The repair work itself was great, but the service side was pretty bad, along with the general wait time. We had a couple of major repairs needed and the best appointment was 3 weeks out (luckily we have several cars that we can drive instead). On the service day, we dropped off and we’re told it was work they should have done in 1-2 days. The call at the end of day 1 was to let us know it would be done day 2. After no calls must of day 2, I figured they were running behind. That ran over a weekend and a holiday, so after the holiday I waited for a call and ended up calling myself for an update. Was told it would be done the next day (so a 2 day job ended up taking 4 days). By the time the called the next day for pickup, it was too late in the day for my schedule. Basically, dropped off a car on a Thursday morning for a 1-2 day repair and picked it up the following Thursday, a week later.I only received 2 calls the entire time that were not calls returning my call (and I only called after they gave me an expected update day and never called with an update). Not a great job of keeping me informed on a $2000+ repair job. To top it off, they didn’t even give the car a courtesy wash. They just left it outside covered in dirt. Even an oil change at mist dealerships would get you a complimentary rinse!

Asked to bring truck in at 8:30. Was told that the service manager would get back to me early afternoon with results of engine light testing. I called ~2:00 to inquire and told the manager would find out and get back which he did.I could have used the truck in the AM had I known testing would be done when if was. Poor scheduling?The truck needed to be held over night.Work completed satisfactorily.Service manager personable.

The service department was courteous and quick. Any member I came in contact with were friendly helpful and very knowledgeable. The parts department was especially helpful. I was trying to use points for the service I had done. The app was not cooperating. They found a way that I could get my points redeemed.

I cannot say enough how disappointed I was. Not only did I,but also the lady behind me that made it a point to talk to me afterwards, felt totally overcharged. Poor communication on the service representative left a very bad reaction. I paid 300.00 to diagnose a problem and was handed an inspection report I didnt as for with an estimate of 3000.00 of work.I feel that what should have taken one day took a day and a half. Seems focusing on the problem I had instead of trying to sell me more courtesy maintenance would have been prudent. I was expecting to pay for diagnosis and possibly hire them to resolve the problem. By the way I did check with another dealer only to be told the most I would pay is 165.00 for the same diagnosis.I cannot help but feel they are trying to pay for their new remodel.

My battery went dead over the weekend and I had it made arrangements to have my truck brought in and got a ride back and you guys took real good care of me I’m handicap so I couldn’t come get it and you arranged it with my wife to have her pick it up. As usual my work was done to my satisfaction I’m very happy with the work

My 2021 Yukon Denali has only 2,600 miles on it, and the onboard infotainment system needed an update (that it didnt seem willing to do), leaving the screen on and music playing while the vehicle was turned off. I was in pretty desperate need of it remedied quickly. Michael handled it quickly, professionally, in a more than timely manner. He IS your best resource in service! Thank you Michael!

It was the worst ever place to take truck for an oil change. My appointment was at 2pm. I was there about 1:45 I did not get out of there until almost 4pm, almost 2 hrs to change my oil? Thats bull. We will never go back there again.

Went in to have a/c checked was working fine then wasnt-ok. $1700 quote for rear evaporator and lines to it blah blah blah. ( real deal from the shop that fixed it-$ 810 with another diagnostic fee $100 included in that and good honest service.)Said axle seal is leaking - already had the power steering hose that leaked on to axle housing and caused saturation fixed less then 500 miles ago thanks- (in your defense they too (different shop) thought at first was a leaking axle seal BUT upon further investigation they HONESTLY said no its this hose thats still under warranty let us fix that.Last but NOT least the master tech said my wifes yukon had water in the coolant overflow and that he was recommending a flush- NOT 1 MONTH PRIOR did another shop go through and rebuild the engine (took longer then expected because they were waiting on heads). Thats being said new coolant had to be put in. When I said this to them this is when I was told there was water in the overflow. I immediately took it 1/2 back to shop that rebuilt it and they test everything right in front of us and it was done correctly. The MASTER TECH is out scamming people they lied to us and gave us a ridiculous estimate for the work.I do NOT and will NEVER recommend this service department. Ended up here because my regular shop was 3+ weeks out and I thought I could trust I wouldnt be ripped off. WRONG Definitely will wait next time!

Hi, Teona was great as always. I they didn’t a great job on my warranty work. On a side note, I’m rather unhappy that at 25,000 I had to have my engine taken out and the bed gasket replaced. This type of thing should not happen to a new car.However, everyone at the dealership service department was very helpful and understanding of my frustration.Thank you,Tara E

Couldn’t have gone BETTER! I called and left a message for Mike Tuesday late afternoon when my vehicle was struggling to turn and making a humming noise even just idling. He called the next morning... twice... and left a message each time. I missed both attempts. When I returned his call he sounded genuinely concerned about my issue and asked how soon I could bring it in! Anyway, long story short, I was able to drop off my car Wednesday morning and it was ready for pick up Thursday mid afternoon! Runs GREAT!

I got a brand new truck. The tire pressure monitor was not working. The salesman said that service would call me. A day later I called and was on hold immediately for 11 minutes. After picking up they were apologetic but couldn’t help me until after lunch. I did meet them and got the issue resolved, but still needed to air up my tires on my own. Apparently they didn’t check that. I had someone say that the service will call me.

Just a huge shout out to Teona in the service department. Mistakes happen but customer service is about how you handle them. After a mistake was made and my oil change took over 2 hours, Teona jumped into action and refused to take payment for my oil change. That is the epitome of customer service and exactly why I will continue to go to Autotown GMC for my service. Thank you!

I have come here twice now for my maintenance services and both times it has been terrible service. The lady at the desk is very rude and treats me as if I are bothering her. She tried to tell me that I had $2,000 worth of maintenance that was due that had already been done before I bought the car. Luckily I knew what had already been done to it but she was very pushy and insistent that I was wrong. I also bought a warranty when I bought my car which included free tire rotations with every oil change but the guys working on my car didnt rotate them even though I pre-paid for it. They didnt rotate them the first time I took them in either, which I know this because I have a slow leak in one of my tires so I know the tire was never moved. Luckily the lady at the counter did catch it and did have them rotate them finally, however they didnt rotate them correctly, they just rotated them front to back which I know because of the tire with the slow leak in it. They also never checked my air pressures because the tire with the slow leak never had any air put in it, maybe airing up your tires isnt part of a tire rotation? Either way, my car now feels like it is out of alignment and swerves all over the road, maybe because they didnt rotate the tires correctly? Who knows, it wasnt like this before my service. I will not be coming back to them for another service,

Fast service, but efi fuel service as an added charge does not appear in the 15,000 mile service list. Very curious. Otherwise pleasant and clean facility. *Edit - called the number provided by Marketing rep and spoke to that gentleman. He agreed that the charge seemed suspicious so early for EFI service and said he would look into it. Nearly a week later and no one has contacted me about it. Doesn’t seem urgent to the Manager or Owner, who the Marketing gentleman has supposedly been trying to reach. Appears shady and complete lack of accountability and customer service.

There was little to no communication from the dealership whatsoever. I set an appointment for 3 o clock on Friday afternoon so thats when I dropped my truck off. I found out Monday at noon (and only because I called them) that my truck didnt even get looked at until 11 o clock Monday afternoon. By 1:45pm on Monday my truck was ready for pick up as it only needed to have a system update performed which could have and should have been done on Friday afternoon when I dropped it off. I simply dont understand why.

I have spent almost $10k on repairs at this dealer in the last several months. The most recent visit was $1650 and while the repair was fine, the car was not washed or vacuumed at pickup. For ten thousand dollars it seemed like an obvious final touch. I would not take my car here again.
