I have used them multiple times and every time I get my car in quickly, accurately diagnosed, and repaired. I started taking my 12-year-old Subaru to Northland Auto Pro in early 2021 after moving back to KC North. Jessica and Doug are consistently friendly, professional, and accommodating. They always make sure Im happy with their work and, in the one case a problem wasnt fully solved, they got me in and quickly took care of it. I am so happy to have found a trustworthy shop that is knowledgeable in all makes and models (they worked on my husbands VW too) and is close to home. Thank you Jessica and Doug!

Northland Auto Pro is a a rare find. Yesterday Doug saved me thousands of dollars by performing a very thorough pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle that had what I thought were some minor issues. Turned out it would have turned into a money pit fixing all of the issues that he found. I have serviced my vehicles here 2 or 3 other times and have always found Doug and Jessica to be honest and reasonably priced. This is the kind of repair shop that you hope stays in business for a long, long time.

Doug was a lifesaver when my usual mechanic said I needed to take my daughter’s car to the Toyota dealership. Her truck was randomly not starting so they thought it was a computer issue because the battery was brand new and the alternator was good. I started calling around trying to avoid the dealership and Doug was recommended to me. He was able to figure out the battery reserve was bad! Highly recommend!

Ive been here twice now. It has been a breath of fresh air. The dodge dealer down the road recommended a completely wrong fix, Northland auto then performed the fix. They also found the actual problem, and fixed that. And then they didnt even charge me for what wasnt needed. I super appreciated this. These people are honest, and also quick workers.

Doug’s shop is a wonderful place to take your vehicle for regular work and he is awesome at troubleshooting. My 16 year old diesel vehicle starts easier and runs better after he worked on it this winter than it has for a few years. He is very knowledgeable, honest and fair. I highly recommend his shop.

Ive known Doug and Jessica for many years and these two far exceed all the other shop owners around by far. Doug is a super nice and honest guy not to mention hes kind of like a mad scientist when it comes to cars and trucks the guy is a genius. If you need your car maintained or fixed dont trust anyone other than Doug and Jessica. Get it done right the first time!
