Vivian did a fill on a set previously done at a different location that didnt do a good job.but she fixed me right on up. I have a simple powder set but I get so many compliments cause they LOOK GOOD! found my new nail home for my new residence in the state of Texas!

I have been going to this nail spa for about 3 months now and absolutely love it! Never wait when have an appointment and even when you walk in they makeIt a priority to get you in and out. Their standard is one person on the feet and one on the nails so you are in and out. Michelle is my nail tech and she is great! I’ve shown a picture but this is my 5th set. Definitely recommend.

I visited a different Nail shop earlier in the day but the outcome was not at all up to par. It bothered me so much so that I found another Nail shop in my area to redo my dip powder set. I know, I know *extra* anywho I went in an hour before closing and Michelle had my nails done in less than an hour!! With soak off and all! I was offered a beverage and pillows for comfort too. I showed her what I wanted and she recreated the look with ease. I will return!

I went there yesterday as it’s around the corner from my house and I’d yet to visit. It was clean, the staff were friendly, and my tech Michelle made sure to do my acrylics exactly as I’d specified. I have BDD on my left thumb, so my thumbnails are two different shapes and sizes. I explained that because they’re different in “real life”, I like for my enhancements to reflect that difference, and she listened and delivered. I loved my results and will definitely be going back!

I have only been once but I loved it. The place is nice and so is everyone there. The girl who greets you and answers the phone was very pleasant.Tammy did my nails. I showed her the picture and she did the rest. I love the way my nails turned out. She also polished my daughters nails last minute and made my toddler feel as important as every other big lady in the shop. Will definitely make this my go to nail shop.

I do powder dip nails and basic shellac pedicure for a total of $80. They always last 3 to 4 weeks. I never pick one person because everyone one here is good. Sometimes my nails look crazy in the process but trust the workers because it’ll look great once they’re finished. I enjoy this place and will continue making the 30 minute drive because it’s worth it. Also, they’re the cheapest dip nails in town.

Clean and sterile environment with kind and caring staff. Lots of techniques including gel and shellac Tracy is amazing! For two years she has consistently provided me with the best nails Ive ever had- enough to travel cross town to get there. She is also super fast which is a huge plus when life has precious few spare moments. Comfortable and pleasant experience time after time. AND you can get your waxing done. Win!

I have a 1 1/2 year doing my nails here once a months it’s amazing. The quality of the products 10/10. Customer service 10/10 beautiful place and your nails still healty after the dipping powder technique.

Very nice job done on both my mani/pedi and dip powder fill-in. Both ladies that took care of me were knowledgeable: only 1 wore a name tag (Twety) which is a good way to know whos taking care of you.This was my second visit but I will definitely come back again.

This is a horrible nail shop. They nail techs do not listen to you and become upset when you tell them that you don’t like their services. Today, I went in for a basic shellac manicure because they cannot do dip properly. Trust me... every time I tried dip, my nails were a mess. I have to coach them how I want my nails with dip. Just not relaxing at all!I was told I am picky because they shaped my nails wrong. Honestly save your money because they cannot do nails properly. They have lost a costumer! If you are smart don’t become a costumer.

The massage chair is the highlight of the pedicure along with the hot stones. Kim and Vivian were great. Didnt have the best manicure but it was decent.

Reasonable prices, very clean, spacious, multiple nail color and shape options & exceptional service. Everyone’s nice! My nails always last so long. 2 weeks after pictures. I love it here.

I have been a loyal customer for several years to the extent the technicians know my color selections without asking. Today I go in for a pedicure and was told “we are too busy” and was turned away. Waiting is the customer’s option. This is the second time this has happened. I will not return.

Vivian hooked me up! I had a great experience at Venezia 😁 the salon is beautiful, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Yall have to try the Orange Pedi-my legs were glowing and super smooth. Can’t wait for my next visit!!

I’m really regretted to have gone at this place, I asked a pedicure and they just made the nails, not clean it, just cut it and paint it. Sorry but is too expensive for the service, also the cashier is unfriendly.

I always do deep powder because is lost lasting, it lasts almost three weeks. Buuuut, this time just in one week my nails start to break down like they do not have the top coat to attached the nail. Definitely they dont have the same finish that I used to.

First time coming here. Salon is clean. However my experience was poor. To be honest they were not very welcoming. I am very big on customer service. I am paying for service and tipping. I felt my pedicure was rush. The finish service on a scale of 1 to 5 is a 3. I had to tell her what to do several times. I will not be returning back.

Spacious, clean full service nail salon. The pedicure chairs are very comfy and give a decent massage. There are a lot of regular and shellac nail polish options to select from. The quality of painting the nail has been hit or miss depending on the stylist as an only complaint.

I loved the Service

Once again they did a stellar job!They were accommodating to my crazy work schedule and got me in before close. I usually go with a basic short French tip but I wanted to try something new. I showed them a picture and they exceeded my expectations. As a bartender my hands and feet take a beating. They were both in horrible shape after work this past week. My nails were peeling everywhere from the citrus and you cant even tell now. My feet were dry and ragged. This place seriously gives the BEST pedicure I have ever received in my life. Yes my hands look absolutely stunning but if I could only chose one theyre pedicures steal the show! They pay close attention to every last detail and my feet look AMAAAZING!This place never rushes, the ladies are super sweet, the prices are great and they keep everything so immaculately clean!Thank you ladies! I cant wait to come back!

This place was next to our hotel and had good reviews so we have it a try. Nice area and very accommodating staff. My nail techs were Dong and Kim and they were great! Dong is excellent at nails and did an amazing job with my overlay and shellac! The reason I have them a 4 was because they waxed my eyebrows and didnt clean them as well as I had liked even after a couple of suggestions but overall, it was a good experience and I love love love my nails.

Ladies and the place was nice. Be careful if they ask you if you want something done (like trimming your cuticles), its going to be an extra $5-10. Got the dip manicure and the color is super splotchy and uneven. Top coat has mostly worn off after 4 days. Overall just not impressed.

Highly recommend Venezia for mani-pedi! The spa is always very clean, staff very friendly & efficient. Lucy manages staff to keep things moving with a smile. Lena is a wonderful technician. Ive been going there a couple years and never had a bad manicure or pedicure & Im a very picky when it comes to these services & cleanliness.

Me and the wife had an awesome experience here. Tracie was super friendly and very good and the owner was also awesome but I forgot/never knew her name. The prices are very good and the free drink selection is quite good including wine.

This is my first review, but I have used this salon for the past almost year because it is close to my home. I normally visit on the weekend but this week I am on vacation. I was sitting having my nails done talking on my phone. The owner brought me headphones implying my phone conversation was loud. My problem is, this is a nail salon! This is not a library. I will never spend my money here again. That was extremely rude and made me very uncomfortable.

This nail spa service is HORRIBLE! I have never been to a nail spa that the leadership attitude is bad and the technicians are just as bad! The technicians all seem to be right out of nail school and dont know how to do a simple smooth nail color on a pedicure. For the service you get for their over priced salon go somewhere else. They are only getting one star because you have to rate to post.

Appointment at 3:30. Not seen until 4:00.Was quoted $35 three times for manicure. Was charged $45 for long nsils and coffin shape which was never discussed prior to services. Will not return. Will reporr to BBB.

Ive been here two times.First time, I went for a mani/pedi and to get my eyebrows waxed. The mani was supposed to be solar white tips. They came out PINK. When I asked the lady why they were looking pink (in the beginning) she said theyd be white tips by the end. They were not. They were light pink nails. Awful. Then I went to get my eyebrows done. I wanted them waxed because I do not like plucking. The lady may as well not have even done my eyebrows. I had to go home and pluck anyway!!I wanted to give them a second chance, because they might have just had a bad day when I was there the first time. So today I went back to get my eyebrows done. And same thing!! I may as well have plucked them at home. The lady doing my eyebrows was very nice, but they just didnt look good. She only waxed basically around my eyebrow. This time I stayed and asked her to keep plucking, keep plucking until I was more satisfied. But still had to come home and pluck my eyebrows!!The reason Im giving two stars instead of one is because it is clean and the employees are nice.But I wont be back.

Was in town visiting family and needed a mani and pedi. Place is nice and neat. Staff is very friendly and the ladies who did my pedi went above and beyond. However, although the place was not busy, the manager/owner, was pushing her staff to talk less and work more. I do not speak vietnamese but certainly understand body language. Very dissapointed on that sense because part of a great customer experience is the sharing and interaction with the staff. The work performed on both mani/pedi were good and the massages amazing.
