Amazing work Johnny ! When y’all come as for him to do your nail. He’s amazing every time I come I ask for him to do my nails. He’s very fast and they come out looking gorgeous ❤️!

I’ve been coming here a couple of times , and the service is hit or miss. Sometimes they do a good job other times they lack. I wouldn’t mind coming back because they have good discounts on Monday’s. But today I came looking to get a spring color for my nails. I choose a color and it didn’t really turn out how I expected. I called and let her know if I can switch it out that it was just the color that I didn’t like. Long story short she asked me who picked out the color “you or the tech” and I’m like I did and she was like then that’s your fault. As a business owner the customer service is very low standard and left me in loss of words for a place I looked forward to come to on my days off. Last time I’ll be coming in and I hope they realize that customer service should be a priority.

The manager is extremely rude. She spoke to other customers completely different than me. I’m not sure if it’s my race that upset her, but her customer service was horrible. I’m so upset and hurt. She raised her voice at me In front of the customers. I’m embarrassed and confused. She wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. She spoke to someone else to tell me. She said you act like you don’t understand. So now I’m incompetent. This is unbelievable. When did it get like this. This was my third time coming. I brought my sis because I was so pleased the other two times. Now I’m just at a loss for words. WhAt did I do wrong? Why was I treated so horribly? Then to add insult to injury....they said well pay again and I’ll redo it. REALLY!!!’ That’s your solution.

I followed my favorite nail tech, Dawn, to Diamond Nails. I’m very impressed with this establishment. It was very clean! The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. I’m so happy Dawn found a great place to work, and happy I’ll be able to relax in such a nice setting.

I’m one of the most empathetic customers a business could ever encounter. I hardly ever complain and I look for reasons to give you five stars. I stopped in Diamond Nails shop asking for service - what would originally have been a refill, possibly a full set. I’m not picky about the exact color on my nails I just want a neutral pink and a nice shape up. The hostess turned my visit into a complicated consultation that wasted 20 minutes. She recommended a soak off. I agreed. I was excited to try a new pink. Then the actual nail tech recommended blending a similar color over the existing color. I wasn’t opposed to that either. But as the consulting went on, I decided to just bear another day and stick with the tech who originally did the set. I felt they were talking me out of patronizing their business. I usually tip $20 for standard service. I’ve tipped up to 100% of my bill in my favorite nail shops: E Nails(Memorial), 3D Nail and spa (cypress), Tipsy Nails (Missouri City), Executive Nails (Highway 6). I will stick to the shops I’ve made relationships with.

Allow me to start by saying that I am very picky with my nails, and where I get them done. How they are applied, shaped, the overall design, the shop, the cleanliness, the sterility of the utensils have to be to a certain scale. Emily is the nail tech I have had every time I have visited the salon. She did a good job the first time, and with each time i returned, she got better and better. They are very attentive to their guests and aim to be sure you enjoy your time there and leave happy. I recommend coming here for overall service. And Diamond Nail is Priced superbly for the service and quality of work performed!💋

Definitely the best nail spa in the area; been going here a little over 2 years now. The owners are very nice, place is always clean. My nails always look good and they last long.

I was greeted very promptly and friendly.. but once I sat . Everything was rushed. My nails are thick but I like my colors. My pedi was not worth 30 bucks. The wax on my feet was put on and as soon as she put on my left foot she took the right one out.. no time to soak in wax ..I wont be back! Im glad I didnt ask for shellac or anything more expensive..

Very unprofessional! Do not recommend it walked! I walked in and the guy owner told my 15 year old sister to sit down because he was going to do her nails, as I was walking out (because they dont let people wait there) another lady came in and said I am back at first the guystood the lady I cannot do them right now but something changed and he told my sister to wait. We were there first and if someone left and came back its not our fault. When I came back in to ask why he was making her wait he said she had an appointment which was a complete lie and if that was the case why didnt he say so at first. Never again will I come back to this place, I do not recommend it one bit. If it was me this would be a 0 star.

All I’m going to say is 😒 Keep going and past the place up.. I wouldn’t spend another nickel at this place... I should’ve known by they none greeting, looks, and demeanor when I walk the the door... The pre Judge you before you request for service all the way until you pay to leave... Never againAlso, they forces you to get services that you don’t even want! Rushes you from the time you get in the door.. Have the nerve to roll eyes and get distracted with you because you asking questions about the health of your services.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I’ve been a loyal customer since this nail salon opened! I’ve recommended ALL MY FRIENDS AND COWORKERS Here! & ALL have LOVED this nail shop! They even stopped going to their usual nail place to come here. I %1000 recommend Diamond nail salon! Jonniboy is so nice and respectful & does an EXCELLENT JOB WITH NAILS! All the staff are FRIENDLY and attentive to your needs! I always get offered water and cookies which is always a treat! Ladies look no further this is THE SPOT!!

**UPDATE 11/27**JOHNNY refused me service TODAY saying because I left them a bad review (3 stars) no one there can do my nails.**Original review**Its okay. Nails appear good to the naked eye. Ever since emily left cant keep my nails on from here a full 2wks without lifting and breaking. Changed nail salons.

I’ve been coming to this place since 2018 and have never complaint but very unfortunate to say that my last visit there was a really bad experience. Terrible customer service & the nail tech did a horrible job. The guy who manages is very unprofessional and arrogant. I hope my review helps them to improve their services & don’t discourage people to visit and give them a try.

I used to enjoy coming here and became what I would consider a regular. However the last two times I have been I haven’t had the best experience. This last time I decided it would be my last time going. I took my niece in to get her nails done for her birthday, my toddler to get her nails and toes done and I simply wanted to relax and get a pedicure. While my niece got her nails done my toddler sat with me while I got my toes done. The nail tech seemed to be rushing, I had to remind him to clean under my toenails and ask him to clip and file my nails down. These are all things that come with a basic pedicure. I paid extra for a hot stone massage they was not even mediocre. When it finally came to picking my color I picked a beautiful dark navy blue. The nail tech went to get the color and came back with a dark purple... I told him I didn’t think that was the right color and he kept telling me that it was because the numbers matched. He then went and picked another color, it still didn’t look right but he insisted once he applied it it would match. Nope, it was still purple... I keep looking at my toes thinking I’m getting ready for a Halloween party! To make matters worse when I told one of the managers that I was not happy... she made an excuse. My toddler had been amazing the entire time and had been so patient waiting to get her nails done so I left it alone and moved on to pamper her. Again I had to ask the nail tech to clip and clean her nails. When he finally started painting them he only put one coat on and the color didn’t look as nice as it would have had he put on a second or third coat.All in all I was just really disappointed... I have been a loyal customer who tips well. And when I let them know there was an issue instead of giving a loyal customer “good” customer service they made an excuse and seemed to be completely ok with not correcting anything.

I truly enjoy this place! Everyone is so nice. Mary is THE bomb. She always does an excellent job with my full set. Though she is my go to nail lady, I can go to anyone for a pedicure. I always enjoy how gentle they are. I totally recommend this place!

I absolutely love the way John does my nails! I decided to give them a shot one day when I was running late to an event. My old nail tech was too far and I am extremely picky with my sets. There is a variety of options as far as colors and designs. I am excited to try them all!!

The service here was amazing. My Girlfriend tends to drag me along with her every time she gets her nails done and the first time we went here, I didnt even get anything done but they still treated me nicely and offered me a seat next to her and something to drink as well. They convinced me to get a manicure and wow, the girl with the long hair did an amazing job. My girls nails were perfect, from what little knowledge I know about nails. We both only go here from now on.

The receptionist is horrible. I been calling multiple times a day since the reopen on May 8th. NOBODY answers the phone. The one time I did get through to make an appt. I was cut off in the middle of talking and was asked if I can get a call back. Still nothing. This is Unprofessional. I shouldnt have to go out my way to make an appointment in person SMH

This is my second time coming here. Both for basic sets.The first time i got a full set and my nails done.And less then 2 full days my whole left hand was lifting. My pinky and ring ringer had completely fallen off. (I think the guy had completely forgotten to prime that hand none of the nails would stick )When i returned to the shop, the guy at the front desk asked if i had been in a fight and laughed it off.They fixed it of course and didn’t charge me. No further issueThe second time, i only came to get a pedicure. I didn’t want to risk another bad set.From the moment i set down the entire service felt rushed. The lady sat on her phone the entire time. Which isn’t really an issue for me, But this lady just seemed totally disengaged.Everything from there not being enough paraffin wax in the bag..to them not having the original color that i asked, so instead of her just telling me that and asking if i would like a different color, she chose the next color over. Without asked if that color was ok or anything.I tried giving them a second chance but i don’t think i will be returning here.

Mary is my nail tech and friend she is beautiful inside and out. I enjoy every visit. Everyone else is has awesome Customer service.

I love this nail salon. They always treat me great everytime I come here. I have gotten acrilic nails, overlay, pedicure and lashes done here. All services are great everytime. The owner and his wife are so welcoming along with the workers.

I went on Wednesday, I got a pedicure and a manicure, the lady that did them cut my finger, the shellac was piled by the next day and it was a Wednesday so supposedly they have a discount but I payed full price. Please I do not recomend this place.

Been here 3 times but will not be coming back. My first time was okay, the lady did a good job and I couldn’t complain but I had called to see how long it would be until a pedi, they said 10 mins. The wait was actually 30mins+. The second time I came, I did not like the way the lady did my pedi. She did not even took off my full shellac from my last set. My third time, the lady cut me badly and she still keep poking me, making it worse. Prices are good but will not return!

I paid $17 for the basic of basic manicures and it did not last a day before my nail polish was chipping and peeling. Not really a relaxing environment will not return ever

The reason I came to get my full set here because my original place was close Sunday afternoon ... after I got my nails done 2 days later 2 nails broke .. she made my nails so thin ....but I never imagen I was going to have issues second week another nail ... this has never happen to me ever when I go to my nail salon ... they probably use the most cheap stuff 3 nails broke my acrylic also got yellow on the first week ... never coming back to this place

A super personal and friendly treatment. They treat you as if you were family and always adapt to your needs.
