I showed up today for a scheduled oil change service. The service staff member was unbelievably unhelpful. Ive had all my service done at the Beaverton Nissan prior to this but I no longer work on that side of the river so I decided I would find a Nissan dealership on the east side. At the Beaverton Nissan, I would usually pull up and within the first minute or so, someone would come out and inquire about what I needed, get the VIN etc. I waited for nearly 5 minutes in the express service lane for someone to come out because I didnt want park my vehicle and block the path to the lot/parking area on the right side. The service person walked by once and saw me there but never came over. I attributed this to the possibility of masks/social distancing (I was wearing a mask) and didnt think much of it. I eventually parked and went inside to ask if I should move my vehicle and also to inform him that I had an appointment for an oil change at the current time 1:00pm. He looked up my last name and said he didnt see any appointment. I told him I HAVE THE EMAIL CONFIRMATION for the time. He asked for my phone number and tried to look it up again. He again stated that I had no appointment. He told me he could get me in but it would be about 2 hours. I told him that time frame wasnt going to work and I again mentioned that I have my email confirmation here thinking that might help. He didnt ask to see the email confirmation, nor did he offer any condolences for the mixup. He continued to stare at the computer in front of him without saying anything to me. I stood there for another minute or two trying to see if there was going to be any change in the situation but he continued to look at his computer without saying anything to me. I understand that things arent perfect and the system might have an error but the demeanor of the service staff member was ridiculous. If there is an issue he should at least MAKE ME THINK HE GIVES A DAMN. This was a terrible experience. Although it is a 45 minute drive to get back to the Beaverton Nissan dealership, at least they seem like they care about their customers. I will never go back to this dealership and I hope someone looks into this so a future customer doesnt have to share in my frustration.

I was called to be informed that my car was ready but when I arrived was asked to wait for some paperwork to be done. 50 minutes later I approached the desk and my paperwork had been misplaced. When they found it there was no apology. This makes me think that there is no learning process capable of bettering their service. Wasting customers time systematically is apparently acceptable and not something that requires any change….

Easy peasy and awesome service! I walked in, signed and sat down in the lobby. They were in touch with me via text while I was waiting and came and got me when it was done. He found a coupon for me because I left mine at home on accident. What great service!!

Scheduled service appointment but ended up being two hours late due to a flat tire. They were able to accommodate me still, get everything done that was needed and get it done super quick. I am more than happy to drive the three hours to get there rather than use my local dealership.

Yes aperwork says I declined service I was never offered! My air filters were in the red and no one told me until I was paying. Lounge WiFi wouldn’t connect to my laptop so I my day was behind schedule. Staff was less than friendly! I will not be returning!

Ben and the Mechanic (apology I missed to ask his name) both did awesome jobs. My car needed a part (shifter) replaced and with scheduled appointment got it done in couple hrs. (though I had to visit twice since the part was not available on day 1 and ordered it for the next day). Also, I had a third party warranty to cover the most of the cost(parts and labor), Ben worked with provider to make things smooth. I noticed a minor problem after repair work was done, but the mechanic was quick to respond and fix it in minutes. Overall nice experience and left as a happy customer.- Ravi

Excellent service, Staff was courteous and efficient in person and when I called the night before when I had a few questions about the appointment and shared an extra concern I wanted looked at. I was even greeted by name even though I had not been there before. Also I was really impressed by the reasonable price for the oil change.

I was happy with the customer service and happy they could help me out when my window wouldn’t roll up but it was really expensive just to take the door panel apart and lift the window up.$165 seems a bit steep for such a simple task.

This was a valuable lesson to me not to have my truck serviced at the dealership. Nearly $800 for four spark plugs and a tire pressure sensor, outrageous.I told them the driver door lock was sticking. They wanted to sell me a new door actuator solenoid. I sprayed silicone lubricant on the mechanism and its fine now.There was a check engine light. They wanted to sell me an emissions canister for more than $700. Nope. On the drive home the light went out and hasnt come back on again.I feel like their main goal was to charge me as much as possible. Never again.
