I honestly love coming to this place when i have issues with my car. the staff is great. really helpful, kind, and patient. and because of that, i don’t mind being patient for them. i understand they have a lot to do, and a lot of people to serve, and these things just take time. i wish more people were kind and considerate to these employees and showed them the same patience they show us. really great service, really great employees ♥️

Never used them actually. Pulled in parking lot next door With flat. Guy came running out to help told him I had someone on the way and my tire was insured elsewhere. Literally came back three other times bothering me. Last being concerned where I was parked. ( in the wide open around nothing🤷‍♂️) Take the hint the first time!

As a walk in I was bumped back 4 times despite being here at opening if the want to be like the service department and be appointments only just say so. They also run jobs in teams but dont seem to utilize their time well. Im disappointed in how this place has gone down they used to live up the quick lane name

Bought a bottle of Dr Pepper Sugar Free and they had my oil changed and tires rotated by the time I finished off the bottle.

Have not had bad experience there yet. They take care of my car when Im there. Ladies at the checkout are great and the service associates care about your needs. I will keep going there for my car maintenance

While on the way home, my trucks rear tire blew out. I wasnt able to make it to the shop, instead I pulled into the dealership next door. The technician hope into their golf cart with tools and serviced my truck right in the parking lot of the dealership within 30 minutes they had me on my way. Fantastic job, with a customer service to match.

Hit a curb near the shop and tore a whole in my tire and it went flat. Pulled into Quick Lane and spoke to Ms. Dee, I was so throwed off mentally due to the flat didnt even think I have a spare tire, my mind frame was this is going to cost me. Ms. Dee brought me back to reality and was like well do you have a spare? And I was like yes I do, hadnt even thought about it. She was like let me ask the Manager, Brant if we can get you switched out and out of here because we are backed up and busy. Manager came out and said he was booked and busy but would get me switched out asap, and I looked around and saw they where but I had somewhere to be. So I said cool then went to go switch it out myself and here comes help. Gentleman switched out my tire in 5 minutes and I was up and running. I appreciate the service from Ms. Dees first point of contact, seeing I was frazzled and rushed, reaching out to help and advice. Mr. Brant formaking sure I got taken care of as soon as possible even though they where busy. And the tech taking care of me. Thats what good service is about. Even though my problem was minor they saw I was in need and fit me in. I appreciate you all and will be back and recommend you to anyone.

Good place to get service done where Im not worried about since of the issues Ive had a places like jiffy lube. The price match tires and send coupons out often. They show making appointments, which I recommend on busy days, like Saturday.

If you make an appointment, theyre usually pretty quick and they have coupon specials on their website. Just make sure you dont get a new hire working on your vehicle. They always break my lug nuts but they did replace them with the right ones on my last visit.

EDIT:l use a special oil for my high performance (ROUSH) engine they just Informed me I will pay normal prices and the Service Adviser is Great and the Tech got it done super fast and right .

They were to diagnose collision damage and repair while my car was in the body shop. During this time Quick-lane incorrectly installed parts in my 2016 Mustang GT. They managed to turn two of my lower strut bolts from splined to not splined: on top of that they also forgot the dust boot on the replacement strut, which WILL lead to early failure. No such thing as a customer schedule or accountability. This goes across from Quicklane and the service department, I have always had issues with both.Thanks again McRee Ford for not being my dealer. You will not lay hands on any car I intend to keep.

After past great experiences, this time, they couldnt figure out my tire locks. They called me out to the lift 3 times. After showing them how it works, I finally told them to forget the rotation. This are the same locks that they took off on the last service 6 months ago. Now confused about their abilities.

I had to drop in early one morning on the way to work with a low tire sensor. Dorthy sent me in the right direction and the young lady at the service counter was very easy to deal with... especially so early in the morning. 😁

Not sure its worth the hassle for my free oil changes. I can get them at any ford dealership so Ill find another one to take my car to.After waiting 3 hours for my car to get done, here I am a month later having to go back because they didnt reset my oil change indicator. I called to make sure I could get in and out and not have to wait and Morgan was extremely rude. It was a simple question, no need to jump down my throat.

I will never come here again, horrible service. I was asked to wait outside in my vehicle I was here before other people and they were helped before me. They need to change the name of this place to slow lane.

2-3hr wait for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told I need atleast 2 tires even though my tires have less than 20K miles on them. $51 for an oil change is a ripoff. For that price and wait time, I will do my own from now on. Never coming back here ever again. Would NOT recommend at all!

What I like about this place is their fast service. I got my oil changed and tires rotated. In & out within 30 minutes. This is also without having to make an appointment. Just drove right in. Time also flew by because of their nice waiting room with a flat screen. Definitely recommend.

Arrived at 12:45 and waited to be helped while the person at the desk completed paperwork. No other employees were at the service desk attending the other two computers even though it was relatively busy at the time, while I was there two staff seemed to rotate out of the desk but never were both there at the same time. Once all signed in my name showed up on the status board that I would be in for the next available time slot which was at 1:50. While waiting I noticed the service they provided to the other customers seems to be attentive and helpful. At 1:45 my name was still on the waiting to be served list with one person ahead of me, their time slot was at 1:30. At 2:05 I noticed there was an open slot showing on the jobs in progress but no vehicle was taken in. Then another open slot opened up and no vehicle was taken it. It was now 2:30 with two open spots and my vehicle was next on the list only for two different vehicles to be pulled in ahead of me. So Im annoyed. I waited another 15 minutes because there was a vehicle on the board with a status nearing completion but nothing was happening. So after waiting for 2 hours with no movement I asked for my keys and said I was leaving. They said the other cars had appointments yet they never showed up on the board and were listed as behind me. Im sure others may have had good service but I was appalled at the service I received and will not be returning. I am ok to wait but not when there is obviously no following of who came in when or anything said or done to retain my business as I left an upset customer. I would not recommend this location if you are looking to have maintenance completed on your vehicle. I would give 0 or half a star if possible.

Wow, they told me I had a 2 hr wait but they got me out the door faster, yea!! The lady that waited on me was very pleasant as well as the check out ladies.

For years I have gone to QUICKLANE in Dickinson for oil & filter changes. Included in the price is a fairly thorough check of your car. During my last visit I was told that my 4 tires needed replacement soon, even though the quality tires I had bought earlier were still in good condition. My new front tires had only 5,245 miles on them and the new rear tires 3,366 miles. They also said there was an oil leak under the motor. When I checked, I did not see any. They claimed to have it wiped up already. I have never seen an oil spot in my drive way.

Ive been here for almost two hours and theyve finally gotten to my car for an oil change. I told them I needed to get new connectors as well, and I asked if they could do it they told me they didnt know. Then another guy brought his car in way later after me is already done, and he didnt have an appointment. This is my last time coming here it shouldnt take two hours. They should change the name from Quick Lane to Super Slow Lane .

We have regular maintenance to our F350 truck performed and they were friendly and the work was done in a timely manner. Both the person checking me in and the person who checked me out were helpful. We did not fully understand the new inspection rules and they explained them in a very clear manner.

I was disappointed I called their Monday an entirely different scene told them the situation with my truck that I bought from the Ford dealership tell them that the brakes need to be replaced and that one of the rotors at least needed to be turned they told me the cost would be $250 when I got up there after scheduling the appointment they told me it was going to be $180 for the front and $180 for the back by the time it was done it was $400 to do the brake job not too terrible of a price was misleading when they told me they would do it for 250 and it ended up being 400 and now I have a vibration in my steering wheel which I have to go back to now

Started going here because wait was 45 minutes for an oil change without an appointment. Went today for oil change on a Tuesday morning and was disappointed to learn that the wait time just to get the vehicle taken to the back was 3-4 hours without an appointment and two hours with an appointment. They are now doing all the oil changes for McCree now too. Guess Im going to have to go back to Ron carter. Their wait times are under 2 hours and the price for diesel oil change is $30 cheaper.

Had a bad experience at other quick lane previously, so decided to give quick lane at mcree ford a try. Pretty much same experience... Went online to set up an appointment but was unable to. When I arrived, was told 2 hour wait because there were appointments ahead of me. I mentioned that I tried to book an appointment online but was unable, the stick in the mud at the counter said that you have to call for appointment, online system has not been working for some time. HOW ABOUT A HEADS UP ON THE DOWN FOR SOME TIME! Time to give up on quick lane. NEVER AGAIN FOR ME. Good luck!

The personnel are nice, but they should not be using the word quick on their sign. I pay for the monthly maintenance plan, but have had to wait for over an hour and a half each time.l before my car even gets into the service bay The lobby just has a few people waiting, also. McRee is not employing enough technicians, it would appear. There are four people in reception just sitting here, though.Ford and McRee need to do better if they are going to ask people to pay for their service plans.Update: three hours waiting. A guy next to me had an 8am appointment, and it was 2 hours before his truck got in. I didnt make an appointment because my precious quicklane didnt take them. Three hours is unacceptable, folks. Expand your capacity or stop selling maintenance plans.
