Dropped by after calling to inquire ob service and the nice woman explained that they do estimates then schedule the repairs if the customer wanted. I dropped by just looking for a quote. Adam came out and after looking at the dents, explained that he could get out the door dings and gave me the price. I said it sounded good and asked when it could be done. The nice woman (sorry didn’t get her name) and Adam stated that they could get this small job done anytime. I asked “now”? They said “absolutely!” Adam took my keys and pulled my truck in while I waited. I’d say it was about 20-25 minutes later, Adam came and showed me his amazing work and explained the process of how he removed the door dings. He seemed to take pride in his work and I appreciated the fact he got my “approval” before I even paid a cent or he called the job “done”. I’ve been to places for similar work in the past and you ended up getting whatever it is you get, hoping for the best with your car in the lot as you walk up anxiously, after you’ve already paid. I’d highly recommend them for paintless dent removal as that was the service they performed for me. I noticed while I waited the rest of the crew working on other various cars, enjoying themselves, singing to whatever was on the radio while also being in the zone with their work. If that’s a sign of the work environment they foster, I’d happily bring my truck back for other services in the future.

I apologize for the late response. I originally wanted to write the review several weeks prior.About three weeks ago, I stopped by the business to see if they had a solution to fix my 2020 GMC SIERRA Pickup truck outer passenger side mirror. The chrome piece had come off the top side of the morror, and I super glued that piece over the black plastic mirror frame cover piece. Unfortunately, I got the glue on the black plastic portion of the mirror. I used a brand, called Good Off, in a failed attempt to get the glue off. It actually took most of the super glue of, but what it also did was take the black off the mirror.When I responded to the business, I was lucky enough to contact the owner, Dennis. He merely dropped everything he did and asked to look at my truck. After looking at my truck, without hesitation he said, Pull it in the garage, well fix it and have you out of here in 30 minutes. I was stunned!!He cleaned he mirror, put rags all over the immediate area, and sprayed a specific black plastic restorer spray paint on the side mirror. After about 20 minutes, it seriously looked like a brand new mirror. I was stunned.He was very knowledgeable in detailing vehicles, was very friendly.I was there maybe 30 minutes. I tried to pay him, and he wouldnt even take my money.If I ever need my car detailed in the near future, this will be the only place I would go. I will also tell all my friends that if theyre looking for the same. Dennis, is the one to talk to.Thanks again Dennis!!!You saved my butt!!!!Good luck to you!!!

Adam removed 4 dents outa of my 2018 Nissan Rogue. He did a phenomenal job. Cant even tell they were ever there. Met Don also. Hes a great guy. Alyssa was very informative also and explained exactly what services they do and the prices. I definitely will be using them in the future and Ill be letting all my friends and co-workers know about my great experience with them. Thanks guys.

I just bought a used pickup truck it is black and had a few dings. Took it their the staff was very friendly and helpful. The guy that fixed my truck was great and it looks very good now. Will be going back.

This place is the only place I will do business with from here on out. My car was hit bad and they did an OUTSTANDING job fixing it! Theyre honest and fair. Other repair shops on North Oak and in Gladstone quoted me close to two thousand dollars for the work needed and was quoted less than $600. I couldnt believe how amazing this whole experience was. Took my car here for an estimate on a dent from a Walmart shopping cart. Said they wouldnt fix it because it has already been fixed before. They apparently dont know much and are not professional in my opinion. Guy looking at the damage basically said I was lying when I said it just happened and hasnt been touched. I dont recommend this place.
