Had the pleasure of renting from them on Aug 2-3, as we were a large group the had a big Ford Expedition for us at a great rate that would accommodate all of us. As we were on a tour on the 2 Aug they came and picked us up at the steamboat tour and were right down the street from the Princess Lodge ! We left the car at the lodge with the keys at front desk so easy. Easy pleasant wonderful man and woman that we dealt with - very professional !

Incredible service and friendly people. Not only was the fast and painless ever to rent a car for my family and I, they even came and took u to their business and they came to pick up the car at the hotel the next day. My boy forgot his phone charger in the car and we had no way to get it and they brought it back to our hotel. They r honest, fair and down right neighborly.

We were visiting Fairbanks in September and needed a rental car for a day. It was a last-minute decision, and there were no cars available from the airport. Arctic Rent A Car was recommended by our hotel. We got a great little car at a reasonable price, and the manager even picked us up from our hotel so that we could get the rental. Later, when we dropped the rental off, the manager kindly drove us to the airport. He and his wife worked at the rental car business, and they were very friendly and accommodating! Im glad we supported this local business. Theyre great!

I have repeatedly used Arctic Rent-A-Car, a locally owned company. The service and prices are great, though I have to take a cab to get to their facility, just a short trip away. I appreciate no having to pay all the airport fees.

Im renting a pickup truck for a great daily rate on July 31st 2018.Bob returned my call at 8:30 p.m. we talked for about 10 minutes took my reservation and Im all set pretty great for a business that is supposedly closed by Google Maps.

Immoral company! Do not use! We rented a car to do the Dalton Hwy drive and this company overcharged me for an extra day in the about of $212.00 and refused to take it off. The workers were very rude! When I disputed the charge through my credit card company, they doctored the return date to make it look like I returned the car the day that they charged me through. Credit card company said since I had ready signed the credit card slip that there was nothing they can do about companies that commit fraud like this. So, they basically stole $212.00 from me. I will be reporting them to the better business Bureau and will be telling everyone I know to use their competitor.
