Worst experience ever! Spent over $6000 and still having mechanical issues. With over 2 months without a car and no remorse from owner Rose/Mohammed Rafiul at the Aurora, IL location. BEWARE! To add on to the experience, I’ve called corporate over 5 times for the past two days and left voicemails, yet no response to have situation rectified.

I have been taking my car to the Batavia merlins for more then a ten years. I stopped a few years back, but resumed business ever since when Chris Hamilton took over. Ive had Frank help me numerous time on my 95 Thunderbird, with 520k miles! Yes its still the original engine.Now days, on my current vehicle, 2013 sonata, they have done everything from tire installations, rotor install, oil changes, among other service work.These guys are great. Just like my old T-Bird, if you take care of it, it will take care of you.Buy these guys some pizza or something for appreciation, they are the best. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. If it wasnt for this crew, I wouldnt come back.

I have brought car to the one in Batavia for YEARS but lately that has been a mistake, as this place has really gone downhill. The straw that broke the camels back was they installed a radiator and messed the job up big time. Not only was it leaking but I damaged the fan. Even though they did the damage they would not make good on it. The GM would not even call me back, she had one of the managers, Frank, call me. So not only do they not stand by their work they dont even have the courage to call a long time customer that has spent thousands of dollars on numerous cars. If you take your car there you get what you deserve and be ready to take it back for them to try to fix their work.
