Went in the store with a real concern about my brakes. Jose had his staff check the car out and communicated with me what needed to be done. He worked tirelessly to secure all the parts and showed much concern about my safety until the repair could be done. Jose has strong communication skills and was in contact with me numerous times throughout the process. I was very impressed and will return there in the future for my vehicles needs.

Terrible experience with this store. We pre-ordered tires 9 day before our scheduled 9/11/21 appointment at 9:00 am. We were purchasing 4 new tired and an alignment. At almost an hour into our appointment a tech came out to tell me that they did not have my tires. At that point he gave me two choices of other tires that they had in stock. They already had my tires off the car so it’s not as though I could re-schedule. So we settled on they would give me the tires at a discount. I don’t think they gave me that btw. It took 3 hours for them to get the tires on, balanced and the alignment done. All during this time nothing from the manager as to what the hold up was. After I went out to ding him at almost three hours in he told me he had a brand new tire tech and that he was the only one he had that day. He gave me a little credit for my inconvenience. I live 75 miles away from this store and only went here because we were on vacation. Once on the highway - I the car was shaking badly. At slower speeds it was not noticeable. I made an appointment at my local Mavis and explained what happened and that I was due to leave on a long distance trip. They took my car in right away. Turns out the tires were never balanced. They balance the tires for me with out charging me. What a huge difference in service. I will never step into the Geneva NY store again

Yesterday I called and spoke with Jose because I was in dire need of new tires (especially the back ones they were barely keeping air in them ) he was able to get me in mid afternoon and had me back on the road in no time let alone safely. Thank you so much to Jose and his crew you guys are awesome!!!!!!

My husband and I went to fill our tire at the stores free air pump. The unfortunate thing is that according to the read out on our car, the tire was losing air. We thought there was something wrong with our tire, so my husband went inside and spoke to the new manager, Jose. He had an opening and got us right in. We were expecting to be purchasing a new tire, but to our delight, Jose told us our tire showed no sign of leakage or wear, therefore we did not need a new one. When asked how much we owed him for his time and efforts he so kindly said nothing. We were very grateful for his kindness. Upon further conversation, it was discovered that the free air pump outside was malfunctioning. He informed us that he would be sure the company would look into repairing it. We chatted for a few minutes more and he told us he was the new manager and wanted to make much needed positive improvements. We were delighted to hear that, because we had heard several negative experiences from people we knew and others around town who entrusted their vehicles to them. Obvious the old management was not doing well for the company. We wish Jose the very best with his continued improvements and excellent customer service.

I usually dont review places like this...But, my recent experience with buying 4 new tires here at Mavis in Geneva, NY was GREAT! The manager, Jose was professional, and very helpful. He seems to be greatly vested in the company with a excellent work ethic just from conversations & his visions. Great Job guys!! Thank you Jose for the great customer service.

WE had blown a tire on the thruway on our way to our daughters college field hockey game. The spare tire got us to Mavis in Geneva where Jose and his team replaced our tire in less than 40 minutes and we made it to the game on time! Spent $922 on a set of coopers to pick the truck up and find out that they let the new guy mount my tires and completely destroyed my front driver side where. Completely gouged and scratched. Why let the new guy work on the expensive vehicles??? Chris was trying his best to be helpful and have me a small discount but I will be contacting their corporate. Unacceptable.

Brought in my car for a slow leak in my drivers side tire today and was greeted by Jose. He was courteous and clearly articulated that he thought it could be a small puncture or a leak in the valve and that they would take a closer look. It turned out to be screw in the tire, which they sealed up and sent me on my way on a 5 hour drive back home. Having driven in torrential rain for most of the trip, I cant help but wonder what would have happened if I didnt stop at your location. My car was inspected at a different garage 2.5 weeks prior. During the state-mandated annual inspection process, new struts were put on my car. Then, 2.5 weeks after the struts, inspection and alignment, a rear brake locked up, prompting me to take it to Mavis Tire shop. I had a bad ball joint and a bad control arm, making it unsafe to drive and a bad rear brake. Because my car needed to make all the repairs, the desk manager, Jose, actually paid out of pocket for an Uber to take me back home again that evening. They were mind, courteous, took the time to show me and explain why the parts were bad and also told me my car was never realigned when the new struts were installed, even though the previous garage charged me for it. The free ride home was way going beyond their call of duty! I highly recommend the Geneva Mavis store for everyone and Joses kindness to pay for my ride home only added to the customer service!

4-Vehicles. Always great service. Costs are always at market or better.

The price was good, but the service was not. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes to mount and balance 4 tires. This after explaining to the manager SEVERAL times what I wanted done. To top it off, they seemed to have misplaced the centering rings that were on the snow tire wheels I had them remove. I was supposed to have an alignment done, too - but the manager said they ran out of time and Id have to come back. Yeah, no.

Service was great, they treated my truck as if it was their own, went in for a rotation and alignment, they gave me a heads up about my rear breaks being low, instead of ignoring it and not telling me, or just changing the breaks and then shocking me with the added charge out of nowhere; management was super friendly, upfront about everything that was going on with my truck. Everything was done quick and perfect, cant ask for better service!

I blew a tire on my way to work this was the nearest place to me. They got me right in and put new tire on. They even had to deal with my lug nuts being stripped but still only billed me the quoted price. The manager lady was awesome. Def recommend them for anyone in need of new tires.

The people at Mavis in Geneva were friendly and helpful. I scheduled an appointment to have two tires replaced, and they were informative and prompt with the service. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable. I totally recommend these guys!

I went in to get my tires changed and rotated and the staff at Mavis were amazing and super helpful and even offered to rotated my tires for free. I got everything I needed done in under an hour and Brandon and Mary at the front desk were the kindest hosts and did everything they could to get my car fixed and out of shop as quick as possible. Save your money and time and go here for all your car repair needs!

I had got a flat tire around 445pm and called mavis and they closed at 5 pm and they said to come on in and they will take a look, my tire was shot, they changed the tire to my spare and said come on back in the morning and they will get me fixed up, and that they did, great service really nice guy named Roger helped me out a lot, thanks guys!

First they try to sell you everything they can weather you need it or not then they fixed the wrong tire. On top of that im there to fix my tire and they have my hood up the whole time. I will never return.

If I could given negative stars I would. Worst experience Ive ever had with an auto. Signed up for $99 breaks, was billed almost 400 bucks, with that being said I got rotors and brakes for 120 bucks. Just stand your ground a and dont let these bullies try to upsell you on everything. They put things on your car in order to make you pay for them or threaten to take them off if you dont pay. Would never recommend this to a friend.

DONT GO HERE I ordered tires on there website when I got there they told me I ordered the wrong size tire when I checked my email receipt I ordered the correct tire. They ended up selling me a cheaper tire saying they were going to match the price I was was given on the website for alot better tire when I checked the price of the tire they sold me it was a dollar a tire cheaper the tire I ordered was 40 dollars more a tire. Then they said the tire pressure sensor was bad they replaced it and now that is on. JUST DONT GO THERE THE LIE AND RIP YOU OFF.

I made an appointment for 4 new tires & alignment, was told it would take an hour & a half. It took almost 3 hours. After leaving & noticing my vehicle pulling to the right, I had my regular mechanic look at it. He said the alignment was never done. Returned the next day & the service manager checked & agreed the alignment was never done. I will not be returning.

I was very disappointed in my experience here at the Geneva location. I made an appointment online on 5/15 for 5/26 for 4 new tires. On the day of my appointment, I receive a phone call stating that my tires had not yet arrived. I then had to wait an additional 3 days for a call that they were in, and made another appointment for today 6/2 at 9am. I dropped my car off and left it all day. Called at 1:45 and they were working on it. Arrived after work at 4:10, still working on it. Here I sit at 4:47pm, still waiting. Not right at all. I was also quoted a ridiculously high amount that somehow I was able to get down $100 after asking what I was actually paying for. Very sketchy. Will never come here again and will definitely complain.

This is a horrible place. There was not one pleasant thing about our experience. We called and asked for a quote before going and they gave us a quote that was great so we drove the 30 miles there. We get there and some how it’s 160$ more than quoted. They told us it would take an hour and a half... we waited 3 hours. And all to get into a car that reeked of smoke. There were 4 employees there and 3 out of four were doing nothing the whole time we were there. One was chain smoking in the bay with the cars. As I said nothing pleasant. We will never go back there and hope we help people from having the same mistake and horrible experience.

My boyfriend made an 11 am appointment on June 14, 2020. It was just to fix one tire. We dropped it off at 10:30. Came back at 2. Theyd told us it would only be an hour or an hour and a half. So three hours later we came to pick it up and they said they had forgotten about it. It was still sitting where we left it. No apologies from the staff. This is unacceptable

We had an emergency situation with 2 tires blowing out On our trailer on the 90E. I called and spoke to Brandon not knowing what to do. Mavis was one of the only places open but I doubt anywhere else would have gone out of their way like Brandon did. We needed all 4 tires replaced. He only had 2 so he called another location and got us the other 2 we needed. We had to wait a few hours due to other customers with appointments but we were able to at least get things fixed up and back on the road that day! Thank you Brandon. I really appreciate you going above and beyond!

Discovered a nail in my tire at the gas station across the street. Losing enough air I wouldnt have made it home I went right over and they were able to fix it. In and out in about 30 minutes. They worked with my time crunch even after I told them the wrong tire at first. 🤯

I went to a local competitor whom said that its not easy to balance my aftermarket wheels it will cost more etc. I stopped at the Geneva Mavis and they promptly provided great service at a fair price with no issues. Thank you for saving me money and time.

I had moved to the area recently and went to get an oil change. I was told there were fluids leaking and brakes on the edge of failure, however my NYS inspection a few months prior found no such defects or issues, in fact my tires were in the closest thing to an issue. This is highly suspicious and after contacting another mechanic it was confirmed that the issues presented were either falsified or exaggerated to a point of dishonesty. I will certainly not be returning to this location and in general Ive lost a lot of faith in the company at large.

I wanted to believe that the stereotypes about mechanics deliberately sabotaging cars for more business were fabrication. I was wrong. In the 6 months since I began taking my vehicles here I have had more mysterious faults than at any point owning any vehicle. Conveniently, I went to change my own oil today. Somehow, my hood latch mechanism was disconnected. These gremlins were the last people to touch my car.

Made appointment for 10am for front end alignment drove almost 30 miles & when I got there they told me sorry we cant do alignment today why didnt they tell me this in the email confirmation they sent very upsetting & bad business practices

I would give zero, or a negative 0 stars. Over the last 2 months vehicles in my family have recently used Mavis for break work. All vehicles now have the same break issues. And when we brought them in they said they saw no issue. We will never go back, and will tell people we know to stay away!

Prices are competitive, specially with price match. But wait times are horrendous...almost 2 hours to mount and balance 4 tires.

And the prices are cheap, they even will work with you with the price. They also dont mess with anything on your vehicle unless you give they permission so you have nothing to worry about .
