Ive gone here for years. Ive recommended many friends and family to go here. Take the good with the bad. The owners a great guy but has hired a new guy who rubs people the wrong way.

Had our A/C compressor and rear brakes replaced and they were super informative as to what they were going to be doing to our car. Their estimate was cheaper than the dealers and about 4x faster turnaround as well! We will be coming back for sure!

In and out auto care has awesome customer service, I felt well taken care of. Their price was amazing and great work. I will definitely go to them again to them for additional work in the future. 😊👍

Always have good service and great prices

My experience hasn’t been great. I had to have my cabin air filter replaced then oil changed and transmission flushed. Came to pick my car up to discover my AC was off balance with all the work they did on my car. So now my AC sounds like a lawn mower. Also before I drove my car away they told me I had one leak. Only to find that when I came back it’s actually got two more supposed leaks?!?

I called around everywhere and he was the only one open. He was very friendly and quick. highly recommended. I will definitely go back

I have a 2001 Chev, Suburban that has been in our family since new. I am now responsible for its care. I researched where to take it and came up with In and Out Automotive. These people are as honest as the day is long. They carefully reviewed my cars health and gave me all the recommendation. I cant tell you how pleased my wife and I are with this company. Repairs done on time, within the estimate quoted and perfect! Use them, you wont be disappointed.

What I like best about In and Out Auto Care is their attention to detail. I brought my car in for a repair and oil change. They discovered some small things that needed attention. And they keep a digital record of everything theyve done for my car., which is an older car. Still, they take care of my baby as if it were brand new. Love these guys. So personable, too.

Communicated well and often as they repaired my work van. I was blowing water bad. As it turns out I needed a head gasket job and also timing chain cover gasket replaced as well as a bunch of other things. The price was fair. The customer service was good and they even waited patiently for 3 days after the job was complete for me to pay them. Lots of phone calls and discussion while the job was being done. No pressure for payment. They even let me know about some other stuff that I should get done when I can afford it, didnt corner me into more work though. Wayne even said hed keep an ear open for a full size work van as Ive been looking for a second work van. Ive been driving at least 60 miles a day since and no problems. All in all my experience with them was excellent and I will most definitely use them again. Not a used car lot feel that you get with a lot of mechanics shops... check em out if you need something done!

The guys at In And Out are absolutely fantastic. Ive previously been in just for oil changes, but recently I was in to have a weird sound checked out - it ended up being the wheel bearings, but while they were working on that, they fixed several other sounds that I had accepted as normal, and were able to bundle a few other necessary repairs in for a very reasonable cost.While the work took a bit longer than estimated, I very much appreciate that Brian and Barrett were more concerned with ensuring my car was safe to drive than with completing the work quickly. They kept me informed of their findings along the way, and, in spite of the longer hours, still billed out under their original cost estimate. I will absolutely return to them for any work my car needs in the future.

The guys at In & Out really take the time to make sure EVERYTHING is fixed and ready to go, not just the one component you came in to get fixed or that you thought needed fixing. On my last visit to replace the engine gasket, they also fixed the window washer pump and two other components without additional charge, and my car was still ready to go on time! Very good service all around.

These guys knew the problem, diagnosed it, and although couldnt legally touch it (delete and tune) sent me in the right direction to get it fixed. They saved me $4,000 on heads that another shop told me I needed. These are great honest people.

We take both of our vehicles here for routine service as well as the issues I dont have the time, tools, and/or knowledge to address myself. They are reasonable on their pricing and their service is excellent. Ive never experienced any shenanigans here, and my wife has stated the same. These guys are great and Im glad that they are here!

These guys are great. Give you a great run down of whats going, what needs to be fixed now, what needs to be fixed later, and what is wrong, but you may never need to fix. I have never felt like they doomsday anything. If its bad, they tell you. If its needed they tell you. And what makes them special is they also tell you when things can wait. Fair prices as well.

I just had my car fixed by in and out auto repair. I had malfunction light and it could’ve been anything. So they did a computer diagnosis had 2 People Test drive the car and rotated the tires and changed all of my spark plugs. and I have a V-8 with two spark plugs per cylinder. Changed the oil, and did what was necessary. He also turned the car in 24 hours or less.He quoted 470 I think. And it came in about 35 dollars under The estimate. I absolutely love that no surprises! Wayne is the best!

Wish I could give them more than five stars. I have been here twice with two difference vehicles and both times they have been very thorough and INCREDIBLY fairly priced. I knew one of my cars needed more work than I was willing to put into it, and rather than try to up-sell me to get the work done, they went above and beyond to make it last as long as possible without the expensive work.

Dan and his team at In and Out will always tell you the truth. You love your car and they know that. When your car is not working, they can find what the problem is and then explain the options available to fix it. Wayne helped me out a ton this morning with a flat tire. He helped with removing the flat one and put on my spare at no charge. In the rain no less! He even helped me find a place nearby that had a used tire at the size I needed which Im going to pick up later today.Ill be back when I need something worked on.

Only mechanics I trust. They fixed my classic car, I bought my current vehicle from them (used for fairly cheap) years ago and it is still running well (just about to hit 100k, knock on wood). Dont go to any other mechanic; if you are unsure about your current one, give these guys a try and you will see. although the prices are average, in the end they are cheaper because they dont charge you for things that you never needed , and they fix the issue the first time.

This is a great shop, I have taken two of my cars there, my mom uses this shop, as well as my grandma. They are better priced then other shops I have found and are very helpful and knowledgeable and have great customer servuce. My grandma took and dropped her Car off, not only did they give her a ride back home, but when she realized her house key was on the key ring she left at the shop, they took her back, and then back down to the house!

Every time I bring my car here, I am astounded by what they accomplish at a low price. After years of going to one of the oil change and car maintenance chains, In and Out is spoiling me with their efficiency, their non-invasive customer care, and their reasonable prices. My car was giving me a headache. One day it wouldnt start, then it would start well for two weeks without any problem, then it wouldnt start again. I took the car to two different shops, but they all said different things that caused the problem. They werent able to fix it at all. I was so frustrated because I needed the car for work and daily activities. Then my co-workers recommended me to take it In & Out Auto. Well, the name of the shop sounded really good. It seemed that I can take my car in and out and never come back again for the same problem. Wow, I was not disappointed. In & Out diagnosed the problem and fixed it. It was like Magic! Now the car works well without any problem so far. I would recommend this shop to everyone. They know what they are doing. Their customer service is excellent as well.

About a month ago, I was driving a friends Chevy Suburban to the Glafstone DMV and the oil light came on. It was 2 quarts low. I saw that In and Out Auto Care was right across the street from the DMV, and so I walked over and asked if they would add oil to the engine. Without hesitation and with a friendly attitude, the service manager told me to pull the vehicle into the service bay and his mechanic added oil and only charged me the cost of the oil (less than I would have paid at an auto parts store). I wanted to thank this business for helping me out and although it was a small gesture, I appreciate them treating me like a valued customer even though it was my first time there.

I recently took my ol pickup in for repair. From the symptoms I guessed the problem may have been the thermostat. I also asked for an oil change and service.It was indeed the thermostat (and contaminated coolant). Wayne called near the near of the day (Friday) and said it would be done prior to them leaving. I asked him if I could pick it up after hours using an extra key as the weather report was iffy. The pickup is 4 wheel drive, studs all around.Here is the EXCELLENT part - he called a few minutes later, the thermostat they installed was bad (right out of the box), but they had another one they would put in. Friday, well after hours, below freezing outside, they stayed and finished my vehicle even though it had not been promised before the weekend. See the guys there, fair prices, excellent work and customer service is what they believe in.

Needs better customer service and intuitive attention to detail

I bought a chevy 3500 express in july have taken it to a number of different auto places since then for various different problems, and In and out auto is by far the best of them, I finally found the place were I will take the truck from now on, all the other places were overly expensive. And/or wanted to oversell on repairs, they are priced fairly and really listen to you the customer! Wayne behind the counter is awesome, I cant rate this place high enough, some jobs I can do myself, but there are times that the scope of the job is to big for the DIY mechanic, and when your at that point, take it to In and Out Auto care and not worry, they got you covered.

They are very competent mechanics, great at explaining what is wrong and repair options, prices are fair. Wayne and Dan went the extra mile getting my warranty company to comply!

They tried to charge me over $800 for a alternator repair and took it some where else got it fixed for $200. These guys are scammers.
