For starters the people here at very laid back and respectful. They dont try to push you to do anything you dont want to do for the top dollar. They really do help you to get the best deal. I bought a ram 1500 from them and my experience was the best I have ever had at a car dealership. And Ive been to many over the last 4 months.. they gave me an amazing deal on the truck and even better one on the warranty. Also they try and keep your credit score from taking a hit by not looking into your credit score to much. Would highly recommend this place to everybody. Dont take my word for and see for yourself. You wont be disappointed.

I would suggest staying away from having your vehicle serviced here. My truck sat for two weeks, untouched, before I picked it up un-serviced. calls were not returned, and when I did go in to discuss the issue, all I got were excuses. poor communication and even worse execution.

I didnt purchase my vehicle here so I cant speak on the sales side of things but In terms of the service department they go above and beyond. I dealt with Eric. He took the time to look into every option before I brought my car in for servjce. He didnt rush to a decision. He treated the car as if it was his own.

This was my first time buying a car and needless to say I was a bit nervous. First of all, I could not have gotten a better deal on my Kia Sorento. The sales process was incredibly smooth! Steve was very patient and explained things without being pushy. I would highly reccomend going to see them! I managed to buy a car with a fair-ish credit score and they made it seem simple!

Just called a few minutes ago asking about a 2013 Ford Escape that I was really interested in. Not exactly sure who I talked to but it was a man pretty sure his name started with an M. Anyways I asked him if we could talk numbers over the phone before I drove all the way out there since I live far away. He gave me attitude and said “well the price is online isn’t it” well duh I know but I needed to know more than just the price. I just did it with another dealerships and they had no problem talking about prices , registration fees and taxes with me. I had a lot of cash to spend and now they will not ever get my business. Very shocked and disappointed with customer service!

I contacted DAmico on a Monday by phone, asking if they could find a vehicle I was interested in for me. By Friday, I was picking up my new Jeep Gladiator! I appreciate their professionalism and no game playing. Old school care was demonstrated, which is very refreshing!

Brought my 2017 Jeep Wrangler manual transmission to this dealership. It finally took 23 days to get my car back. The 1st week they didnt even touch the car. Next parts on back order which I understand and finally I had to call the owner to get some help. Brought car in with 27, 210 miles got it back with 27,940? It had transmission problems how did it get 730 miles sitting at dealership. I have medium colored seat covers on my seats to protect the seats. Got back with both having grease and smeared in dirt on both. Nothing but lies and excuses on they dont have the help and they dont work on manual transmissions much anymore. Bottom line is both dont get transmission work done at this dealership and dont buy a Jeep Wrangler with manual transmission. Oh did I forget to say that we had the shift lever come off about 4 months after getting this car. Then the gear lash and shift popping out of reverse or not wanting to go into reverse. So much fun.

Great service department! Mechanics are honest and great. The people that work the front desk are very friendly and willing to help or rectify any situation. Part are certified usually with a life time warrantee if not as close as possible to one. Only complaint of course the Dealership prices, but you get what you pay for with this shop.
