My favorite nail place in Houston! Everyone is so sweet there. I moved further away and still try to make it out to them!

Very clean, friendly people! They are calm and patient and do a great job! I keep coming back because I love the service I receive. They are attentive to the work they do and want to make sure you are comfortable. Definitely recommend this place!

I highly recommend this nail shop, forget all these other places, don’t cheat yourself, TREAT YOURSELF.

Love this shop! I recently started coming. This is my 4th time. 4 pedis and 2 sets. My nails look great! They are so nice and polite and listen to what you want. My nails lasted a month with no lifting. And very affordable prices. Me and my daughter get Manis and pedis for a great price!

I love it here. I have brought friends and family to enjoy pedis and they now go without me. Staff is very welcoming. My husband and kids join me too. I have witnessed them handle difficult customers with patience and grace. This is my nail salon home! I greatly appreciate the Covid precautions they have in place and continue to have. This place is amazing my sister in law got her toes and the experience was amazing and they help fix one of my nails I honestly love this place and just every thing about it is very relaxi g especially when u have had a long week at work I will most definitely be coming back to get my toes done ❤❤

I needed this overlay taken off and they did an amazing job. The lady that my nails was gentle and so nice. She gave me a full manicure with a massage, which was so relaxing! They still follow Covid-19 protocols, so I felt very safe. I will definitely be returning!

I am giving this salon 3 stars including the fact that the owner was polite, the establishment was clean & they are taking Covid-19 precautions. But based off quality, my nail tech did not do great at all. I just stopped looking at my nails while she was doing them bc I kept having to ask her to fix things that were so obvious. Idk if she just didn’t care or what. I asked for square French shellac nails.

I walked in the nail salon at 5:58p and was told by staff that they were all booked for the day. They close at 7. It was full but no one was waiting. If they aren’t willing to take walk-ins after a certain time, they need to post that. Plus, I didn’t feel welcome anyways, very bad first impression. I will never return!

The guy that sits on the right when you come in was horrible. Left my nails with hair pockets inside that can cause fungus when water gets inbetween. Plus he rushed me and said it was my fault my nails were not coming out right?! The other staff is great. But unfortunately he ruined it for me.

My nails are beautiful! Nini did such a good job, I go back Monday for a pedicure.

I wouldn’t go back. It’s nice looking inside but the staff wasn’t very friendly. As soon as I walked in this young woman asked “how can we help you today?” Didn’t say hi nor smiled, I started coughing and she just starred at me all weird and once again she asked “how can we help you today”. So I told her I wanted dip and just pointed to the chairs so I was like okaaii and sat down. The nail tech did my nails at a very slow pace, I was there for an hour and 20 minutes. She missed a spot on my pinky nail, even my boyfriend noticed it without me pointing it out to him. 5/24/18 so 5 days later and my nails are cracking.

Bleed with just a color change rough gentleman with the service. Told wrong price. Would never recommend this place. I never leave ratings. But felt this one needed a 0. Full nails were on. Should never have bleed nail repaired left with it uneven not filed correctly . Very rude man doing nails

This is actually my first google review ever but I found it necessary. This was by far the most unpleasant and painful nail salon visit ive had in my 27 years. It started off very friendly and welcoming but quickly took a turn for the worst. I showed them a pic of the ombre dip set I wanted and was quoted a price and once I sat down the horror began. It appears to be a nice/clean shop. I normally have my nails done in pearland near my home but I opted into having them done near work because its so close to the holidays and Im sure by the time i made it to pearland the salon would be packed.I was cut and poked so many times I lost count. I have a total of four nails that bled out. My cuticles are in pain. He told me to relax and I was too tense. I held my hand as I do at the 100 + visits Ive had in the past at other salons. This was a first for me. The older man who worked on my nails seemed to be very frustrated throughout the whole process, apparently I was not holding my arms/hands to his liking so he continued to stack containers underneath my arms and once he stacked a third I was done. I immediately paid for the incomplete service a left.The experience was so terrible. I walked away with my nails unfinished and I paid for my service. It looked liked they wouldve been gorgeous upon completion but it just wasnt worth the pain and attitude I was receiving. I cried in the car on my way back to work because I was completely overwhelmed. I get my nails done faithfully every two weeks and this was by far the most uncomfortable, painfull, and horrid experience Ive ever had with nails.Clean place with reasonable prices ( $55 for coffin shaped medium length pink/white ombre dip powder nails). Horrible Horrible Service.NEVER AGAIN!

Facility was nice and clean. covid 19 precautions from the entrance with a temp check. Whole spa was setup for precautionary measures. My technician was thorough during the entire process. Very nice, good quality, nice personality. I will definitely visit again!

Safety is their top priority- they have several precautions (example: must sanitize hands upon walking into the store, taking temps, plastic shields, masks mandatory, etc.) And that really made me feel safe being there. On top of that, their spa pedicure is amazing- they really do a great job, their attentive to details, and their customer service is top notch. Highly recommend!

The place follows covid 19 precautions to ensure the safety of their guest services which I really enjoy. Plexiglass, covid temp check at the door. They have a reward system that you can use for future use, and have a variety of nail products/techniques to chose from. My favorite people to visit is Vin (pedicures) he does great work, and very kind. I recommend this place if your looking for a new nail salon, with a calming atmosphere, cleanliness, and service.

First time and I was very pleased. Tam was my tech and shes very detailed. Shes quiet but I dont mind, Im usually on my phone so I dont need to chat. She did my mani and pedi. Will be back to see her.

The best nail salon I’ve been to in Houston! I’ve been many times and you can not beat the service or prices!! BEST PEDICURE AND DIP! Absolutely wonderful staff. So accommodating and friendly. Tracy does an amazing Pedicure as well as the man there! (I forget his name) Annie is the best at nails!! My all time fav nail salon. So happy I found them.When you sign via phone number, they also do discounts for every milestone.

Please do not use this place for your pedicure needs. I have Never suffered from ingrown toe nails! My husband and I had a pedicure date and decided to try this place out. What a regret. We are both now experiencing painful ingrown toe nails after visiting this place.

They were so good with the COVID precautions. The pedicure was actually for the first time very relaxing 😌 I got hot wax and he was very nice and he really took his time to rub my feet 🦶. Overall, worth the time 😁 oh it was a you g guy that did my pedicure.

Disappointed with the service. The nails samples are out of date , so many people are touching the same samples. When everyone is going for touch less screens they are making u touch the screen to enter your phone number . People are grumpy. It used to be a good salon. Went for a pedi n mani but left with only one service.

The person who did my pedicure drilled my toe nail until it bleed. Then she had an attitude with me and made uncomfortable. There was a guy there, I think was the manager was really nice. Idk if I would go back.

This was my first visit since salons reopened. They are doing an amazing job. They have an appointment only schedule, took my temperature, masks mandatory, tons of hand sanitizer and plastic shields hung between stations. It was so good to support them again!

I have had my nails done all over Houston. I stumbled across this salon after moving to the area, and I’m so happy I did!The owner is awesome, and makes it a point to get to know all of his customers. Him, his wife, sister-in-law are GREAT!I recently had my nails done by Sang, because his wife was out for the day. I couldn’t be happier!!!!! Sang is friendly, fast, AND thorough. He was such a perfectionist, and I will be asking for him every time I go back now!!!! I think this is the best my nails have ever looked. He did exactly what I asked for.Prices are VERY reasonable. 10% off on Tuesdays and Wednesday’s. They also have a loyal customer program with a system where you put your information in, so it tracks your visits.It isn’t the fanciest of places, but it’s clean. Reasonably priced, super friendly, and the best place to get your nails done!

Won’t be going there again. I tried to give them a second chance. My coworker came in and spent almost $200, we expect to have nice nails. My tech cut my finger pretty good as you can see from the one picture. The sides of the nails aren’t done. The front of my nails weren’t done therefore they are chipping already and peeling on the sides. (Day 3!!!). Shellac should and always lasts me 2+ weeks except when I come to this place. We went on our lunch and it took 1:45 minutes for 2 pedicures and 2 shellac nails. I waited over 45 minutes for my coworker to get her nails done after I was completely done and they didn’t give her the color she asked for! Waste of money because I’ll have to go get my nails redone for my meeting next week.

I love this place, its affordable - complimentary drinks and my nails are always done beautiful and efficiently - even if I can be frustrating and not sit still! The man who works there is patient with me ❤️ I leave a happy girl

This nail shop used to be a great establishment, but has gone down substantially within last few months specifically in organization & management. I’m not sure where the ball is being dropped but I’ve seen the change & tired of it especially if I’m paying for a service. I’ve called, as instructed, to make appointments & either the nail tech I set an appointment was not told therefore unavailable or just not there. Specifically today I set an appointment, when I arrived was told my tech was not there. I asked if anyone was available & directed to sit down they could still help. Another customer with no appointment walks in & was then serviced before me as my hands are soaking. I was not the only missed appointment as the same situation happened to another customer while I was there. Walk ins should be taken in the order they arrive & if anything taken after someone who had an appointment. Joe has been the only tech who has done my nails & they do not crack, chip, or break within days. Between the lack of communication in the salon with employees & the various levels of techs not knowing how to complete the sample nails given out to pick from. I will now be a customer at another salon as I did today.

Teresa and Tina have provided me and my family with great service. I have been Teresas client for more than 3 years and today is the last day I set foot in this place. This nail shop has recently changed management and the customer service has rapidly deteriorated.

Been here quite a bit over the last year or so and I always have a pleasant experience! Everyone is so nice and does a very good job. Always offer me something to drink. I bring my mom here a lot who has a mental disability and they know her and always take their time with her. I recently moved to Tomball and I still make the drive to come out here.

I’ve been going here for several years. The owner is so friendly and enthusiastic as soon as you walk into the door. Always greeting you with a quick joke. I normally get a dip powder mani and a shellac pedi. Never disappointed. Drinks and wine available. I even bring my 6 year old here and they treat her so great. She loves it. Great place. We used to regularly go to Pariss Nail & Spa, the service was great and staff very friendly. Recently the management changed, and the place started going from bad to worse. Professionalism went out the window, new management is extremely greedy and the experience became extremely different and uncomfortable.After 4 years of only going there, were not setting foot in that place again.

I really want to give them 5 stars bc my nails look amazing (now) and the young woman who did them was fast, sweet, and did EXACTLY what I asked for, however she just did the refill and shape. The price was extremely reasonable, some of the best in the area. The reason for the 1 star is bc some old dude put the shellac on my nails and while at first he was friendly enough, he did a sloppy job and didnt want to use any tools to clean it up because it was the end of the day. There was shellac on almost all my cuticles and when I asked if he could clean them up he told me I shouldnt have moved so much while he was doing them, dug his nail into my cuticles trying to scrape off the excess, and then used a cuticle trimmer and took my painted skin off, to the point that it really hurt and I snatched my hands from him and tried to leave. He then poured cuticle oil all over my finger tips while I stood there trying to leave. I was so upset after I left that I cried and my cuticles were sore for three days. They should get rid of that guy, hes bad for business

I have come to Paris Nails and Spa for several years. My experience has always been pleasant until recently. The new group of managers have no way to deal with customers. One of them, the man, was meandering with me on several occasions. One of them told me in a very vulgar way. Im not going to repeat the name that called me. My son asked him not to call me that way. I do not recommend this place.
