Best customer service. The work (oil change, tire pressure, fluids) was completed quickly and without issue; prices are fair (especially with online coupons) and the staff seem knowledgeable. Will definitely go again.

Needed a car inspection while my check engine light was off, having issues with it, anyway they got me right in and did their inspection, and I left with a shiny new sticker. Staff were polite and efficient. I was happy to have it squared away for another year.

This location isnt even close to as good as the clay location I had went to.... They werent near as professional... Another thing,,, he told me my bill and I told him I have a ten dollar off coupon... So he did that then he kinda mumbled the price again and I didnt hear so I payed and after I left I looked at the receipt and here he had added 9.99 to it for an extra oil charge!!! That doesnt even make sense!!! They should no how much oil a vehicle takes!!! That was just another way to take off what I saved from my coupon!! Definitely will never go back here again!!

I went in for an oil change and when I left the left my hood prob touching the positive. So on my way home sparks were flying up my windshield and the car died. Blown alternator. Surprised that the battery didn’t explode. So an oils change ended up costing me 400 bucks. The spoke with my mechanic who fixed the alternator and advised valvoline that it was there fault. They didn’t care. Among other issues. But I’m starting a “Valvoline horror stories blog”. My email is [email protected]. If you would like to share your awful experiences at Valvoline. Love this place! It seems a bit pricey, but the check lights, oil, air filter, tire pressure, and fluids all under 15 minutes. These guys are super friendly and helpful.

As a busy mom I dont have a lot of spare time so these guys were fantastic! Wasnt even 20 minutes and I was in and out. They are very thorough and professional. The ladies were very knowledgeable. They accept the Groupon deal so I paid $44 to Groupon, scanned the barcode at Valvoline, then all I owed was $3 in tax to valvoline at time of service. Not bad for a synthetic blend oil change. I highly recommend!

It actually went quite well. I was impressed with all the routine safety checks . They even added air in my tires and washer fluid. They worked like a well oiled machine. Im definitely going to use them again .

Been there a few times just for convenience... they completely ignore their posted hours, today I tried to go at 5:30... closed, hours say 6:00... last Saturday tried to go an hour before they were supposed to close... sign was off, 2 people in the work area, completely ignored me.

Great service. Downside is Im charged $40 for a $8 filter that took 2 minutes to replace in my glove box. I understand paying more for convenience and having it installed. Ill pay $20 for a $10 filter to make sure I dont forget to do it later, but $40 seems outrageous. Shame on me, I should have researched it beforehand, so ultimately its my fault.

Service was great! Told them I needed an oil change and the employee I dealt with didnt try to work me into buying any other products/services. He even showed me my own clean air filter and let me know I did not need a new one. Got my tires and fluids topped off at no extra charge and received an extra discount in addition to the student discount. Staff were polite, helpful, and let me know exactly what they were doing without my asking. Would definitely recommend it and will probably return there should my car need anymore service!

Amazing service, they were out of stock on my air filter for my 2015 elantra so they went to the auto zone across the street to find one. Though even the auto zone didnt have it either I was fully impressed that they would go the extra mile for me. But they changed my filter thats hidden behind my glove box, which I didnt realize was there. Tom and Sam were so helpful. Always going to come back!

As a first timer, it was very quick and simple. They did fail to look at one of my filters where it had acorns lodged between the filter which caused my car to make a loud vibrating noise whenever i turned my heat on. but i went in the next day and they fixed it with no hassle

Our 21 year old daughter went to have her oil changed and this establishment tried to scam her. Thankfully weve trained her well and she said No to all of the things they told her was wrong with her car. This included her timing belt which had been replaced 10,000 miles ago. She was given advice to have work done that was totally unnecessary. Shame on you.

Professional workers and a sound operation. No pressure, no hassling. Everything being done was explained simply. The price was a bit much, but the convenience was worth it. Out in 13 minutes. Ill go back.

I had never been to a valvoline before, this was my first car and first time getting an oil change. The workers there were very polite and had excellent customer service, and I didn’t feel judged for how little I knew about my car lol.

With the amount of miles driven each day, an oil change is just something I have to get a lot. First time I have actually been wowed with the type of service given.Went out of their way to fix a broken fog light. Came in for a oil change, the guy begins working on a broken fog light he notices wasnt hooked up right.Added bonus they didnt have to provide, yet they did anyways.Only place to get your oil changed. Quick, easy, friendly.Side note to #Valvoline. Employees like these need raise.

Did a good job fast, I supplied oil and filter. They did put the oil fill cap on crooked but threads were not messed up.

They were good with customer service and the service they did was God. They were on the pricey side though.

Horrible Experience! Dont recommend this place to ANYONE! Went for only an oil change (had to make that clear multiple times) and during that process they tampered with my starter and one guy laughed as I was leaving! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

On 3/19 at 9:30 am I stopped in to have an oul change on my wifes company vehicle and they were not open. We went grocery shopping and attempted stopping in again at 10:15 am. There was nobody in the building and no employee vehicles in the parking lot. I will no longer go to the Geneva location anymore unfortunately. As for the Canandaguia location they are rude, arrogant and should not be interacting with customers as representative of your company.
