The whole team are very good at communicating problems and coming up with solutions and options together. I’ve used them for many years and will continue to use them for years to come. Parts are covered under a warranty. They’re reasonably priced and do great work.

They are price gougers for sure. I just had a brake job done and I double checked the pricing on the parts and I know theyre running a scam. I know for a fact shop gets better prices than normal walk in customers. When I priced the parts just for me, not at a shop price, I can get the brake rotors for about 60 bucks a piece and a pair of pads for $40. However the shop could only find the cheapest at $72 a piece for the rotors and $66 for a pair of pads. They are doing what many shops do, theyre overcharging for parts so theyre labor doesnt seem that much. All in all they managed to charge me for an extra $100 using this method. This shop will overcharge you, you might as well go to a dealership if you want to throw your money away.

They told me what was wrong with my vehicle before fixing it, which was appreciated. While I cannot comment on their work since they did not fix it (my choice to sell it instead, nothing to do with them), they were courteous and respectful when talking with me.

I have been a customer of this repair facility for several years. I have had service performed for everything from safety inspections to brake work. All was performed satisfactory and certainly honestly. Work performed as quoted. I recently purchased a battery for my truck. I do have an appointment for an oil change and inspection. I only wish there were more honest businesses like this one.

Always get my car in relatively quick considering how busy they are! Worked well with me and never any issues with their service. I would recommend Wayne Croy, great service and very established.

I have worked as an Aircraft Mechanic for 25 years and have worked on medical equipment in hospitals for the past 15.There has usually been a project cars or motorcycle in my garage for the past 40+ years.But, I am at the point that I would rather have someone else do the service on my vehicles.I have trusted Wayne Croys to service and repair this vehicle for the past few years and have not been disappointed.This time I had my 2004 titan in for a 100k mile refresh and to address noise coming from the front end.They diagnosed the noise to be caused by wheel hubs (bearings) along with an issue with my brake rotors.They resolved the issue and the brakes feel better then they ever have (I have owned since new).From the factory Titan brakes are known to be a bit mushy. To address that I had installed braided steel brake lines, which helped some but still not great.Since they service them the brakes are awesome with great pedal feel.I was also getting some noise from the power steering, whining a bit.I has suspected I might be looking at a power steering pump, maybe a power steering rack.They diagnosed it to power steering lines leaking allowing air into the system.Although not a cheap fix, it was far cheaper than what I thought it might be, great job.

I started coming here about 2 years ago when the Dealership had quoted upwards of $2,000.00 to repair my 2005 Mazda3. I was stunned. A friend recommended Wayne Croy Car Care so I gave them a shot. $86.00s later I drove away with a car riding like new!!!! I have gone back for basic maintenance since then and always have excellent service.

Always customer oriented and good lines of communication if problems or delays occur. Will only fix what is needed but will inform you of any potential problems. Have used on all my cars with no complaints. Should be rated as one of the best in the Northland!

I started coming here about 7 years ago when I became widowed. I think all the fellows are great. Jacob and his dad, Bob always take care of my issue. They go the extra mile. I think they take care of every little old lady in the Northland.

Incredibly honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy.We recently had 2 repairs with them which were estimated at $940 and $400. Both times, they got done with it early and LOWERED the cost because it took less time than expected!WHO ELSE WOULD DO THAT? Most places would just charge you the estimate.

I stumbled upon Croys by chance and I am so thankful that I did. I had an issue with my cars ignition and another shop had quoted me an outrageous amount to fix it. A friend from work told me to call Croys before I completely gave up hope. I dropped my car off and the next morning I had a quote for less than half of what the other place was saying. Not only were the prices very reasonable, but the service was impeccable. They called me to tell me the cost before they worked on it, they gave me a free quote on some other work that I needed done, and when I needed to wait until payday to have them fix it, they did not pressure me at all... In fact, I was told that I could leave it there until I wanted it done, so I would not have to risk it breaking down driving back and forth. I would recommend this place to anyone who has any questions or concerns about the upkeep of their vehicle. It is a small town shop with a small town feel and a genuine concern for the welfare of those that they do business with. Thanks So Much!!

Fair prices, knowledgable mechanics, not just glorified parts changers.

Quality work done on time when they say itll be done at a very reasonable price. We have taken multiple cars there over a period of 27 years and always been satisfied with their work

Two issues:1. Took car in for safety inspection. Was charged for the inspection but was told they couldnt pass the car due to a cracked windshield. Took the car down the road to another mechanic who passed without issue. The crack was not obstructing the view and was apparently okay.2. Took another car in for a new battery, which cost 50% more than my last car, which was taken to another mechanic earlier in the year.Im not going back to Wayne Croy for anything, except maybe an apology and a refund.

Brought a 1963 Thunderbird convertible to them on a referral from another shop. They have worked and worked solving some serious electrical issues. You will not find a more professional and hard working shop for your car and will not go wrong here.

Wayne Croy Car Care has always taken the time to explain in depth the repairs needed for my car and have kept the expenses to a minimum whenever possible. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them for your car care needs

The older men who work here are condescending, slow, and have really high labor prices. One guy argued that my high-beam indicator didnt work, but did not bother to inspect the dash with the convertible top up / out of the sun. The same guy told my brother his car wasnt worth fixing when he asked for a general inspection. Please let this place of negative attitudes cease operation. I will never return.
