The lady that attend me was nice but she was in such a hurry and this is the outcome of my pedicure. I understand they’re short staff but they can at least try and keep clientele and not do a fast job to turn out to look like this….

Ask for Lee, ( a woman). Shes the best. But she only works Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

I’ve been going to this nail salon since I moved to the north side of Houston which was in 2016. Today I came to get a pedicure and wasn’t greeted at all. No one said anything to me. A lady walked in and was greeted immediately. I still sat there, no one asked what service I wanted or anything . The lady friend walked in and was greeted as well. After that, one of the workers came and asked me what service I wanted. I told her a pedicure. She then proceeded to tell me that the two ladies that came in had an appointment and if I could come back later. I told her no. I was really disappointed in their customer service today, and I will never return. For one , I should have been greeted at the door, and for two why did I have to sit for 10 minutes before being asked what service I would like.

Cathy is the best!!!!!! , very friendly, SUPER NICE!!! Went in too take my girlfriend to get a full set and Cathy was awesome! Will be coming back soon!!!!

I had literally walked out of another Nail shop and went there. MAI was friendly, efficient, quick and listened to my simple requests! I recommend!

I dont know a lot about nail salons, but I do know I like coming back here haha

Services are great but their nail designs (or lack of) not so much. The staff is friendly, but no one there can do up-to-date nail art. No airbrush, no marble designs, basically the older staff there are completely out of touch with present day nail styles. I would not recommend this shop if you prefer ant type of design on your nails.

I use to visit this nail salon faithfully every 2–3wks first with Vivan and Sarah, then Tommy and after he and Vivan left I only went to Sarah. Sarah is patient, kind and knows which colors compliment best. So I go in there 3wks ago only to be told Sarah went back to her country and she’ll be back. So an older lady there did what she told me was dip on my nails. I had a feeling it wasn’t dip and kept mentioning she’s doing it differently than Sarah to which she said Sarah was doing it wrong. So I let her do her thing but come to find out it wasn’t dip. Also, come to find out Sarah WILL NOT be returning to this location. When I was there at least five people asked for Sarah not including me. To all the ones loyal to Sarah she will not be returning. And their service isn’t great like it was when Amy owned it.

Beware! I would not recommend anyone to go here. Sad because people are nice and my nails look good! BUT so unclean And really shameful because they charge what other Clean places charge but you could easily get a fungus and you leave there with a uncomfortable feeling

I am not a very easy to please type of person! I must say this place has greatness in my eyes. They are very nice and do excellent work very professional environment. They also do great lashes and they give you the royal treatment. Sometimes we can be a bit skeptical at nail shops but this place is very clean you trust to put your feet in their bowl.!!!

Heaven on earth. My technician is Sarah and shes so patient and understanding. She allows me to be my difficult self and listens to ensure Im satisfied with every visit...hurray!

Tommy does a great job. If you are not completely satisfied with the details of your manicure or refill, just ask to have those little issues fixed and itll be done perfectly.

My mother and I have been going here for years and I love everyone there. Tommy usually does my nails, but I would trust anyone there to do them.

My sister came here and they pulled her ingrown toe nail without her permission. The owner was nice about the situation and covered the medical bill the employee who did it was rude. .ignoring my sister and should have been fired.

The guy who sits next to the first lady do not go with him! I went in to take my nails off and do shellac white tip. He didnt file the edge of my nails right so i still had residue from my fake nail on the sides then there was white streaks all over my nails when he put the final clear coat i tried telling him and the other nail tech but kept giving me excuses. Never going back again!

I just moved to this area, and needed a good nail shop they are really good.

The guy that sits next to the First Lady left my nails horrible they look like I supper glued them on and you can still see the color I had on before. Theh we’re trying to charge me $30 for a refil that came out looking ugly. They charge extra for shape and size, to pricey for the type of quality. I wish I can upload the pictures of my nails but google is not letting me.

I go the Texas Nails every 2wks to get shellac on my hands and a pedi... And about every 3wks for lashes. Sarah does my shellac as she is awesome! Vivian is my pedi tech and is just as great. Vivian has also done shellac on my hands in Sarahs absence and I was satisfied w/her service too. Amy is the best w/lashes there in my opinion. Prices are reasonable. They provide complimentary drinks and the service is great! Ive been going to Texas Nails for at least 3yrs!

Guy did a horrible job on my baby sisters nails for her birthday they were so over priced for the finished look I could have done a better job and Im not a nail tech ... very disappointing I wont be going back there

The staff is very nice, they do a good job, and I can almost always walk in and get a pedi or mani done without waiting and the price is very good $18 for a spa pedi or $25 for both hands and feet. They also do waxing and eye lashes. Very clean too. Highly recommend it.

The past two time I have come here for a pedicure, I have been in PAIN later that night. They SLOWLY peel the cuticle and it hurts so bad...later that night my toe is bright red and painful. This has happened twice now so I refuse to go back.

Do not let the guys do your nails they did a horrible job on daughters and myself thats what I get for cheating on my nail lady, my sister convinced me to go its close to her house they my nails are not shape right they are think as hell and not even centered, my daughter nails like duck nails and that is not what she wanted one fell off already and i just got them 6 days ago it fell off the same day.
