My 1st time in Houston. The ambiance was divine. The music was so relaxing 😌. Not over powering your thoughts. The tech was amazing. She really knows her craft and paid attention to how the final product was viewed from eyes of client. I would come back and recommend others to visit. Oh the owner!!! I would make her my bestie if I could. Such a beautiful spirit and energy on her.

I moved to Houston about a month ago and have been looking for a great salon with fair prices. This is the place! Very professional, clean and fun vibe!

I love coming here. The ladies here are funny and professional. I work in a hospital setting so, I have to be reserved all of the time. I come here after my shift every 3 weeks. I am able to relax while basking in a great relaxing vibe, partake in great conversations, observe the talented nail technicians, sing along to the great music flowing from the speakers and drink mimosas.The location works for me also, because it’s centralized. I tell everyone I know you won’t go wrong coming here. This place is my sanctuary!!

Very nice and clean nail salon! The music was on point and the drink selection was very pleasing! I got the Jell-O shot pedicure and it was EVERYTHING I needed in a pedicure! I really loved this one simple thing the most which was the lady essentials in the restroom; it’s a small thing but really much appreciated especially if you may be in need.

Ive been coming to glossed glam for over a year. Ive always been treated with respect and everyone is so friendly. I recently came in for services and the new older curly haired receptionist was probably the worst customer service experience Ive had here. She didnt greet us and she acted like I wasnt going to pay for my services. I come here because its black woman owned. The other staff is wonderful and Ive never had an experience like this before. Normally would have given 5 stars but Im taking two because this most recent experience. I also wouldnt check their Instagram for pictures of the work everyone can do, the page only post pictures of oval nails with the same signature paint job. Variety is nice, love to see what everyone can do.

I love this nail salon. I usually watch the clock when Im getting my nails done. However when I come to this place its such a vibe I really enjoy my time there and get a chance to relax. Not to mention they play great music and serve delicious mimosas. Oh another plus is its black owned by a woman.Everyone is always nice and professional and are always wearing masks. Upon arriving you have to wear a mask and wash your hands. Love this place so much Ill definitely be back!!!!

Great nail salon, the staff is very friendly and the salon is very neat and clean. I made my appointment online. I had the Jell-O shot pedicure with Ashley that was everything and more. The best pedicure I’ve ever had. I definitely enjoyed my experience. Breisy did my full set and she did a great job.

I intentionally selected this nail salon b/c its Black owned and near 3rd Ward. Nail techs are nice and appointment was on time for feet. Pedi was so-so. Nail tech told me she doesnt do design. Mani is not up to par and nail tech who did my pedi told me she wasnt assisgned to do my mani. I had to ask who was was assisgned to only be told that it my wlthe same person who did my mani and now she clearly does design. I sat for close to 25 minutes before she returned to do my mani. My gel manicure only lasted a few days before nails chipping and now one week later polish is peeling. I was not informed that design would be taxed twice for foil and design. Most workers were not wearing mask and it doesnt appear that they have great sanitation policy in shop. Highly unlikely that Ill return. Here are my nails one week later

This is HANDS DOWN the best nail salon I have experienced in Houston. It is also black (woman) owned. The service was incredible, the owner followed up to ensure a great experience as well. Mimosas, water, and wine were complimentary. Very classy, great polish options, facials and waxing available by Michelle (who is fabulous). I truly enjoyed my overall experience from beginning to end. I will ONLY be coming here when in town!

Until they become more organized most likely I will not come back to this shop. I waited approximately 25 min to see the person I booked with to do my manicure. Just to be put with a different person. Then as I sat in the chair getting my acrylic removed they decided to tell me that they have to reschedule my appointment I made, and then I found out the person they put me with doesnt know how to do manicures?!...NEED I REMIND YOU THIS WAS MY BIRTHDAY WEEKEND AND I BOOKED MY APPOINTMENT AHEAD OF TIME THINKING I WAS GOING TO GET MY NAILS DONE!!! Jay is soo sweet and gentle with my hands. The business is black owned, so I was very excited about that. The decor is beautiful, the wine offered is a cute touch. But my favorite is hearing my favorite type of music(R&B) playing in the background.

I am usually the last person to complete a survey or a review. However, after my experience at the Glossed Glam Factory, I knew I would make an exception. This was my first time visiting and the service was awesome from start to finish. I was greeted pleasantly by the receptionist. Staci and Isabelle were the technicians for my services. They were both friendly and their quality of service was Top Notch! Aside from the ambiance and quality of service, the comradery was stellar. While having my manicure done, the lady next to me was sharing with her nail technician(Kryssi) about being outbid on a house she wanted to buy. Kryssi, Staci and myself refilled her jar with positive energy. It literally turned into a womens empowerment session and I LOVED IT!! I will definitely be back to touch up my glam :-)

I recently moved to Houston and was looking for a new nail shop I could patronize but the customer service is non existent the young lady that did my polish change was NOT friendly at all didn’t open her mouth to speak or anything. I believe her name was Alexis. The other manicurist that were working on clients were friendly and holding conversations with their clients. My manicurist was more worried about what was on her phone that my polish was put on so thick it looks horrible. Very disappointed in the service that I received because the nail shop is very pretty and the other ladies seemed nice.

Flavor was not present and very dry. Well not order again.

The place is clean and I felt like I was catered to. Love the luxury vibes. And the location is perfect because it’s next door from Phil and dereks as I got a quick lunch after my nail appointment. Nayeli did amazing on my nails. I brought a inspo pic and she nailed it. Very talented. I took a star away because my pedicure wasn’t what I imagine as it was a quick job not much scrubbing. I was extremely pleased with my experience.Encompassing of my experience were complementary drinks, good music, and great conversations. Round 2 was even better than the first! My last pedi lasted like a month and couldve lasted longer but i stumped my toe! All the same things rang true to my last review and then some! Got the same pedi because in a pretty simple gal and Im obsessed with the jelly on my toes lol...Brittani completed my pedi and the polish is gorgeous! She took her time and i felt nice and relaxed after a day of virtual teaching. Being the only one in the shop was a plus for me because of the time i decided to come. Bonus: meeting the owner of the spot who was super sweet and conversational! Hearing about her vision for the shop and being a patron getting to experience her vision was cool- super glad we met! I loved it from the moment I pulled up to the building. I was a few minutes early, so I sat in my car. I noticed the OWNER sweeping & wiping down stations to get ready for the day. That’s phenomenal! Lorraine did my pedicure & she’s so personable. We had casual conversation & she even mentioned how she could better accommodate me next time I came. Glossed Glam is THE best nail salon in Houston. I have tried different nail professionals at the salon and each one provided an above and beyond experience: very professional, friendly, and educational (made sure I knew how to take care of my nails - hands and feet - after leaving the salon). Good music, very pretty environment, and just an all around good vibe.. the owner (a black woman :) ) comes out and makes sure that all her patrons are taken care of. She’s very sweet and friendly. 3 generations of my family went to Glossed today, and we were treated like queens. Professional and specialized treatment for us all. My grandmother is 88 years young and her unique situation includes thin skin, my daughter is 11 and she, like most kids, doesnt need the works, and I am a natural gal...everyone left with exactly what we wanted, and needed. Even with all that specialized treatment, I was most pleased with the value and attentiveness of the staff. We had great conversation, music, and if Granny wasnt there, I would have had a glass of wine! This is my new favorite place!

Everyone was were super nice and respectful. The facility is clean/beautiful and in a great location. Unfortunately my nail service was not of good quality. I got a basic gel manicure, and it only lasted 1 week. I wish them much success. I will return, but I will have to request a different nail tech.

When I searched for a Black owned business that does manicures & pedicures this was the first one that popped up. Im so happy that I found this place. All of the staff are friendly and truly allow you to be yourself so that your time with them is enjoyable. The decor is top notch (think HGTV), the cleanliness is Mr. Clean quality and the level of professionalism is great! The music creates an amazing relaxing vibe that welcomes you into the shop and the pedicure station chairs will trap you. I could have gone to sleep, lol! I will most certainly be a continuing patron of this establishment and if you want a mani / pedi for reasonable prices and good vibes, definitely go to Glossed Glam Factory!

I had a wonderful experience at Glossed Glam Factory. From the moment I stepped in, I was treated like family (and offered delicious mimosas!) and each staff member is warm but still professional. Lorraine did a great job on my pedicure and I love that they use fresh citrus in the soaking bowl. The facility is beautifully set up and, although the aesthetic is nicer than anything I’ve seen around town—including Isle Pedi Spa and Secret Escape—the pricing is very reasonable. When you go, I highly recommend the signature strawberry mimosa!

I visited the black owned nail salon Glossed Glam Factory and I ABSOLUTELY loved it! From the decor to the professionalism! The minute I walked in the door I was greeted and promptly attended to. My nail techs were Kryssi and Britanni and they were extremely down to earth, very pleasant and PROFESSIONAL!! Its quite a way from Katy but they are a FULL service salon from manis, pedis, wax, etc. so Ill take that drive if it means supporting my community! Loved it and I highly recommend. And the owner was AWESOME as well, you can just tell she handles her business. Oh and the music was super good - great vibe! Love. It.

OMG! This was the best personalized experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. The establishment was immaculate - sanitized, and polished. All staff members greeted me as I entered and made my way through the establishment to the wash my hands, as directed to help reduce the spread of Covid. My wait time was less than 5 min, a big plus! and my nail tech was welcoming, professional, attentive and informative. There were many different options available to choose from for both manis and pedis, I love a variety. The ambiance was everything Id hoped it be and then some. I cant brag enough about my experience, Im definitely committed to making this 50 min commute every 3 weeks to get glammed up!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!! 💕 my friend and I came in for a mani/pedi and micorblading. I wasnt even planning on getting the microblading done but as I was there I saw another customer leave with her fresh brows and the owner, Theresa was able to squeeze me in with the microblading tech and I got a correction on my previously microbladed brows. Candance who did my brows was amazing, she was thorough and professional and listened to my needs and they came out great! 😍The mani/pedi with grade A service all around 💅🏽💆🏽‍♀️We were treated to chilled champagne and a great atmosphere. All the techs are professional and the place is great and luxurious. The prices are great ($250 for the microblading). Im very happy with the service and will definitely be coming back!

I visited today after seeing a post on Facebook. Currently it is appointment only, but booking an appointment is simple via their Facebook page. I was able to book a same day appointment which was a win for me. I arrived about 5 minutes early and although parking is limited I was able to find a spot on the street near the shop. There is also parking in front of the shop. Once I entered I was greated immediately by Loraine and explained to her that I had an appointment. The building is very glam! I love the decor and gives you a princess/ queen type of vibe. Its very clean and the music wasnt loud but every song was jamming! (I literally sang the entire time I was there lol) Anyways, Loraine was super nice! I was offered a signature mimosa and was placed in my pedichair. The pedicure was simple, but relaxing. I had hot stones and a sugar scrub. My nails were also completed by Lorraine and I had a dip powder. My color was recommended by Theresa, the owner, and she picked a beautiful pink! My nails are natural, short, and were nicely done. Before leaving Theresa noticed a slight error on my nail and I was told to get it fixed. I literally didnt notice it, but that alone makes me know that her standards for anything attached to her name is high. The fact that this is a black owned business with excellent customer services makes me a forever customer! I highly recommend Glossed Glam Factory! I was told that she will offer more services eventually which is also a plus!
