Absolutely great service. My car was so dirty from a road trip and they literally spent 30 mins scrubbing it. Gave the guy a 15 dollar tip. THATS how much he took care of the car!

First and last time for doing any business with Walmart Auto. Bought tires there and came with free balancing and rotation. Tried several times to get in. They will not make appointments for it. You must come in and leave them the keys and then wait 2 hours for it to get in. If you leave, your name goes to the bottom of the list. I live 40 miles from town and dont need over 2 hours in Walmart. I think their plan is to make it so miserable that you just say the heck with it ... dont need to do any free balancing and rotations that way.

Service completed in a timely manner. Good communication.

Let me start out by saying that I have 4 fleet cars And we get our oil changed about 12 times a year and and in the 10 years that Ive been in this business weve only had a few minor problems and all were made right by Walmart. I continue to use their Tire and Lube Center whenever I can.

Prices very high and they did not perform a tire rotation

Was fast only Complaint was I told them exactly how I needed/wanted my old tires placed back on the vehicle instead they choose to cram all of them in the back of the cargo area ... when I opened it to check placement before leaving the store to make sure nothing was rubbing and all the blankets were placed so my Tan interior would not get nasty. And they had literally had to physically close the hatch as the hatch would not close on its own. I had to then move one of the tires to my back seat so that it would stop damaging my back door. Also the blankets were not on the sides and I had big gouges all along the back of the hatch.. next time I will Not be using Walmart.

Prices on tires look good.

Went in for oil change today..was told they couldnt get oil filter off so they cant change oil..went home asked my 12 year old daughter to try and take it off..she did it with ease!!! Thanks for nothing Wal-Mart .

People have to realize these guys get extremely busy. When they have a long line of people its hard to get everything out in a timely manner. If you want something rushed, theres a likely chance it wont be done right. Its better that time is taken to make sure someones vehicle leaves correctly rather than leaving half done because you want it out in 30 minutes. Its a first come first serve place, so if you see a bunch of people there youre likely waiting a bit. Its worth the wait. Remember, they are people too. Dont be selfish. Think about it, would you rather come back to have something redone? Or would you rather have it done the first time? I think an hour to an hour and a half is good for the amount of business they get. Wonderful service and a great team of workers there. While under a new manager that keeps the team going and on top of things. Good job guys! I will be back for more service!

I brought my vehicle in to fix a hole in my tire and they fixed for me in less than an hour. Super fast and good at what they do. Also love how nice they all are. 10/10 would recommend,

The place is understaffed with barely qualified personnel. I had to explain myself to a kindergartner behind the counter.

Took an hour and a half to change my oil. They kept saying “10 more minutes.”

It would be great if Walmart in Dickinson ND had the equipment to mount and balance 37” tall pickup truck tires.

Always get things wrong. Lost my tires and or sold them to someone had to reorder, couldnt remove old tires, tried to make me go somewhere else to get tires taken off so they could mount the new ones. Just overall not very good experiences.

I was surprised it only took 1.5 hrs to change four tires. Thanks for the quick service. They also had all season tires and nw tire did not and was going to give me tires I didnt need and that would have been slick in winter. I paid 230 total for 4 new tires and to have them put on. WAY cheaper than other tires places (others were 295). They also offer free rotations. Thanks to the service manager for doing a quick job. Disposal fee is also way cheaper.

Took 2 hours to change oil, don’t take your truck here if your looking for a quick oil change. Smh

Ive taken my car here 3 times. First time was for an oil change. I dropped my car off at 10 am, the guy said it will be about an hour to 2 hours. Came back around 1:30, they said my car wasnt ready. Waited another hour and 45 minutes for them to tell me they didnt have my oil filter, and they asked me to go grab one for an auto part store and they would get me in. I refused because my car should have been done hours before and they should have called me and told me they didnt have an oil filter. Second time I took my car in for an oil change they said about an hour to 2 hours again. Get 30 miles home to find out they put the wrong oil in my car. I went and spoke to the store manager that time because that was ridiculous. Third time I took my car in was for winter tires. They took 5 1/2 hours just to put my tires on, I never knew it took that dang long and I would have taken my business elsewhere if I knew how long it would really take.

Great Prices especially for this area and very polite had 4 tries put on that I purchased online cost me half as much as the tire stores in area wanted.

Well I was going to go in: ) for four new tires and a oil change but after looking at the reviews Im definitely not going.

If you like your car I wouldnt go to here, I literally had things falling off over a oil change.

Work is actually you would expect from Walmart, I had new batteries put in my pickup, and the didnt tighten the battery clamps.

Always busy, questions are answered.. sometimes and usually has a redicoulsly long wait time.

Took 3 hour to throw on tires. Scratched the sh!t out of my rims. Tried charging me more then agreed apon price.

Couldnt change my oil, they never even removed the skidplate but claimed otherwise.

The broke the canister that holds my oil filter and tried to tell me it was already broke. I have a rare car and had to special order the part

Went to get a valve replaced. Guy at the counter didnt even give me the time of dAy till someone else came out from the shop area. Then was turned away for a valve replacement at 730 even though close at 8. Not impressed.

Literally sat there for 2 1/2 hours waiting on an oil change when they told me it would take 45 minutes worst service Ive ever had. I will never go back

Sucks they took 6 hours to charge my oil and there was only one car ahead of me they need to fire everyone of them and hire good help

SLOW! I was told 1.5-2 hours for flat repair and oil change. Sitting here after 3.5 and told that it will be another 30 minutes.

Took 2 hrs to repair 2 tires. Didnt put the spare back under my truck, just left it in the bed. Didnt call to let me know my truck was ready. They were far from busy. Never again.

They take forever!! 2 oil changes and a total wait time of 9 hours and counting.
