They were nice upfront, but when it came to the day to actually get the car back, they kept pushing it back and pushing it back. I was quoted a date originally and its been four days past that. I had to wait two plus hours waiting for my car as it got test driven and finishing touches. I understand having to take a little extra time on certain things, but keep in constant communication with your customers. I didnt get calls until it was near the end date I was originally quoted. And even then, the calls and communication were scarce. If I could, I think i would have had a faster time fixing my own car with a couple YouTube tutorials and things off Amazon and online. Decent If you have time and a rental, but if you need exact time and dates of getting your car fixed, look somewhere else.

This is by far the best place I’ve ever been to for collision repair. They communicate with you every step of the way, giving you an update on the status of your repair at least twice a week. They work with your insurance company and do everything possible to make a stressful situation as seamless as possible. The quality of their work is outstanding, down to the very last detail. Their staff is super friendly and professional. If I could give them 10 stars I would, but this app only allows five. I recommend them to everyone!

Second visit here. These guys want to get you back on the road, regardless of whether you choose a band aid fix or a full insurance claim. Next day estimates and friendly office staff make it a great choice!!

Came here because my car was keyed possibly due to children playing in the neighborhood. I thought the markings were deep but the company called me and informed me that they were very superficial and could be buffed out. They gave me options on how the work could be done and how It would look and I was very impressed. The option I took saved me over $400 and I didnt have to pay my full insurance deductible! My car looks amazing and no signs of damage!

I bought a brand new 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Gladstone Dodge and it had paint defects in it and this is where they have their body work done. The whole passenger side had to be repainted. We are going on this place having it for almost 5 weeks now and still not completed, dealership has picked it up three times now saying it was done but only to find out there were problems with the work they have done. Would give them no stars if I could.

Jason at Precision Collision was wonderful to work with. I accompanied my girlfriend to her appointment and asked him if he had a quick second to look at my vehicle. He happily agreed to take a look at it and told me it would be a quick fix. I was able to book an appointment for the next day. Precision Collision was quick and did an incredible job. If you live north of the river and need a body shop, look no further.

It was so relieving to have such a smooth, quick, and stress-free experience here especially after the stress of dealing with car juggling, insurance, etc after being in an accident. They even got my repairs done under the estimated time and shined up the car and wheels. The staff is also so friendly and customer service oriented. Convenient location too if you need to rent a car. I would definitely recommend!

We brought my daughter’s mustang in for repairs after her parked car was hit by another student driver over in the small university town where she goes to school. Precision Collision was very quick to give an insurance estimate , the work took about a week, and it looks brand new!!! They are great to work with and take a lot of pride in their job! My insurance company selected Precision Collision as one of the authorized dealerships for me to take my vehicle to, and its clear why! The entire staff was polite and easy to get along with. I was hoping for helpful informative service but his acumen blew me away.On an already busy schedule i squeezed in an early appointment for an estimate and in less than 15 minutes he came back to me and broke down what he would do, the full cost and why, along with a myriad of other options for any budget. I cant stress how helpful they were! As a student who is dependent on my car for school and work they got me back on the road safely in a dayI cant thank them enough!

My car looks great - I cant tell where they fixed it at all, and it came with a lifetime warranty on their work as long as I own the car. Plus, it was cheaper than the dealership was offering. Fast. Efficient. Courteous. Very friendly! The light I needed for my car is not a standard light. After finding this out, Tyler did all he could to find & get this part quickly. He gave me the exact price and a time estimate. 15 minutes later the part was in hand, quickly installed, and I was on my way!I appreciate all his effort to get what was needed!

I picked Precision Collision for two reasons, my insurance company recommended them and I read their reviews. All the staff are rock stars in my opinion. They were all very nice and friendly. Precision Collision was great. Everything went very smooth. About a week after I got my car back I noticed that my passenger side window wasnt working. Even though the repairs likely werent the reason for the malfunction, they let me stop by on my own time and get the car in the shop and fixed the window. Would recommend.

The quality of the work was perfect. My disappointment is having the same thing painted (for each side of my car) a few months apart. The first was paint and install, the second was paint only. Install labor aside, they charged me nearly $25 more to paint the second one. They also never called me to tell me it was finished. Not a huge deal, but a bit frustrating and was the reason I chose not to pay them to install it. I dont think its a bad shop, I just think my second time around, I didnt have a good experience.

I went to Precision to get my door latch fixed. Jason came out and looked at it and fixed it for me. He was very friendly and professional as was the woman at the front desk. I would highly recommend and will go back again!

I dont know why my car is such a collision magnet but Precision Collision has fixed the damage from each of my collisions- FOUR TIMES I have come to them- and theres a good reason! Precision Collision does the best work Ive ever seen from an auto body shop- their employees are very responsive to my concerns and really do a good job of listening to what I need. I had a lot of problems with my insurance company on this last collision- two of my doors had been crushed- my car is now ten years old and they wanted to total it- but Precision Collision said they could fix it for me and they DID! It is beautiful, the new doors work great, and on top of it all, they cleaned my car for me! When I got it back, it looked like a new car! Precision-Collision was not only the only one who could get me in in December (current month) they completed the job perfectly in 5 days. Great job! They did great work. I can no tell where the damage was done at all. I could not give them enough praise. They even tried to get me better components than the insurance company originally specified for the job.

Had to take in two cars. After 3 or 4 estimates, Jason Domino treated me very well, along with all of the staff. They do their work the right way; other companies were slightly cheaper, but did not comply with code. Although the other companies were cheaper, Precisions estimate came in BARELY more expensive. I would rather pay a small amount more to get the job done right, than risk safety and quality. Jason explained to me what they have to do based on the accident, and they did it quickly and at a great price. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Precision Collision Center and Jason. I was treated in a very personal way from the moment I entered the door. I had discovered someone had “bruised” my car (probably in a parking lot) and I wanted to see if I could get it fixed. I didn’t have an appointment, but Jason not only took the time to look at it, but also to fix it while I was there. He even went a step further and said it was “no charge”. What a GREAT thing to do for a senior citizen. We had another vehicle repaired there two or three years ago and they did a wonderful job and that’s why I chose to go there today. I have an old car that, after years of wear and more than a few bumps and scratches, desperately needed some body work done. Everyone I talked to be it on the phone or in person was extremely nice and knowledgeable, and given the amount of work done (replacing the front and rear of the car) the price was very reasonable. If I ever need body work done again, I would definitely go here first!

Kathy in the front office was so helpful and great to work in setting up my appointment and having the rental carl ready to go when I got there, which I so appreciated . They kept me posted through the process and finished it very quickly. When I went to pick it up, it looked brand new on the exterior (and also on the interior which was an awesome surprise I wasnt expecting). They really went above and beyond to make it a smooth process and their work is excellent. They were personable and helpful and even helped me get my car seats back into my car. I dont write reviews often but was happy to write this one. I highly recommend this collision center!

Jason was a great help and made sure we got taken care of before X-MAS since he knew that was out only vehicle. Even if you havent had an accident, if you need something done and the dealership wants to break it off in you, give Precision Collision a call, they might be able to help, and I promise it will cost you half(or less) of what the greedy dealer would have charged.

I got in an accident on November 3rd of 2017 and it took my insurance company, (progressive) 2 months to figure anything out. After 4 cancellations on getting my car even looked at by an insurance agent I began to think it would never get resolved. After the first cancellation I decided I would not take it to the insurance’ s garage and I would pick my own place close to home for them to come to me. I looked forever and found Precision Collision. It was close to home and the ratings were great! After the second cancellation with the insurance group, the associates at Precision Collision were beyond nice and reassuring when it came to what needed to be done. I don’t know a lot about cars or body work and they never once made me feel that way. They were nice and patient and had zero problems answering any of my questions. Finally, on January 2nd I was able to take my car in and get it fixed. Not knowing how this is done I figured that it would take forever. However, I was sorely and thankfully mistaken! Within one week they told me to she was done and to come pick her up! The work they did was absolutely amazing that it’s basically erased the accident out of my mind! It looks better than brand new! Also, they cleaned my car!!! Washed and vacuumed!!! Thank you!!! The people here are the best! I work in customer service and this has been the hands down best service I have ever received!! If youre looking for a shop that will repair your car quickly and provide transparent updates throughout the repair process, do not take your car to Precision Collision Gladstone. My car was in this shop for 31 days for a job that was originally quoted to take a week to ten days. The communication was terrible - I was told several times worst case scenario my car would be done on a certain day….and this date continued to be pushed out each time I spoke with the mechanic. Ive spoken with the owner and manager who have both have been very kind and apologetic, however the time it took for repair was simply unacceptable. I regret taking my car to this establishment; I would have rather driven my damaged car for another month than deal with the stress and headache of working with this shop.

Let me start with one thing: if you just care about the job, they did a great job. To a 5 start review for the job, there is a -100 stars review for the organization and behavior.First, we submitted the photos via the app, which looked like a great idea, then we walked in before they had the chance to reply and they took a look all over again and we made an estimate and an appointment. The estimate was for 5 days.Before the appointment, they called me to say that they lost the photos. Not a big deal, we are 5 minutes from the place. I go and take the pictures all over again. When we bring the car in, here the most ridiculous things happen and sometime we felt this was on purpose. The rental car company the work with was with no cars, and they gave us an car that was not usable. This is just the start of the issue. Assuming the rental car is not their fault, after 5 days I hear nothing. I call in and they say the need about day or two and likely will be the morning of that 7th day. Still nothing. On the 7th day we call in, and still they just found out (after pictures send and 2 visits and having the car for 7 days) they need to order another part since the hit involved another internal part of the chassis. The part can take few days to arrive..but in another 7 days it should be all set. After 7 days, still nothing. SO I call again and they say they need another 5 since the part just arrived. More or the story, since the insurance covers the rental up to 30 days, at day 28 the car is ready. You guess this would be the end..but not, they claim they scratched the tire mud cover on the front on their way out from the garage(really??). So I had to go back after few days to replace that plastic part. But since it was their fault, the plastic part replacement was free. The job was a great job, but the behavior is just inexplicably rude and not organized at all. They are even super busy, so probably did not care enough. Will not go back even if they are very close since the are very unprofessional on customer care side. Few calls and an better checks initially would have resulted in a positive review.

JC and his team are the real deal. They did an excellent job on my vehicle, going above and beyond to make sure it was perfect and clean when I picked it up. They gave me regular updates and helped and communicated with me when my insurance adjuster wouldn’t. 10/10.
