong. So when I asked the girls there about the free refill they start laughing out loud in a very sarcastic way and repeat no there is nothing free not here somewhere else (cheaper) and continue laughing like I was telling a joke. if you consider yourselves professionals or higher level than the cheap salons than you should know how to respect your clients !! this was rude

If youre debating which nail salon to go to in town, youve found it! I was referred here by a friend as I just moved here and Im so happy I listened. $60 for a gel mani and regular pedicure. Complimentary drinks. Make an appointment, they were jammed and ask for the owner! She was amazing, listened to what I wanted and super sweet. Im not a yelper but want to give credit when its due.

All I can say is WOW. My experience here was wonderful because the customer service is amazing. The employees truly care about your nail health, not just making a quick buck. I had my classic pedicure and gel manicure yesterday and the experience took less than two hours. Price are reasonable and Ill be back.

I drive an hour to get my nails done here, every two weeks! I always have acrylic nails and pedicure done. They both shape really well and polish looks clean. No matter how long I get my nails, they never break.

The manicure felt very rushed and unprofessional. Considering I am paying $30 to have my a gell manicured I expected better. Told her there were air bubbles visible on my nails and all she did was put another coat on top. The sides on my nail do not look clean. Disappointed because I was recommend this place.

Amazing experience! My friend and I came in to get manicures and pedicures. Been about a month for me so it was needed LOL...found this spot from scoping reviews and decided to give it a try. They did a great job on my manicure. Cut and shaped my natural nails perfectly and did a great job cleaning my cuticles. Im loving it, definitely coming back!

Kelly was the worst manicurist I have ever used. She left dip still on my nails, blamed me for stuff she left in my nails, didn’t file them straight, and left them uneven. When I mentioned the error she ignored me and walked away. I have never received a worse manicure and then got charged for it. I would recommend that anyone think twice before going here or at least recommend to not use Kelly.

Given the spike in COVID cases I was hesitant, but upon arrival I was quickly put at ease. They took my temp, asked me to wash my hands and then was take to the chair. Entire place is very clean too! They just made me a loyal customer!

This is a really great nail salon. Theyre super clean which can be seen by their A health grade rating. They use disposable bags for the pedicure bath. Theyre all extremely nice. I would recommend making an appointment because they get busy fast.

I LOVE CHANAILS! Everyone from the owner Kate to my fave nail ladies Jessica & Ivy! They are so sweet, patient and perfectionist! My dip on my nails lasts for weeks and they really take their time to make sure youre happy. Ive tried all the top places over the years in Houston (Isle Pedi, Venetian, Parker + Roe) and CHANAILS is my fave go to! Very fair on pricing as well. I highly recommend!

Chanails does the best job in Houston! I am a regular customer of Jessica’s and I do dipping on my nails… which I love! My nails last for a long time because they use high-quality products and they are very particular about how they do your nails. The pedicures are also so relaxing- their chairs are great, good massage while you get your pedicure. I love that I can get my nails and my feet done at the same time!I highly recommend this salon, Jessica and her cousin, Kate, are hard workers and try very hard to please their clients.

This has become my go to monthly nail spot. I never ask for anyone specific and honestly have no complaints about any of the technicians Ive been with which is a good sign. My favorite thing about this place is how clean it is because thats a huge factor when I go to get my nails done. Just went today with my mom, sister and grandma and they were able to have us sitting next to each other throughout the service. I always come in for walk ins too and have never had to wait long. Definitely recommend this nail salon. The staff are professional and friendly.

BEST NAIL SALON Ive ever been to.Ive been getting my nails done (and pedis) for 17 years. Ive been to all different salons in many different states and this is by far my favorite. I now drive 30 minutes just to this salon because nothing compares.From the way they treat their elderly and handicap clients to the extra massages, you are treated above and beyond here. They go the extra mile to make sure you leave completely satisfied and feeling like a princess/prince!Each technician does a fantastic job. Ive had probably 4-6 different technicians working on me and they are so consistent.WONDERFUL PLACE. WONDERFUL STAFF!

I am pleasantly surprised at how well they take care of their customers. The atmosphere is sophisticated. They have plenty staff so they are still able to accommodate you with a full house. Their prices are reasonable, definitely coming back!

They do an average job. Nothing special. I was going here for awhile however i stoped after they messed up my appointment. I made a call to schedule it in the morning but they forgot to add it in the books. So my technician was busy n nobody else was available. First they told me they forgot to add it, then their tried to blame it on me saying I didn’t specify to whom I wanted to go which was a lie. Didn’t care for a discount to go back cause f this kind of attitude

These gals always do a great job. Exceptional service and attention to detail. They dont rush at all and it shows. My nails last for a good three weeks with no chipping or cracks and it never comes out lumpy. So far everyone there has been absolutely excellent. Ive been visiting for about a year now and generally walk in or call when Im on my way with no problem. Ive had a lot of different nail techs but unlike other places that Ive been to Im never worried who I may get as Ive always had a good experience in the past. Location is very clean and surprisingly well ventilated considering how many pedi/mani stations they have.

My best friend and I went for mani/pedis for girls night. I got the manicure and pedicure, which includes parrafin wax, hot soak and massage. IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY. If I could afford it I would make it a weekly guilty pleasure.

Ehhh. The wait was a bit shorter than down the road at Uptown Galleria, but my nail chipped within less than 24 hours. Had to go the next day for a correction. Overall the gal manicure didnt last much longer after that. Not the worst, but not the best.

I moved here recently and have been looking for a new salon home and I think I found the one! I got my nails done somewhere else and wasnt happy with it. I came to chaNails and asked for a fill and if they could fix the bad shape. Jessica did an excellent job and they had so many colors to choose from. They offered me a beverage as well as give me cuticle oil after my nails were done, which I think is excellent. I also got a massage and I was not exoecexpe it at all! The service was amazing and the price was perfect. Definitely going back again .
