I used to love coming here, Tom did my nails and his wife Kim did my pedicures. Now the place has new owners, so I gave them a benefit of a doubt. It was so HORRIBLE. They messed up everything, ignored my complaints and refused to fix my problems. When I told them that I wasnt paying for anything extra, the man tried to block the door. Sad part was, I wasnt even trying to leave. I wanted my nails and toes fixed correctly....it was my b-day weekend. I will NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!

Love this place! Reasonably priced. LeeLee does awesome individual lashes, this was my 1st time getting any and the experience was great, shes fast and very nice. Im from out of town but will most likely travel back here to get my lash touchups.

I love this place it is really nice and super cheat. I always get a pedicure done here. I dont wear nails but my sister goes to get a full set. Its best to make an appointment because they stay busy 🤗 I go to a lady name Kim who work in there.

ASK FOR TOMI gave this place a chance and i was satisfied except for one thing. So a lady started on my full set and when I informed her I wanted coffin shape it seemed like she didnt know how to do it. She exchanged vietnamese words with the guy Tom and he took over because the shape was a little off but he fixed it . I would go back but ask for Tom I can tell hes experienced!! The pics below are about 1.5 week after I placed the nails on (I am due for a refill) but so far so good compared to other nail salons my nails would look bad and these have stayed on and still look nice. I chose Shellac with coffin shape it was $30.

There was no music but today I was fine because it was peaceful and calming with the best chair massage Ive had in a very long time. It was great pressure.Everyone in there was so friendly. My mani and pedi felt really nice. I did a special pedi for $26 and a classic mani that totalled $41.

Detailed work, customized designs and the sweetest people in Houston! Very affordable; best of all.... great communication!!!! Ive tried two other shops in the area which were ok, but something was always missing. Some shops have limited styles or colors this Nail Shop is the total package!

Great service! He was so friendly to talk to and I had quick service. Such great prices too! I was super surprised. This is close to the school I work at so I decided to try it even though the reviews are bad. I am not sure who they are referring to but my experience was not like any of those bad reviews. $28 for powder! Wow! I will def be coming back on a regular.

Irked...Drove all the way over here and they are CLOSED!!! The door is locked WITH AN EXTRA LOCK ON IT!!!! Smh

This Nail shop is now under new management and with John and his wife Kim and the service was awesome. They were very attention and my nails looked great. I’ve been with this same set for three to four weeks now and I am still receiving compliments on my nails. I recommend you go there now that they have new owners. I felt like I was the only person in the shop. Thank you John and Kim.

They are Under New Management but the man is very rough and will shove your hands inside the nail polish dryer and they will also put the wrong colors on your nails so make sure you pay attention to what they are grabbing. They grabbed the wrong color for my toes if I put my nails to my toes they dont match but away from each other they look good but also my thumb nails are not smooth

The new owners are horrible. The man that does nails told a woman yesterday on mothers day weekend to SHUT UP! Will not tolerate this kind of behavior! They should not be allowed to continue to make money in my neighborhood! They will not get another dime of my money. And they should not get yours either!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. Do not go to this place. They are terrible!!!!! I got my nails done their, and I I swear they didnt last for 2 days they fell off. They are not professional at all.

Got talked into a powder set and he grabbed the wrong color...the set came out decent but the next day the nails started lifting by the end of the week they started popping off! Waste of money would of been better off with press ons

Terrible service and very disrespectful people. Was told one price which we agreed on but when she was done, she acted like she didn’t know what was going and said she didn’t agree to it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I will be returning to my original nail shop.

I had been going to Tammy for almost 2 years and she would be there on time recently she stared to avoid talking to me. she would not return my calls to set a appointment ,one day she answer and said that she was busy ,so i went to her shop and she was late 30 min,i was upset and left i had gave her 3 changes she was late all the time ,she never return my calls or apologize ..i will never go back the same day i went to another nail shop venus in spring by cypresswood and 45 she is better and very nice person i love how she did my nails ...
