If you have a ton of time to waste, go here. I dropped off my truck at 0730, they could not find my appointment I made online. I stated I needed a tire rotation and check the brakes, they stated if I left it they would get to it today. 11 hours later, truck was in the same parking spot I left it. They stated they were going to look at it tomorrow. No they won’t……. This is a zero star review.

The female Latoya is very very very rude, she should NOT be working in customer service, my husband called there a couple times to check on his order and she was very rude, didn’t call him back once his order came in line she said she would. We came in to pick it up and she had no smile, no polite greeting , when I asked her a question she nodded her head instead of answering. We been coming to this Firestone for years and never had someone tell us they couldn’t look up our Card info for the purchase, she finally did it but you can clearly tell she didn’t want to by her rudeness. Then we ask could we use our military discount she proceeded to tell us it’s too late , Never have we been treated so badly at this Firestone, I will never come back to this, not while she’s there. A very negative vibe. BAD customer service. I wish I could give a negative star.

Dishonest pos people. Went in to have my coolant flushed after my oil cooler blew and I had to change it out, they call me back 20 minutes after dropping my car off to tell me my plastic coolant tank was cracked and they couldnt do the flush (already knew it wasnt) so I get my car back today tear the tank out just for the hell of it, plug the holes for the hoses filled it up and guess what, no issues with that or any other part of my cooling system besides the minimal oil residue left in my system.

Terrible experience @ this location. I dropped my car off @ the shop after hours, placed keys in the drop box. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment online for 10am the following morning, just to be safe. Called the shop right when they opened the following morning @ 7am. Spoke with Jon about getting 3 or 4 (depending on if they could patch my flat) tires, oil change, and alignment done. Jon said itd be no problem but that there were some vehicles ahead of me. Called back @ noon just to see how things were progressing, at this point we hadnt even gotten to a price quote. Jon advised my car was next in line and hed be calling me shortly to go over a quote with me. 2:00pm rolls around and still no update. I called and let the shop know Id be picking my car up and to please have it ready, I was just going to bring it to Walmart across the street to have them patch the flat. When I get to the shop they couldnt have even bothered to put air in my tire so I could safely drive it to Walmart, instead I had to gimp over to Walmart @ 5mph, risking further damage to the tire.I understand that making an appointment in this industry doesnt mean the shop will keep a bay open BUT I would have assumed since my car was already there AND that by 2pm its 4 hours past my scheduled appointment that there would be some progress made. In the end Jon was blowing smoke up my you know what and ultimately lost a fair amount of business. I drive my car as a full-time job and as such spend a lot of money keeping my car in good running condition.Walmart was able to provide me with an oil change & put air in the tire which I used to get to Discount Tires where not only did I get BETTER tires BUT after I explained to Discount Tires my experience @ Firestone & they gave me a discount on top of the already better tires.Will under no circumstances go back to Firestone. Advice to management, quote your customers accurately. Had Jon simply told me you guys couldnt get to my car that day I would have still taken it somewhere else but I wouldnt be blasting you with this review right now. It pays to be honest.

I went to this Firestone the last two times and was treated badly, I didnt have my Firestone card and when I said ( you should have my info in your system the female said ) [ I had to call the police one someone earlier one him]If the system is down say so dont threaten your customers.

Customer service needs a major improvement. After being referred from another Firestone to complete a new engine installation, the first employee I spoke with rudely stated that he would not entertain the notion of servicing my vehicle without a reservation (the shop that sent me had already cleared this). Without checking, he said he had never received any calls about this. So I set up a reservation for the following day, stating the situation and what I needed to have done. The next day at the appointment time, a second person informed me that nothing had been approved on their end, and that I could either pay cash for the service or wait until Monday in hopes of speaking to the manager. Im not sure why the manager was not contacted at this time, other than due to poor customer service. So now, after 6 weeks of waiting for my vehicle to be repaired, I find myself with a black truck with no A/C, in Texas, in summer, because the employees did not want to contact the manager to sort out something THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN SORTED OUT!!!

Went in for 4 new tires and an alignment and it took a short time, but it allowed me to witness the salesman go above and beyond his normal position by making everyone feel important. I observed several people come in for this and that and he responded positively with them all. To have a positive attitude is important to be successful in any job now days, but to truly show it is another.

In august I had my car aligned and it just didn’t seem like it ever got done. So I took it back and was told that “it was aligned perfectly” and the way I was talked to was not in a kind way. Was told that if it still wasn’t right then it was my tires....took my car elsewhere and it was not my tires. Disappointed and I will never go back to this location.

Went in for a transmission flush and figured I might as well have the differential fluid changed out anyways. After 9 hours of not hearing from them I showed up to find out they were unable to service the transmission and only able to change the diff fluid🤦‍♂️

Watch out for this shop. Other Firestone locations may be better but this one doesn’t do the job right the first time or the second time either. Honesty is important in a mechanic and you cannot trust this location. They do less than the minimum.

Came in for an appointment for an alignment at 10:00 & was told theres another vehicle on the rack. Why even set appointments? Now instead of getting in & out of here, Im being told the wait is going to be 1-1/2 hours after the other vehicle is finished. The salesman remarked What are we supposed to do? Keep the rack open all day? I WAS ON TIME! Was also told Thats not how appointments work in this industry. After my 1-year alignment runs out in December, I wont be doing business with Firestone anymore.

Purchased lifetime alignment for my Toyota Tundra (2016 with 35k miles) in February just because I’m proactive and take care of my cars. After 1000 miles I’m seeing excessive wear on the outside edge of my brand new front tires (Nitto terra grapplers), I took it to get it checked, they called me 2 hrs later and said it was fine. Looking at it when I received it, it is visibly misaligned (as if you put your feet together and pushed your knees out). The service guy wouldn’t listen, wouldn’t go out and see it and rudely just highlighted the phone number on the paperwork and said “call the manager if you want”... that’s not how you treat people.

I bought four brand new tires from a local firestone about 6-8 months ago and found a nail in one of them today. I took my car into a different shop and was told it could not be repaired because there had already been a patch on that tire that was too close to the spot where the nail was. That means I was given at least one used tire when I paid for four new ones.😡 Pic of me wearing the beautiful Arabian Nights while I waited for my car.

Ive returned to this location for any of my automotive needs. The staff always greets you and they take the time to listen to what your problem is and then let you know before what it would cost. I only have had one issue in the years Ive used this store, and they refunded my costs in full without quibbling over what went wrong. Ill come back again and again.

Went in for slow leak in my tire. They told me they cannot fix and I needed a new tire because a nail was on the edge and tried to give me quotes on purchasing a new tire for over $200. Funny how I leave and go to another tire shop and they pulled the nail from the dead center of my tire and it was fixed in 10 minutes for $15. Don’t go alone if you’re a woman, they will clearly try to take advantage of you!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. We dropped our truck off for an oil change and tire rotation at 8:00am and it is 6:30pm and they JUST started working on it. When we called their response was ummm you had an oil change too?! I’ve NEVER in my life had this experience with any Firestone location in the past. When my husband walked in and said he wasn’t going to bring his business here anymore, the guy just got mad and ran out of the room. This is the second and last time at this location. You guys really need to get more customer service oriented people in your building because this is completely unacceptable! I have never written a bad review in my life..that is just how upset I am about this!

I take my work van here for service. Its a little further away than some of the other locations, but the service has always been good and on time. Never had a terribly long wait. Everything to be done explained up front with no surprises on the back end.

Was not a good experience, made an appointment for 2:00 pm, arrived about 15 minutes before just in case I can get pulled in on time or early. My van was not taken in till a hour later and spent about 40 minutes to do the patch. Now I know when setting an appointment for car work you can expect delay in time cause something may occur with other vehicles that were before me BUT the lack of communication really became a headache. I was left in the lobby just waiting and hoping that at least an employee would come and let me know that it would be X amount of time till my van got in or that there would be a delay in time. I had to ask a few times and at one point they said I was next, cool I grabbed me a bite next door took about 15 minutes and my van had not moved at all. And the gentleman that was handling thw van and checking me out seemed to have a off day, even heard one of the other employee telling another customer that todays not good for him. So almost two hours on an appointment to patch a tire. What was the point of the appointment?

I had a cracked rim and the hyundai dealership was going to charge 400$ just to order it, not including labor. The manager at this location told me that if I got a replacement rim that they would put it on for free since my tires were under warranty. They didnt have to do that; most places refuse to put customer-acquired parts on vehicles. So just because they did it for me doesnt mean theyd do it for someone else. But I told them straight up that they made a customer out of me for life. I had another tire problem a few months ago and they promptly serviced my car and got me a new tire within three hours of my dropping my car off. Theyve always been very nice and helpful. You do need to make an appointment, as they are always very busy. However Ive never had a problem getting my car in. Great service, so Im sorry for the other negative reviews. I hope this one helps!

I called firestone because they had worked on a previous car of mine replacing struts. When I called I asked about replacing suspension springs. Was told they cant do that. When I questioned why a suspension shop cant replace simple springs he got very short with me. He then asked me what my phone number was to look up my past car. He verified they did indeed replace my struts but again they dont touch springs. Interesting, how do u replace struts with out removing the spring. He then hung up on me. I will never bring business to them again nor suggest and people will hear about this

Called NTB for some tires they don’t make no more apparently, so they recommend a firehawk Indy 500tire but would take 1 week to get in. Called firestone complete auto care and they can get the same tires same day happy and thrilled especially for the bad weather to come I needed tires ASAP that’s Firestone!!!

Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with, walked in and wasnt greeted, continued to stand there for 10 minutes and still no one had even tried to ask if I had been helped or was waiting for my car while they looked right at me a couple times. If you work in the customer service industry take a note and always ask if the customer if theres anything you can do for them even if the customer has already been asked before. Dont go here if you want to be ignored.

The only reason that this isnt a 1 star review is because one of the employees was polite.The manager here is a terrible representative for the store. Wifes vehicle broke down on the way home from her cruise.the place misdiagnosed the issue after claiming they knew what it was. Charging us almost $500 for coil packs on two cylinders. My wife and mother in law were told the problem was fixed and put back on the road, for 5 minutes and were broke down again. Towed back to the same shop and 3 hours later they close, which forces then into a hotel. Three fricking hours!!!Today we wait and wait, no phone calls, nothing. Finally I call in and manager doesnt even know the situation and wont even let me finish my question of concern before cutting me off to tell me he would call me back. 2 hours later I have to call back and he basically cops out excuse after excuse and tells us he will send the vehicle to any other shop.Are you kidding me?!?! This place charged us $500 bucks then we had to come get it and send it somewhere else because we dont have a guy who can do diagnosisComplete car care my ass. Should be complete car care (except Sundays and Mondays, and any time it might be something other than fricking tires, and lube).Matter of fact the emplyeemp get 3 stars. But the manager gets -2. So it is a one star review.

We unfortunately purchased tires from here and less then 2 years we were back purchasing tires again. Ok they gave us a discount but the tires should have never been bad. My husband went 2 weeks ago and the service was simply horrible. There was an employee who would rather walk around doing nothing, get food from someone who delivered it, then wait on customers. We had a tire going down which they said they fixed and 2 days later we were at discount tires. Discount tires took us right in, nobody walking around doing nothing, and fixed our tire that firestone could not fix. We are 100% DONE with firestone. You need to become customer friendly.

Not a damn thing. I called them so I could schedule an appointment for an oil change, filter and several other things. They put me on hold for 14 minutes and then hung up and called again and kept me on hold for another 20 minutes. Very disappointed in their customer service! This is the location we normally use but will be taking our vehicles to the Firestone in League City.

I’m a military member that works in the area. I stopped by today at 1:30 p.m. to get an oil change, and a tire patched. I was not in a hurry, just needed it complete before 6:00 p.m. I returned at 5:50 and my truck was still in the same place I left it when I dropped it off with only two vehicles in the bay. Over 4 hours my vehicle sat there. No explanation was given to me whatsoever, I understand if vehicles get backlogged, but this was a little overboard and bad customer service.
