Scheduled recall service on my Kia at this place a week and a half ago.via their website. Got up this morning for our 8 am appointment, and my husband and I drove our two cars over there--20 min drive. when I arrive there is no one to greet me and the place looks derelict, and after waiting, I go inside to ask where to check in for service and the guy asks my name and then says that he tried to call me this morning to tell me that the service I need requires a special part that they dont have, and that they need to reschedule. Why did he wait till the day of the appointment to tell me this important news? Moreover, why would I reschedule at a place where I have already received such terrible service? Taking our car elsewhere for this needed repair. Wasted enough of my time with them.

Always very professional. My scheduled appointment time has always been my slot. They bring out your parts that need replacing so you can see what the issue is, I love that. Bought my 2013 Kia in 2015 and have had it serviced at Ron Tonkin the whole time. It is now paid for and I drive over 50 miles to have Ron Tonkin Service Department continue to service my vehicle.

They are amazing! I found a vehicle I really liked from them on carfax and sent an automated email checking to see if it was available. Within 2 minutes of me submitting that I got a phone call asking if I would like to set up a test drive to see the car for the very next day. I was in and out in a much shorter amount of time than I had expected and everyone was extremely nice. Donovan helped me the whole way and did an amazing job at it. Ended up going home with the most beautiful car and I couldnt be happier. I would reccomend them to anyone, anyway!!!!
