1st timer !! My boyfriend and I had an amazing SERVICE?

Luxury pedi experience, a cut above the rest. I got lash extensions for the first time here too and had a great experience. It doesnt feel like anything is on my eyelids and they dont itch or impair my vision. The tech explained best practices and educated me on how to properly care for them so that they last longer. Its been great waking up and not having to worry about mascara. I chose a more natural look, but theres more dramatic options too.

Stopped by here because the salon I usually go to was booked and couldnt fit me in as a walk in. Defiantly not visiting again. The place was dirty (pics included). The lady who serviced me was kind and I liked the way she shaped and polished my nails. She recommended a parfin wax treatment and I usually get the treatment included at the salon I go to on a regular basis however it was going to cost me an extra 10.99 to get it at this place which would have brought the cost of a pedicure up to $45 and to me it wasnt worth it. The place was dirty and not pleasant to sit in. I just wasnt pleased with the overall appearance of the establishment and the pedicure was just ok it wasnt great.

I love this place honestly one of the best ones here in Houston it’s closer to belliare but it’s worth the drive. Excellent customer service. Everyone is welcoming

Dont go on a Sunday even if you have an appointment because they are too busy and will rush you out. I made an appointment for an early Sunday afternoon fill and I went in a half an hour early just in case they may need more time because I needed a repair on two of my nails. The Greet was very quick and very nice and they got me to a seat to work very quickly and accepted me to come in early. Since this was my first time coming I I brought reference photos of how my nails had been before that I wanted replicated as well as a reference photo from their own IG so I know how they can do nails and how they could look. It started off pretty well but I could tell that the lady doing my nails was rushing because she didnt check to see if my nails were the same length between my right hand and my left hand she wasnt trimming them in a straight line and when it came time to shape them she would not shape them the way I kept asking her to she kept insisting my nails were too wide and they werent going to look good if they were done the way I was asking her to do them even though I again had a reference photo of my own Nails being done in the shape that I wanted them to be done. I watched her do her bead work with acrylic and could tell that she was either rushing or did not know how to do acrylic because she made her acrylic beads too thin and liquid. The acrylic cant be too liquid or else it wont be strong enough on the nail and wont last. She also tended to flood my cuticles which she did go back and try and fix a bit. The shape the length are all different on each nail and everytime I try to get her to fix it she would file it for one or two strokes then try and move on and it became more hassle to get her to fix it then just let her finish because I was hoping to work the end should be able to shape it and I didnt want to Nag on each individual step. When it came time to put on the jewels that I had asked for they came out unevenly spaced far from the cuticle and just look like a rushed job. I also could tell they have bad management of appointments versus walk-ins because between my appointment and the appointments that came in an hour later she would not have had time to do my nails then do the next appointments if I had not come in early. She was quick to be done with me so that she could move on to the next appointment and get me to pay without 100% listening to what was wrong. I will say that they were very nice and accommodating to me coming and again then tomorrow and will fix my nails but I refuse to sit in there today and be rushed because of bad time management on their part. I have attached photos of how my nails look now and if they look better tomorrow I will come back and edit my review and show the updated photos. I asked for a coffin shape and you can even look and see at the pictures that none of these nails are in coffin-shaped/ ballerina shape they look like a rounded rectangle

Its a beautiful experience! It was my 27th birthday and they were so welcoming, the service was great beyond measure! On top of that the beautiful lady offered me wine, great way to bring in my celebration. Rose always does a great job on my eyebrows. And Victor gave me a great shellac manicure and shoulder massage. Their shellac gel formula is long lasting too! Up to two weeks for me due to my work.. It’s my go to nail spa🤗

I love Thomas, he is the best Master Microblading Technician!! He turned my bad eyebrow retouch and made it into beautiful natural looking eyebrows!! He also does my lashes too! He’s super gentle and does an outstanding job every time!! I highly recommend him and the rest of the staff there!!

Terrible customer service. My pedicure was AMAZING and the gentleman who did it was the only good thing about my experience! But my dip set took almost 2 hours. Two different people worked on me and I was often left waiting for one to come back for 20 minutes at a time. It was very much like I was not important or a priority. When one would stop and another would continue they had no idea where the last one was and didn’t bother asking what I wanted or what needed to be done. I was there nearly 3 hours for a pedicure and dip set. Also the salon itself seemed very unclean and dirty and at one point the lady took the remote to the massage chair and gave it to someone else so I couldn’t enjoy using it or even adjust the chair. The dip set looks decent but I asked for soft square and the under neath of my nails are so sharp and she rushed through the entire last part because her next appointment walked in. I will most certainly not be back. Don’t let the 4.6 stars deceive you like it did me!!

The place was nice the ladies were nice however the first lady that worked bin my nails seemed to know what she was doing the second lady who applied the acrylic clearly was training or just didnt know what she was doing looked like a blind 4 year old applied the acrylic until a third lady got involved I could see the problem and clearly in their language they could see the problem so she attempted to fix said acrylic she did a pretty good job but why 4 days later did a nail fall off?? And very very easily I was picking up literally a French toast stick BREAD!!!!! come on I only stopped cuz my normal tech couldnt fit me In and this place looked really nice ....really nice doesnt equal good service

I had a wonderful experience today at Couture Pedi Spa with my sister. The staff members are incredibly sweet and genuine with their hospitality. They took their time and was very thorough with service. The spa’s atmosphere was cozy and very clean. I left feeling very relaxed and well pampered. Thank you Couture Pedi Spa for pampering me! I will return!

This place is awesome and has a wonderful staff. However once again, my nails have chipped and cracked within 48hrs of me getting them done. To pay over $100 in two weeks (new set each time) for nails to keep breaking is not good at all. Especially when you just getting an over-lay on your natural nails. Either the dipping powder isn’t durable or the nail tech is to blame. I still recommend the location but DO NOT recommend using the dipping powder, stick with acrylic.

I came here initially through Groupon to have my lashes done. Thats when I met Thomas. He did a excellent job on my mink lashes. It was my fist time so I wasnt sure what to expect but he exceeded my expectation. He respected my wishes, and understood when I explained that I work in an office and not at the club. However, I wasnt ready for what came next. He told me about microblading and showed me some photos of his work. I was interested because my eyebrows are so thin and I literally have to draw them on daily. After thinking about it a couple of months, I decided to give him a try. All I can say is that Thomas slayed my brows! They look AMAZING!!! Best money Ive spent in awhile. Im loving the fact that I wake up with flawless brows every morning! Thank you Thomas! You SLAY!!

My sister gifted me a Groupon for some lash extensions for my birthday so went and got them done this past Saturday (4 days ago) by Lily (Im assuming, she never told me her name). Over half of them have fallen out already, despite keeping my face out of water completely. I joking told my sister I was going to wear swim goggles in the shower to protect them even more, but it wouldnt matter. The evening I had them done, two lashes had already fallen off. Two mornings later, I wiped five out from the corner of my eye. The next morning, six more. Thats counting just the ones that fell off throughout the night. Both eyes have lost lashes, but my right eye is almost back to normal. Please note that none of these have fallen out with my lashes - they are all the extensions.Lily was really nice. The process took an hour and a half. The salon is really nice, but it doesnt specialize in lashes, so keep that in mind.

I was at the place a week ago for facial but unfortunately the old lady that she did facial for me she was so unprofessional and she been asking alot of questions instead of to put music for relaxation. Her hand was wounded and super dry when she touched my face i feel really bad . She did my facial in 45 minutes instead of 1:15 minutes and when i asked why she said she is busy and she had to leave . I wouldn’t recommend this place

Great place to go and get a wonderful pedicure. Went got a pedicure and full set. Need less to say I haven’t had my full set a week and my nail broke. This is not good. I was not expecting this at all. I know next time not to get a full set from them.

Clean and beautiful location. Great assortment of nail polish colors and brands to choose from. Best nail spa I have visited since living in Houston. Reasonably priced. Didnt give them a 5 star due to personal preference, and thats because they dont have massage chairs. Also the mani and pedi was fab! Friendly and polite staff. I received a full set from this shop & Every other finger, I had to correct my nail tech with the shape of my nails (coffin). This was my second bad experience with my nails not being right & ive had to go back to the salon. The very next day, another nail broke. I had to work so I couldn’t come in but the second day two of the other nails were already lifting. I went to the salon to explain and politely asked for a refund since this was my 2nd time coming back to the salon with an issue. They refused and said they “don’t know how to do refunds” and could just try to fix it again. Again, I explained this would be my 3rd fix and I’d just like my money back since I was there 2 days ago, and I provided the receipt. The lady told me NO and said to take it up with the owner who isn’t there and to call. When I asked for the owner’s Information I was finally given a name “Kathleen” and that she’s rarely in the store so to call before I come and goodbye. I’m still trying to reach “Kathleen”. This will definitely be my last time going there.

Love this place! They have great service and a lot of options. Lily is the best!The first few times I went, I got Vetro gel. The brand would not stay on my nails. But BioSculpture gel is fantastic. It lasts two to three weeks for me. Lily said some brands just dont work for certain people, and they work with you if thats the case! Also, they warranty their work! Love it!They are very clean and always friendly!And the color selection is fantastic!

Save yourself the time and money. There was a wonderful girl named Elena who did amazing work. I came in one day for my scheduled appointment with Elena, but she wasn’t there. Instead I was serviced by a nail tech who worked on me as well as two other women. I was at the salon for FOUR HOURS, and I showed a picture to the nail tech of what I wanted, which she assured me she could do. The end result looked nothing like it, and I was incredibly disappointed. I stated this, and nothing was done. I called a few days later and scheduled an appointment for them to be fixed because the shaping and color on each hand didn’t match, and all the chrome was chipping. I showed up on time. No one was available, and the manager proceeded to tell me it was my fault, she didn’t have time, and that she didn’t see they weren’t done well. Really? Then she walked away from me mid-conversation staying I was picky and not to come back. I derserve whatever I ask for when I’m paying for a service. They lost a loyal customer today. Shame on them. The nails cost $70, and they should look exactly how I asked.See below their response. I literally laughed out loud when I read it. I’m sure all the details of what happened are very accurate after waiting two months after it happened to respond.

First and foremost I was very reluctant about making a review because I have been going there for a very very long time but since LILY DOES NOT OWN THIS SALON ANYMORE, and after my last experience I dont EVER plan on going back I thought I would give you guys the scoop.So I normally go to this salon particularly for the lashes. If you guys dont know much about lash extensions just know if placed incorrectly you CAN loose your lashes, since I have been going to lily and her friends, I never ONCE had any complains about their work, lily and her employees are super skilled and talented at what they do and they take their time without burning your eyes for the whole hour your in there. The point is DONT GO HERE , if you want to keep your natural lashes and not loose them like I did, do not go and waste your money there.I did call and asked to speak to lily but they gave me the run around 3 times before someone calling me back and letting me know that lily is working on their projects which is bs lily doesnt own the salon anymore, its a new owner and new techs thats have NO IDEA what their doing.We will see how much longer this salon will thrive.

I was disappointed.Tthe price has increased since Lili owned it, and the service has gone down. I had an appointment, but I still had to wait 20 minutes. she did a very poor job in cutting and filing my nails. Julie is mostly interested in making money not helping her clients.

Kathleen is my go to person for everything! Love this place and their quality! Just got microblading done at Couture Pedi Spa with Thomas and Kathleen. Super happy with the result and it was pain free! I didn’t feel anything and total obsessed how my eyebrows look. It looks super natural and I love it! This place is seriously my one stop spa shop. I get my eyelash extensions, mani/pedi and now my eyebrows microbladed here.
