Traveling in our 2008 Ford E350 van. The temperature is nearly 100 degrees and our a/c is having a hard time keeping up. We called Midas in Dickinson and Eugene was able to get us in and recharged in less than an hour. He let us know that the a/c needs some work (which we know). We just appreciated how quickly he got us in and back on the road! Thanks a bunch.

While I was traveling out of town, I suddenly had a front wheel bearing go out (I did not know this at the time, but it was something really bad and could hardly accelerate without sounding like an airplane was in my wheels/under my car. I dropped my car off at around 5pm, the owner (or lead mechanic) did a test drive, and fixed me up with a new front wheel bearing by the next day and I was on the road by 830am. Super impressed with speed and ease of service, friendly and helpful service and less expensive than I had guessed. Thank you!

A little expensive and dont offer a tire warranty like other locations offer. Didnt call and tell me my car was done as I was waiting around and wish I had known and pick it up earlier.

The manager is very helpful, he is so nice to squeeze in some time to look at problems I have with my vehicle, Ive taken my car to him a few times now and Im very happy with the services I paid for. Services are very reasonably priced and I truly appreciate the fact that they tell you what needs to be fixed and I dont feel like Im being screwed. I will be bringing my vehicle here when I need things done. 👍

Took my work truck (Government) for an oil change and had to schedule an appointment for a couple hours later which is fine I expected that. Alex was helpful and even took it in a little early once I showed up. Change went quickly and no issue there, the problem came when it came time to pay, Alex forgot that the transaction would be tax exempt and wasnt caught until after the card was charged. No big deal there either, simple solution. Just to clarify had no problem until the second guy, Steve came out to show how to reverse the charge etc. Cussing about how I should have said it was tax exempt and then just generally mumbling about how this is my fault? All around feel bad for the guys having to deal with that attitude all day. First and last time dealing with that. 2 stars because I didnt have an issue with the original guy. Will also advise others in the office to steer clear

Took my truck in for oil change,they got me in straight away,i did call day befor to be sure they wouldnt be to busy,they changed oil quickly and got me on my way,but when i got home and checked oil level which was good,but noticed immediately they had got oil all over the engine compartment! Even on the battery! My trucks engine had recently been steam cleaned sense it was a new/used truck that I recently purchased and had been detailed inside and out including steam cleaning the engine compartment.

I was going to give this place a one star review, however, I decided to have mercy because in the beginning I had decent service until an unprofessional incident happened. I was going to call corporate, but again I had mercy , though I will not be doing business with this place again. I would not recommend this place, very unprofessional and not customer oriented . The mechanics at place have lost the Midas touch

Steve is one of the rudest people in customer service. I hope that it is just a bad day for him. I would have gone elsewhere if it were not a fleet vehicle. I called before coming in and was told if I hurry I may make it it time, almost 4 hours prior to closing come to find out. Once I had arrived I felt like he was trying to get me to go elsewhere. Saying that its going to take a very long time multiple times and just staring at me. I told him that I need it done tonight and the fleet company told me to go to this location. He seemed bothered by this. Then waiting for them to repair my tire I watched him rudly interact with 4 other potential customers. He turned all but one away and was obviously bothered that people were coming to a repair shop looking for help with their vehicles. The one that he did not turn away came in and said I called about getting an oil change earlier. Steve stared blankly at him for what felt like an eternity. The customer then said heres the keys and Steve told him to place them on the counter mentioning that it will be a while and walked away.Overall it took about an hour to get it in and repair my tire. That is not bad time I feel. They did not appear to be busy like Steve had made it sound. I felt that he just did not want to do any work. When it was all finished the tire looked flat still! The truck had a lean to it and I had mentioned it to him but he did not care so I ended up adding more air at the gas station down the street.I feel that this Midas does not care about their customers. How do you think that carries over into the work that they do on our cars!? I just hope that my tire is not flat again in the morning. Avoid this Midas at all costs.

Ive been to Midas a few times for an oil change. Friday after Thanksgiving I went in for an oil change, they added window washer fluid and it been frozen since. I called and was told they put stuff in so it doesnt freeze, when stating its froze and I didnt add any I was told there was nothing that they could do now. No offers to help out or nothing. Oh wait I was asked if my antifreeze was ok. What the hell. Ill never go back!

Good place to get exhausted nice people

Brought our van in to get the AC fixed. After telling them we already recharged it and it didnt work he said he thought he new where the leak was. We picked it up after hours and paid $100.00 for them to recharge it. Which didnt even fix it. It stopped working 2 days later. When I brought it back in he said very RUDELY that sometimes thats all they can do to find the leak. But the day before when we picked it up he said it was all fixed and ready to go. So they looked and found the leak and fixed it. But they were VERY RUDE and I will not be going back! FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!

If I could it would be no star rating. They do the bait and switch. Called for a price and when they actually did it they charged more and when I asked he got defensive and argued and said he never quoted that. I asked again about the price and said he would take my number and have someone call me well guess what no calls which I figured. So long story short I would not recommend them even to my enemies. Very poor customer service and will argue with you and rude. Will never go back and will tell everyone I know do not waste your time there.

Had some new catalytic converters put on my work truck. Price was good, work was good and it was done in a timely manner.

I tried to call them during business hours and no one answered the phone.

We broke down in Dickinson and called to get our truck in. It was all good over the phone until we walked in the door and all of a sudden they werent able to take us at all. Not a place to go to when you are stranded.

Replaced my alternator no problem, and good price

Got me in fast to repair exhaust. $360 for maybe 6 ft of pipe and put everything back on was a bit steep though.

Was quick to get me in, but severely overcharged me to replace an alternator. They charged me $313 for an alternator that lists for $158 at NAPA in Dickinson. When I confronted the owner about it, he refused to explain the charge or even look me in the eye and talk about it. I asked to see a parts receipt, and he told me he didnt have to show me anything and walked away to the back. Very dishonest owner. Im not the first person he has screwed over, and I wont be the last. Go somewhere else.

Do not take any vehicle here. I will NEVER use a Midas ANYWHERE, EVER again. The manager is the rudest person I have ever dealt with in customer service. Acts like you taking your vehicle there to get work done is the worst part of his day. His attitude towards us as customers was literally disgusting. Told us we were pissing away his time because we needed to come back the next day to do the transmission service after they finished the engine oil service because it took more than an hour for them to start with the truck sitting in the bay and we were out of hours for the day. As other people have said we all have bad days but after reading the rest of these reviews and personal experience it seems it is an everyday thing at this Midas. In my opinion, having an attitude like this will most likely reflect the level of professionalism that will go into the labor working on your personal investment while at this shop.Obviously having many bad customer service reviews makes no difference in the way he treats paying customers, hopefully some of these reviews like mine will throw up a red flag so you take your business elsewhere and will not end up having an nexperience like we did.

No clue what the previous reviewers are talking about. Called bc I apparently blew a plug, they got me in there within 30 mins. Robert the mechanic took a look and took care of it right away. Had to wait a bit for the part but, was done in 1.5 hours. Steve, the manager was amazingly nice! Will definitely be going there for any other issues with our truck! Thanks a ton you guys!

Went in for an oil change about 2 weeks ago and today on my way to work my oil filter fell off my car. Very disappointed. I will be looking for some kind of compensation because that could have been my engine!

Exhaust pick broke, they would not touch it if I didnt get a whole new exhaust system. His fix lasted 2 hrs driving. Now Im at another Midas getting it all redone in Washington. Not how i wanted my vacation to go. If it wasnt for the nice service here in Washington, I would have washed my hands of Midas altogether.

Wow just got off the phone with the owner of the store. Asked if he did warrenty work because i need a water pump put in my 05 subaru and he asked me what a warrenty is. i then told him im from MT and im having the hardest time finding a repair shop that works with warrentys and HE HUNG UP ON ME. I immediately called back and said im sorry i think we got disconnected, he said nope i hung up on you! Said i was putting down the state of ND? This guy is very lucky i dont live in Dickinson ND. What an ass!!!

Terrible appointment system. Made an appointment in early March. Called and Confirmed it in late April for May 28th and said they would be open. And there closed and cant look at a calendar to say that they won’t be open.

They said they looked at my air conditioning and checked for leaks. But lied, it leaked out the next day. Spent over a 100 dollars on them to look and fix it, for what I could do for only 25 dollars. They are thieves.
