I actually did not want to go due to years ago bad experience HOWEVER I am glad I did! They were honest and did not “add” to my cost with things that didn’t need fixing

John (manager in training), Jake & Joe went above and beyond to help me get the right radiator after some difficulties finding the correct one and service that was expected to take 5 days was done the next day! So appreciative!

Absolutely disgusting!! They were not sanitary during this pandemic. No masks over face and nose. Handling money and working on cars with same pair of gloves and also eating with the same pair!!! Absolutely do not recommend to anyone!

Had a problem with something scraping my tire on the driver side. Walked in and explained the problem. I wasnt sure what the problem was? The guys at the shop, pulled the car in and found the problem. They were quick and very professional. I was on the road in 15 minutes. Thank you! Out of town traveler.

Had some car trouble on my way in to town for a long weekend at the Finger Lakes. Misfire of sorts. Dropped my car of early Friday morning at a busy, and undermanned shop. They couldnt have been more professional and courteous. They drove me up the street to pick up a rental car. Called me 2 hours later with a diagnosis and a very fair price. They were very straight forward and honest. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area. I am in the auto repair business myself, and based on the symptoms I experienced, thought the job was going to require more then it did. Big thumbs up!

My name is Tiffany Brewer, and I have had an the most amazing experience with Phil at Monro in Geneva! After the Newark location failed to fix my car, and put me in danger, Phil did everything he could to fix my Jeep in a timely manner. Him and his staff were quick and efficient with my vehicle. It only took a couple of hours to fix the mess that Newark made. He took me right under his wing and took amazing care of me and my car with no cost. He is extremely polite and great with communicating. That is exactly how a manager should be! I went there for 2 tires to be put on and a inspection didnt pass inspection due to wipers and a big gash in back tire. We didnt see the gash or the tire again because there was no gash in the tire .wouldnt inspect it or pass it til we baught a new back tire. They do this all the time rip off artist save your money and go somewhere else i am.a 21 dollar inspection cost me 238.50 never will i go back there.

Great service! I am not from around here and was originally attracted to Monro because of the great prices for oil changes. The price does not even match the quality of the service they provide. They are always quick, thorough and kind! Most recently, I showed up accidentally a day early for my appointment. They decided to squeeze me in anyway, simply because I was there! It was so so nice, and definitely not required of them at all, because it was my fault for showing up on the wrong day. Thanks again!!!

While traveling through Geneva on my way to the Finger Lakes, my exhaust pipe detached. I needed help ASAP. My car sounded like a muscle car from the seventies without a muffler. I called Monro and Shane got me in right away. My car was fixed and I was back on the road in under half an hour. I am so thankful...Quick courteous service and unmatched professionalism. Thank you!

Traveling across the country and spent the night here across the street at the Days Inn. This morning our low pressure indicator was on and I was pleased st the convenience of a tire place across the street. Unfortunately I was apparently an INconvenience for them. When I asked if someone could check my tires, I was told, Im sorry, we dont have any outside air hoses. In Washington, theyre happy to pull out a hose and check your tires. Perhaps thats not a thing here?

After having a hell of a time trying to get an appointment for an inspection anywhere in Buffalo, I figured I’d look around in Geneva since I’d be in the area for work. These guys had plenty of openings for appointments and were able to get me in and out way faster than expected. Great customer service!

Was in need of a quick fix before a long drive home to get my splash guard removed after it got bumped and was hanging loose. The guys stayed open an extra 5 minutes just to help me out and were extremely knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

I had a breakdown on the I90. Got towed here. Awesome service. Took me in right away as I was from Canada. Fast top notch service. Was on the road again in a couple hours (hub bearing replacement). Super fast. Efficient. Friendly. Know where to go if I ever need repair in this area. Top notch shop.

The staff was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They gave me my estimate on the exhaust system and then proceeded to fix the immediate problems that came with my car this day! And it was quite a busy day for them! They were down a mechanic and yet went out of their way to provide the needed repairs that kept “coming up” on my car. At 12:30 AM July 11th, my family (Me, my wife, and two young daughters) and I were on I90 when one of our tires blew out. Unfortunately the spare I had didnt fit. I had heard of Monro but didnt know it by reputation. I called as early as I could and spoke with Francis (Fran). His patience and professionalism was a breath of fresh air after an extraordinarily difficult night. I had my car towed from the hotel to Monro where Fran was able to change out the tire in a timely manner as we were still six hours away from home here in New Hampshire. I will not forget Fran or Monro and will go Monro for my auto needs. Thank you Fran!

Needed an oil change and they were great with working around my schedule to get me in. The day before my appt for my oil change my taillight blew. They had me in and out with my oil change and a new taillight within a day! Got me right back in to have the new one put in with absolutely no problem. Amazing service, will definitely be going back, and would recommend them to everyone!

Very nice guys. If a student works on you have a manager check the work, they support local schools and take apprenticeship students, which is a huge service to the community. The man mechanics and managers are very nice and happy to explain and even show you what is going on. If you think youre being fleeced bring it here, theyre in it for the service, love of cars, engineering, also their reputation and repeat customers. They treat you right.

Outstanding service. Had a flat tire and pulled in just after 6PM close. They finished job ahead ours, and then pulled our car in the bay. They couldn’t plug the tire because the hole was too large, but they had the right size tire and installed it promptly. Reasonable price and great folks. We’re from Virginia and we’re due to go home early the next morning. Can’t say enough about great service we received.

I have been bringing my car in for various problems over the last year. The manager and I have built a good friendship and has always been courteous. No upsells, tells me exactly what needs to be done, ensures it’s done correctly, offered me plenty of advice on how to keep my car maintained. I know if I have a problem, they are just one call away and will always have an answer for me same day.

Needed a valve stem replacement so I stopped in on a Saturday morning. Fully expected to wait for a few hours but was in and out in no time, great customer service, very helpful, made sure not to rip me off.

I was having some bad luck with my vehicle and tried to get some immediate work with smaller garages. But every place I went to couldnt help me out. I called Monro in Geneva not only did they get me right in but the customer service was excellent and the cherry on top was the price was good too. 5/5 would schedule again.

I frequent the shop in Geneva. Ive always had wonderful experiences there with Phil, Jesse and John. That being said this new guy (Adam) is a joke he is not management material at all. He is not personable and couldnt answer my questions about my car. He has turned away my business, so I will be finding a new place for my family and I to have repairs done. Im not impressed and will not return. Good luck to the staff here with a manager like him

Absolutely a rip off. Took my sons car in for an alignment, walked out with a $900 bill. After looking at the bill, they charged over $400 for labor, had the car in the shop less than two hours! Plus, charged triple what it would cost for some parts at the local Advanced Auto. I am currently working with the regional manager to make this right. Our local Monroe whos manager (Donnie Beebe) would have never taken advantage of an out of towner like they did in Geneva. They are nothing short of thieves!!Spoke with the general manager today (7/28/17) after taking my sons car in for ANOTHER alignment because his rear tires are ruined due to misalignment. Got nothing but excuses. Alignment was covered by my local shop, but now shopping for $140 worth of tires.Again ppl, do some comparison shopping before making an appointment!

Very friendly staff, oil change took a little longer than expected, but it was worth it for the money I saved. Much better than the Waterloo location, where they try, and tell you, you need $1,500 + in work afterwards.

Im on vacation at the Finger Lakes and currently reside in Wilkes-Barre Pensaylvania. As my fiancé and I were ready to take our 3 hour drive home, our engine light cane on. I knew it wasnt oil or the gas cap so we called and spoke to a gentleman named Shane who told us to bring it on down. Shane and the guys at this location were great. They hooked it up to the computer, diagnosed a small problem with the oxygen sensor, and we are on our way.We will be getting the sensor fixed at our local Monroe location. However, it was so nice of Shane to hook it up for us and not even charge us! What a nice guy. Those residents in the Genevia area, should go to Monroe and ask for Shane. Thank you so much for your help.
