We took our car in for a tire rotation, which was done in a timely fashion. We were told however while they were doing the work that there was a problem with one of the rods. We chose to see our own mechanic who says there is nothing wrong.

Had a flat tire on our way to Auburn from Buffalo. Scott was an absolute angel in disguise. Initially could not find the leakage, but after a determined search found a pinhole in the sidewall. Instead of suggesting a new tire, he offered a used tire he had removed the day before from another customers car at no cost for the tire. Total bill for the service was just $12. He also removed the compact spare, stowed it along with the jack and lug wrench back in my car, and cautioned me to keep an eye on the used tire for the remainder of our trip. Lastly, he offered to re-torque the lug nuts after 25 miles or if impractical to do that myself, and directed me to a store to buy a tire pressure gauge. Unbelievable service and customer satisfaction orientation. Definitely recommend Scott and his crew for any tire it brake related service.

Got a blowout while picking my son up from college late in the day before thanksgiving. Still had to get home (350 miles). Tire was a rare size and not in stock but the owner found a used tire the same size and only charged me for the balancing, and swapped front and back tires to keep the used one on the rear wheel. Got home safe thanks to excellent customer service and flexible thinking. I probably won’t drive 350 miles to get my next set of tires but if you are in the area, this place is highly recommended.

Tony got me in quickly and took care of my tires just like he said he would. No hassle, tires were delivered next day just like he said, and he had them on my truck and out the door in less then an hour. I went to this shop after blowing a tire and being referred by another Mr. Tire down the road. My vehicle required a unique tire size, and this was the only one in the area that had what I needed. I showed up about a half hour before they closed on a Friday night before Christmas weekend. I needed to make a long drive that night, and they offered to stay open late to change the tire. Their manager, Jon, was very friendly and helpful. They got the job done within the hour and I was able to drive home safely.For inventory, quality, and service this shop gets five stars. Highly recommend.

On 7/1/2019, I was driving two hours into work when my tire pressure light came on and I ended up having a flat. I was able to get into a gas station and put on my donut, but I had no idea where to go or if anyone would even be able to get me in to repair my tire or replace it if needed. Late for work, I googled some places on my phone and everywhere nearby except Mr. Tire was closed. Made a phone call hoping they could at least get me in within the week, so I was completely surprised when I was told to drop my tire off that night and I could come pick it up the next day.Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional, the hours of the establishment are a positive, and the service they provided was done faster than expected, which I have had zero problems to address more than two weeks later. Highly recommend and am thankful they were able to help in my time of need in an unfamiliar area.

I needed a set of new tires for my 370z. The shop didn’t carry the tires so i purchased them online and had them delivered directly to Mr Tire. I went that Friday for an oil change and an inspection and they did both in a timely manner and explain to me that everything was find with the car, might though in a few months new tires. I was thankful that we made me aware of my tires. I will continue going to Mr Tire, they are good at what they do.

Really helped me! When I blew a tire passing through town late Sunday afternoon an hour from home, John and the guys went out of their way to make sure I was able to get home safely. John was so personable, knowledgeable and helpful.

The day was very stressful for a number of reasons and most tire places were closed / full. They were able to get me in immediately and were very friendly, despite being near closing time.From my short 20 minutes of waiting, they seemed to have a good relationship with their regulars (and even knew someone by name) and were very kind to an out-of-towner. They must have seen that I was so stressed as they didnt charge me anything for the fix. I was honestly completely shocked. I probably wouldnt have believed it unless someone waiting affirmed that Yeah, these folks are the best.So thanks again for the help!

We blew a tire on rt 90, had our car towed to their shop. The manager went above and beyond from getting our tires to his shop in a timely manner to bringing me, my wife, and 1 year old son to the visitors center by the water. Everyone there was kind and they made something that couldve been a horrible day to a good one.

I bought 4 new tires that included install . I waited way to long for the work to be completed. Mind you I waited there because the manager said his guy would get right to it.I watched through the window, into the service area. The man doing the work got on his phone no less that a dozen times ( WHILE I THE PAYING Costumer) waited... Never again will I go there.

Oil and filter change was far below normal standards. I provided the oil and filter due to what was used in the motor prior to this change and the Mobil full synthetic has worked well for my other vehicles. I provided 5 quarts, the motor takes 4.2 quarts and the filter takes 6 ounces. There should have been oil left over. The mechanic said there was non left and that really worries me. Over filling can be as bad as under filling. The oily hand prints on the exterior of the car are not pleasing either. Before leaving their garage I opened the hood to check the oil level and I found the excess oil all over the front of the motor, serpentine belts for the alternator, water pump and AC., and the exhaust system. I drove the car to the u wash and used the wand to wash the excess oil from the hot exhaust parts before a fire could start. The smell of burning oil from the hot exhaust made my wife extremely nervous and our conversations quite tense. I really dont need these kinds of results from what is suppose to be a routine maintenance job. On a separate note. I had to take my truck back after their wheel alignment so they could center the steering wheel to the horizontal position instead of the four o-clock position. I will not be a repeat customer.

I was travelling with my wife and small baby and one of our tires got shredded on the highway and we called about 40 mins before they were supposed to close and explained that we are stuck on the road and Tony told us to take our time and drive over so we did. Well upon getting there things got even tougher because we realized my car has a very odd size and we still had 400mi left on our trip so Tony figured out a size that would work but of course my car is AWD so had to change all 4 tires and they were about to close in 30 mins! they actually stayed over 1 hr past their time that they were supposed to close to fix our car and get us back on the road. True customer service and just good people. Thank you Tony we truly appreciate your help and the technician that was working that day! All the best

I get regular service here at the Geneva store and the management and service are top notch.

They did not have tires we ordered, substituted another 4 which was ok BUT they had the car from 9:30 until 5pm, told us they hadnt checked front end alignment but my son had to go to work and needed the car. They set up an alignment check appt and an inspection appt, Tony cancelled that appt because 2 people called in he rescheduled the car for the following Monday at 1. Dropped the car off at 9:30 for a 12:00 appt and my son he would be back at 1:30 and that they were doing the alignment and a NYS inspection - Tony said yes. My son went back at 1:45 and the car HAD NOT been touched! He waited 2 hours and Tony said he needed a front end alignment which they did. We were under the impression that when you buy 4 NEW tires the front end alignment was part of the cost! It wasnt and Tony didnt have the NYS inspection done because it wasnt on the schedule - well he is the one that made the appt! Worst service EVER!

1st visit there went ok considering $60 for 3 lugnuts & studs is a lot of money. 2nd visit not so well. To sum this up quickly I lost my good job because of these of these people, they had my car up there for 5+ days, they drove it back to me free of charge and a new brake line, but with minimal brakes (in other words not able to drive) my family had to walk just to go grocery shopping for 3+ months thats not including other errands that had to be done like school functions, doing laundry, etc. Anyhow they kept giving me the run around when my car was being worked on, refused to talk to my husband because he was being rude to them, told me that they thought master cylinder was gone, that my car was to old to hook to their computers all because the brake pads had to be replaced and the lines bleed PROPERLY. Any real mechanic knows how to bleed brake lines my husband and I arent really mechanically inclined and we learned how. Oh and they over torqued my lug nuts, literally broke 3 more of the studs right off my back wheel trying to get them off by hand, before having to go by wrenches.People Id think twice before going here! Their rates are over $100 per hour for labor which is a lot for all mechanics in this area, especially considering most people make $11-$15 per hour for the average job, most if not all garages dont have a college student bleeding brake lines (yes they told me this over our numerous phone calls). Honestly though I dont know why I expected better service from a corporation, I guess its because I am relatively new to the area and didnt do enough homework.

I have had problems with a noisy belt for some time now. After attempting to fix it by tighting without sucess, Mr. Tire replaced the belt at no charge. I believe their supplier sent them a faulty belt the 1st time. They made it good though! Thank you to Tony and the team at Mr. Tire, Geneva, NY.

Follow up post. I took my snows back to be put on for the winter. I didnt have an appointment and they were too busy to get me in. Understandable but I was disappointed because I drove quite a distance to come back. Went to Trombleys on Exhange St, they could get me in after noon. Cole Muffler on 5&20 got me right in. Just some alternatives in case you need faster service.

Best inspection I’ve had all year!!!

Bought 4 tires, never said that the wheel alignment was just a check. Had to pay for the alignment after discussing the fact I didnt know it wasnt free. Moved appointment to another day and time for alignment and state inspection. Dropped off in the morning and still wasnt ready after 130. Never did the inspection, said it wasnt down for one even though my appointment was moved to the new time to do the state inspection.
