I have recently moved to Geneva and this is now my go to place for a mechanic! Besides their prices being competitive they have done great work and my Van is running great now. I am a needy customer as I ask a lot of questions and desire to have pictures sent to me and see the bad parts when complete. David has been patient and supportive and even took me on a test drive so I could point out the noises I was hearing. The noises are now gone and I feel my Van will last the long haul with his team taking care of it!

Was looking for a windshield repair shop and came across this place. They were VERY courteous and helpful when i asked questions regarding the process. upon picking it up, everything looked great and they did a wonderful job with the repair. I highly recommend their services!

Once again David and his team came through for us. I had a check engine light and trouble starting my car. My husband dropped it off at Auto Therapy and they even drove him home. They did a thorough diagnostics check on the car and found a battery issue, FOB issue and fuse issue. They even fixed my speaker which hasnt worked right since I bought the car. My car was returned to me with a full interior and exterior cleaning. They always go above and beyond in service and quality. They dont try to sell you what you dont need but do let you know the condition of your car and when you should have it serviced. They are definitely our only car maintenance and repair company moving forward. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants great service.

AUTO THERAPY NEEDS 10 STARS! Where can I start with how amazing these guys are?! On our road trip to Missouri, about 50 miles in, our front brakes began smoking like crazy, in the middle of nowhere. Even on a Saturday, David was able to get me in right away, had parts delivered within a half hour, wheels back on in another half hour, they primed and set the brakes for us, and just when I thought it couldnt get better, they HAND WASHED our van for us! In a desperate emergency on a road trip, David & the guys at Auto Therapy were able to get us back on the road, no problem! We made it 2000 miles with no other issues! If we lived in the area, theyd be our new mechanic, no question! If you need ANYTHING automotive, go see the guys at Auto Therapy! They will do it right, on time and on budget! HIGHLY recommend David and his team!! The entire experience was exceptional from drop off/pick up to the service itself. I am thoroughly impressed, and will be back for ALL my oil changes/services!!I work at Delnor, but live just outside the city. David was SO accommodating with my schedule for my recent oil change. I called on Wednesday, and was able to easily drop my car off at 7:30am the next morning. He was so kind and offered to drive me to work so I didnt have to walk, but, if you work at Delnor, the walk is just 5-10 minutes - SO convenient! After work, I just hopped back over to pick it up. My car came back hand-washed, with a vacuumed and cleaned interior, sparkling windows, and fresh tire shine!! Not to mention..he didnt charge me full price, because I work at the hospital. I was thrilled to have my oil change checked off and a clean car after work - so refreshing and a time saver! Definitely the best oil change Ive gotten in a long time!! Thanks again!!UPDATE:10/08/2020Brought my fiances car to David this month - we had an inkling that the transmission was shot and needed to be replaced (good ol Nissan CVT transmission). David wanted to give the car a good check and make sure there wasnt anything else that could be done. We appreciated his honesty and willing to make sure we werent spending money unnecessarily. At any rate, we decided to have it replaced and David had the car turned around in approx. 2 weeks - with a brand new transmission from the manufacturer, fluids, programmed, warranty, all good to go! His quote couldnt have been better either - we are very thankful. When we got it back it was clean, waxed, and had a nice smelling air freshener. The car is back in shape and brand new! Auto Therapy continues to have our trust and business for all our repairs/maintenance!

I took my car in for an oil change. Chris gave me a great deal on a full synthetic oil, he also recommended to rotate tires to get even wear and get the most out of them. When he was done, he took the time to explain the manufacture recommendation maintenance my vehicle needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AUTO THERAPY AND DEFENETLY RECOMEND CHRIS!!!

So far, soooo helpful! My Hybrid system crashed out on a Friday night in the freezing cold after starting fine. Auto Therapy came recommend by OReilly autoparts, so called (on Valentines night) and Chris answered! Alternators for my vehicle are pricey, but had a feeling that was the issue and its life. He explained everything in detail and is running extra diagnostics. To fit someone in last minute and search for a hard to find part is great service. Thank you!

Recently had my 06 F150 repaired by Tony. I highly recommend Tony for repairs to 5.4 Triton engines. My engine developed the now famous Ford Triton tick. Tony gave me all my options and fixed the problem. The charges were very reasonable. Great job, thanks Tony

Tony is awesome! We have been to him a few times for both of our vehicles and he is always prompt, honest, and on point. His shop is immaculate, with a nice tv lounge to relax in while you wait. Id recommend him to everyone.

I recieved a qoute from a shop in St. Charles to repair my Honda. I called around and found this shop in Geneva. They beat the qoute by $200 and towed my car to there facility at no charge. Tony repaired my car the next day and stayed late for me to pick it up. I will return.
