No line but slow as hell. Could not understand woman at the desk. Nothing Im used to. Usually you drive up and drive in. They wont let you drive in to building. This is just weird.

Very Unethical people who were dishonest about prices and provided a horrible customer experience at a very high cost. The woman at the counter was very rude and looked like she was on drugs. Do not recommend at all!

This was one of the most awkward experiences Ive ever had getting my oil changed. The oil change itself cost me $130 with air filter. I went there because it was quick and there was no line. I found out about 30sec into walking in the place why. The lady behind the counter was very OFF. It seemed to me that she was either on some kind of drug or had been drinking. I could barley understand what she was trying to tell me and her movements were very abnormal. The place was a complete mess and had stuff all over the place. Yes they were quick and got me in and out but then again I was the only one there and for good reason.The lady told me, or should i say mumbled, that it was a full service. Clean my windows, fill fluids, vacuum my car out, blah blah blah. They may have charged for a full service but I had my doubts. Once I left that place I pulled into the lot down the road and just made sure they even did an oil change. They did do that and it did look new but they never filled my fluids or any of they other stuff like they said they would and had checked off my receipt.Would I recommend this place? Yeah.... If your looking to buy drugs but other then that? Not a chance.

This is a weird place. Its kind of worth checking out just to experience how weird it is. You might be waiting an hour or more before they finish changing the oil in your car, though.The trophies on the wall celebrating victory in a written troubleshooting contest from 1987 are a nice touch.

I was making a cross-country trip and my engine started misfiring. Every other place in town was booked up all week but I stopped here and Doug took care of everything quickly so I could be on my way. He showed me what was wrong with the spark plug, replaced it quickly, and didn’t overcharge. Thanks Doug!

I wouldn’t even give it one star if that was an option. Most disgusting business I have ever been in!!!! $40 more than Walmart but drained my oil before letting me know. Workers were rude! Owner wouldn’t answer phone calls or text.

I am from Alabama so i just Googled a oil change place and this came up. When i pulled up there were no lines, but the place looked disheveled. I chose to stay. The person got my Jeep into the bay, and i went in the office to check in. The office was a rats nest, like clearly disorganized. The lady took my info and asked if i wanted synthetic oil, i looked at the board and it was 8 more dollars and totaled 62 dollars. When i checked out and she said it was 109 dollars. I asked why and she said because i got synthetic. I said the price board says 62, and she said that was just partial synthetic??? Huh?? She said full synthetic was 84, but how did i get to 109?? Oh, there is labor cost on top of that! Is this a North Dakota thing? Based on the other reviews i think that this place is just a rip off. You know when you get that feeling that you are not dealing with professionals, it was easy to see that this place had little training and did not care about the work environment. Seriously, you must avoid this place. Read the other reviews that are saying similar things.

While visiting in Dickinson had my oil changed. Not only was it $30.00 more than my normal oil change at home they forgot to bolt the excess oil pan back under the car. So driving home it was dragging and I had to order a new one. Called the business and was assured the owner would call me. Ive heard nothing after two weeks.

Re posting from year ago with no response from anyone. Decided to give the wash a try again. Card reader wouldnt read, so I put cash in. Imagine that, just ate my $20 with no way of returning it after. Pathetic, once again Care Inc. FIGURE IT OUT.Pulled up to use the car wash, no one in it. Yet when u purchase a wash it says the wash is currently in use? So I just paid for a wash and not able to use it. Figure it out.

The last time I got an oil change here they forgot to put in new oil so I decided to go somewhere else. This time I went here (because Charbonneaus was too busy) & they got the job done right in 15-20 minutes. It might be $55 for an oil change, but if you dont want to make an appt. somewhere else and wait for a long time then I would recommend this place!

Horrible service. Known pattern of inept service and even worse customer treatment. I wouldnt take my dead cat to these guys. Or even drive on the street they are located at (flat tires are easy money). Several personal issues when fleet vehicles were required to go there and many reports of bad service. No way this company should be allowed to bilk people and operate so horrible.

We are from out of state in my partner went in there to get an oil change well 2 days later we are on the side of the road because his track has no coolant in it I called the company ask them if they check fluids when they didnt oil change they assured me they were a full service place I talk to the manager and he wanted to sit there in argue with me about if there was coolant in it I told him I was on the side of the world overheated they should have checked it the prior day and there is not a drop of coolant in my track do not ever use this place unless you wanna have to put a whole new motor

Always give me fast friendly service, always made me aware when they have found a problem with my vehicle and if possible for them to fix it they have. I will continue to go here even if its a LITTLE more expensive than some of the other places due to the service I receive.

I do not recommend going here. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. *A few minor background details - I drive a car with a push button start. The car will drive without the key but cant be started again without the key. *My boyfriend had taken my car to Care Inc for an oil change, he pulled in front of the first bay and turned the car off when he realized the key wasnt there he called to have someone bring the key to him. In the mean time before the key arrived, the manager, Doug Nelson, decided to jack up the front of my car to roll it back out of the way (Without permisson). My boyfriend asked the manager to stop, because the key was almost there, but he continued anyways. This lead to my car getting damaged. I went down there and of course the second I got there the manager had just left, I left for about five minutes and returned and he was there. I spoke with the manager and he couldnt even look at me or appologize. He told me that it was my fault that happened to my car and that he wasnt impressed with me and that he had no plans to do anything about my car. He then told me I should just take my car down to Walmart because that is where I belong. WHAT A JOKE.

Over priced for what they do. Highest priced oil change in Dickinson. Went there once and learned my lesson the hard way.

Ask for a simple oil change and they did a full service that cost me around $550 dollars.

Went in for tire leak. Got me right in and back on the road!

Avoid this place.
