Professional courtesy was not given to the customer.who I told to go there because of there good reviews...... He called more than once inquired on the phone and came down about their tires being mounted....when he arrived the gentleman had no experience on how to handle the situation.

Great service! We were visiting Geneva for the weekend from New York and got a flat tire a couple of miles out. Despite having a full day of bookings they were able to squeeze us in and put two new tires on as well as an alignment. We certainly didnt want to try to drive back on a donut and Gary was able to make sure we were taken care of quickly.

Was just getting tires mounted and balanced. Best price around for that. Good customer service.

I used to go to Mavis Tire but Ill be going here from now on, super friendly staff and great prices! After getting a quote at Mavis for approximately $1,000 after they reviewed my car physically. I went in the day later and the car was not done no phone call. The day before they found more stuff supposedly and the bill went up to $2,800. I went to Trombley and it only cost me about $950

I dont know what anyone would not like about this place. I called made an appointment for today less than a week ago. Brought my car down at 9am they said it would take anywhere from and hour and a half to two hours. They called me at 10:30am. Went down picked up my car everyone was so nice. I couldnt ask for better customer service. My car has driven great all day.

PLEASE READGary PassalacquaIs a crook I went there for a engine light with codesP0171 system lean (base 1)P0457 evap leak/ vacuum leakP0456 evap leak/ vacuum leakI brought it in on a monday an told him about the codes that I had gotten from Advanced auto parts he goes ok I will diagnostic the Dodge avenger se 09I said thank you gave him the keys and left.Now next day I call and ask if he found anything he goes I cant figure it out.So I stop by on a wendsdayHe then tells me I cant find anything my old specialist has left should get a new one in a few weeks then goes to tell me I need new struts I told him to figure out whats going on with the engine light then we will talk about the struts. He said he would give me a call when he does.Now I come in today he tells me its all done I said did you figure out whats wrong with the engine he goes no but the lights are off I erased the codes I cant find anything wrong. Now at this point Im furious because he didnt call me before he did the struts nor did he find out the engine light problem.So I take the keys and back the car up to get it out of the lot and guess what? engine light pops up and the gas cap light and still smells of gas when I turn on my car and doesnt have the power that it had before the engine light.Cost was $998.38Im very very very very furious and frustrated and feel taken advantaged of.I do not recommend this place to any one.They dont care about your concernsAnd they dont go above and beyond to make sure the problem is fixed.

I came in for an Ny state inspection on May 3, 2016 around 3:30pm something to 4 I was told by an employee to leave my name and number along with my keys an they will contact me once they are finished. So, I never received a call from the employee to come pick up my vehicle so I catch a ride back to the shop and its 5:34 and they are closed with my house keys, my truck & truck keys leaving me unable to get to work or inside my resident. Im beyond mad this is pathetic, down right ridiculous. This is no way to treat your customers who backs yours business fully. 😡😡😡

Trombleys saved me when I was traveling & had car trouble. My car was making scary whirring noises & leaking fluid en route to Rochester, NY. I stopped there & they were very busy (a good sign in any business). They were not confident that they could get to my car that morning. By noon, however, they had found & fixed the problem, leaking power steering fluid, my line would need replacement, but it was driveable in the meantime. Cost? $25. Thank you Trombleys for helping out a traveller in distress!! 😊

**Update** I have been contacted by a representative, who has sincerely apologized for the experience and sent a gift certificate, encouraging me to give Trombley a second chance. This is a great step, showing that there is concern for quality customer service. Once I have used the certificate, I will post an updated review based on the experience.You know how we try to go to local/independent businesses for better customer service that you can trust?Ha, not with this one!When I made my appointment at Trombley in Geneva (a mechanic I DO trust recommended them) I told them the issue (something on the back drivers side) and made the appt. for 3pm the next day. When I arrived (at 3pm) they said it would be an hour before they could take a look, so I went for a nice 2 hour walk with my son through downtown Geneva.When I returned, they hadnt done anything. He handed me an estimate of services. Not only was it 3 times what theyd quoted on the phone, but it was for service on the front end... nothing about the back. They hadnt even looked at the back end, which is what I was there for!When I brought that up, he went over and added $200 to my estimate. I left and went to a chain tire store in Canandaigua, who fixed the problem (in the back end) for under $100 AND confirmed my suspicion that there was nothing wrong in the front.I may be a single mom who obviously knows nothing about car stuff, but I do know a scammer when I see one.
