Walked in with a signed sales agreement from a competitor, was told by their sales team that they match the price of their competition. They did not, in fact, match the price of the competition. No explanation given. We walked past their we match our competition sign on the way out, even. 🙃

Dealerships have changed ! I used to refuse to go to one because I came away feeling like I needed a shower! Swickard Honda was such a pleasant surprise. I was treated with respect & friendliness & my questions were answered without a sales pitch. I strongly recommend at least considering them if youre as biased as I was.

Exceptional. Daughter-in-laws vehicle needed the air bag replaced and a sensor for the seat belt. Mark in service was awesome to work with. Will recommend this dealership to others. Professional and very courteous.

Ive been going here since 2016, and Ive always been more than satisfied with the quality and price of service. Because my service advisor today was on the ball, he was able to combine a couple issues my car had and literally saved me $700. 👍👍👍

I bought my first Car at Honda Gladstone May 31st 2020 my sales man was Nick and he helped provide great service test drove different cars and of course I’ve always been a Toyota person myself but I’ve heard good things about Honda so I gave them a shot. Nick and his manager closed the deal and told me since COVID-19 and me getting my first car they offered me 3 months off and my car payment wouldn’t be till September 29th 2020 I had 5 family members witness and hear all 3 men give this information to me while signing and leaving Honda I was really happy..... Until I got a call Today 09/14/2020 saying I’m late and was charged late fees on my car and I told them that No I was giving this information and they refused to care or recall that information they provided during signing. I’m very angry that they are telling me one thing and no another. Of course I made my payment but I was never late my online shows due date of 09/29/2020

I went to get our car serviced this morning. My service rep was Raelyn Dooley. She was very friendly and professional. She made sure I was comfortable in the waiting area. She came and got me when the service was complete, and explained what they did to the car. All in all, it was a pleasant experience!

I just had the pleasure of buying my first new car at this wonderful dealership! I bought a used 2018 Honda Civic Ex that was even originally sold at this very dealership. The previous owner took it in to Honda for every oil change and repair. The car is in amazing shape!I talked to Colby in the sales department and he helped me to get the price I found online for the car. He was very kind and understanding despite my lack of experience buying a car. MoMo in the financial department worked directly with my bank which reduced the trips I had to take and extra phone calls... plus they were able to negotiate a great rate for my auto loan!I plan on returning to this dealership for all my repairs and maintenance. I absolutely love my new car and it should last a very long time! I highly recommend going to this dealership for their excellent, competitive prices and above-and-beyond customer service!

This is my second review for this dealership because they are that good.I recently purchased my 2013 Honda Accord from Swickard and it was by far the best car buying experience that I have had. Their finance guy MoMo is a credit to their dealership. He is truly one of the kindest and honest individuals Ive had the pleasure of meeting.I had a problem with one of the doors on my car and took it back in to have them look at it. I met with their sales manager Beau and he took care of it and got it fixed at no cost to me. He treated my concerns with professionalism and made sure that I knew that he valued my business.They have a great service department and they treated me great.I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car.

Seems like time flies by so quickly and people come and go from various businesses. It was so nice to see a familiar face at Swickard. Ive been coming to this location for over 20 years and it has had a lot of different names. Thanks Laurie Moog, for being a constant welcoming and smiling face! Also want to say that its easy to write a positive review when a company is having a good day. On my last visit, they were short a couple of people and you could tell how hard everyone was working to make it a good experience for their customers. Thank you Monica in the service department for taking a little extra time to help me on a day when time was short. I so appreciated how hard everyone was working.

I bought a used truck from Town and Country less than 3 years ago. T & C was always willing to service my vehicle. Not so much now that it is Swickard, I was to told to take it to Dodge. In the past T & C serviced our, Dodge, Jeep, Infinite and Subaru. If I wanted to deal with Dodge I would have bought the vehicle from Dodge. If your selling used cars you should be ready to service them in my opinion.(are the mechanics not ASE certified?) I will say all of the people I have dealt with in the service center were very polite and courteous. Even the service manager that politely said he did not want to work on the truck I bought from that store. If you buy used, be sure you know the reputation of the dealer that SELLS the type of used vehicle you buy here as you will likely have to go to them for service. (Or a private party Mechanic). Oh and skip the extended service plans, they wont pay enough to cover the actual repair costs then you have to pay more out of pocket above and beyond the deductible. Just put your money in a savings account and dont fall for the extended warranty pressure from the sales manager. Sad, considering the dealers typically make more on used than new cars...

I worked with good people in person. Awful communication and service. Current special at time of appointment was 25% off service, but the terms of the special were changed to cap that discount at $200.00 max after my appointment and estimates were made. No word of this was made clear to me. I read the terms and conditions of the special at the time of my appointment and estimate, and the maximum savings were capped at $1250.00. I had to constantly call to get information on my car, as I was only contacted once with additional repairs recommended. I was serviced and charged for a Four-Wheel Alignment that I did not request. I had a bulb in my vehicle that I had requested to be used to replace my missing front bulb, and it was not used. I was billed for a new bulb without my consent. Unprofessional and backhanded. Can’t believe it. Thank you for being manipulative in these trying times.

Price was good, but never got a referral bonus i was promised. Followed up three times and nothing. Out the door price was negotiated/agreed upon before getting to the dealership, but they tried to charge an extra 300-400 once we got there (ended up getting a price really close to what was orignally agreed upon)

$160 oil change.Seriously, that’s what they charged on a 2016 Fit that we bought on the very same lot. Yes, the air & cabin filters aren’t usually part of the oil change, but do you want to pay $110 for that after their $50 oil change? That’s $50 labor + $30 x 2 filters.Yeah, uh, I think you can do better.

The lube tech left the oil pan plug loose. Was not torqued to correct spec, I was able to twist off with my hand. Noticed copious amounts of leaked oil when I came back from vacation. Customers please confirm with Honda rep that torqued all nuts and bolts to manufacture specifications. 1 star value.

Service is definitely not what I remembered T&C to be. Swickard is now awful. My vehicle was there for WEEKS. Not once did I hear back from ANY advisor. I still don’t know what was repaired or anything. The two times I was able to talk to anyone was because I had to call them after numerous attempts.

You know the dread that starts to build when you know itis time to start shopping for a car? For me it is the sells process that I dread. I have to say it was not that way at Swickard Honda. Samy not only made me feel relaxed but I felt he really worked for me to get the best possible deal. I love my new car and he has definitely earned my repeat business. THANKS SAMY!!Ok I need to add to my experience. The car I bought had two small issues but Jason Lewis in their service department was amazing. He quickly fixed my first problem and promptly ordered the other parts so he could take care of the other. So as to not keep me waiting there he arranged to have me dropped off at my office and then personally brought my car to me at my office later that day. Talk about exceeding my expectations!!
