We booked a morning trip with Captain Joey and had a blast. Not only was Joey exceptionally friendly and very clear with directions, he was hellbent on making sure that we left the water with some fish. He took the initiative to try different spots and different techniques to make sure we had a good time. He also showed a rare and meaningful sense of sportsmanship and ethics when he stopped to save a Pelican that had been tangled in fishing line on the Gulf. After this encounter, my family and I were sold. I would certainly recommend this charter to anyone who wanders near Destin.

Adam was a fantastic captain. He knew all of us by name within the first couple of minutes and was extremely patient with some of us who were less experienced. Caught a ton of good eating fish and had an amazing time. 10/10

Captain Joey was an absolute rock star of a charter captain... as a serious fisherman with thousands on my own boat in South Florida, I wanted to take my buddy and his kids out on the water, and I wanted them to enjoy it to the max. Here are the things I noticed... helpful booking process with Justine, who also gave great info to prepare for the trip. On arrival, safety info was given (super important with a couple of 10 year old twin boys on board). Once underway, Capt Drew started working the radio, checking in with his network of fellow captains to gather every bit of info to maximize our odds of success. We got on one of his spots, and fish started coming over the side... king Mackerel. Once the boys had a taste of offshore trolling, we headed inshore for some snapper. Capt Joey was chatting with the boys on the way inshore, and they told him they want to see some sharks... no problem! He scooted us over near a channel where we could see black tip sharks cruising over the bright white, sandy bottom. My kids always loved the sandbar at the inlet, and it was the highlight of their day no matter how many fish we caught, and I figured my buddy’s kids would feel the same way. I asked Capt Joey if we could leave a little time at the end of the trip to get the kids out on to the sandbar, and he cheerfully agreed. And yes, the kids loved it. Thanks Capt Joey!

Had a great time today with Captain Adam. Smaller boat, but great for a small group. Put us on the fish came home with more than we expected. It was a great time.

My daughter and I went out with a family friend and his son. Both kids are 7.Adam was our Captain, and he was a great host. He was extremely helpful without being condescending, he was good with the kids, and with us adults. He would leave us all alone if we werent being talkative, or would jump in naturally if we were.Adam was an expert on the area and the fish. He cleaned our whole haul and bagged it on ice for us.A++, would definitely recommend and do again :)

Captain Adam was awesome! He took my son and I to multiple fishing spots and we caught a lot of fish. Some of the fish were monsters!! Adam was extremely professional and he knew what he was doing out on the water. If we come back next year, we will ask for Adam!! He’s the best in the business!!!

We scheduled a bow fishing and night fishing trip a day before with no problems. While the fishing didn’t go as well as we hoped it was a fun time with Joey and Matt. Would definitely book with them next year...

We had a great time fishing on Christmas Eve with Capt. Adam. We were able to go into the Gulf and were catching fish with every drop. Many catch and release but still come home with 20 keepers. Thank you Capt. Adam and thank you Panhandle Fishing Charters.

Capt Joey is a great guy and knows how to put you on some fish. He took my wife and I out the day we got engaged for giant trout and redfish, and the day after for some giant jacks and a great time. Highly recommended if you want to catch fish and make some great memories.

Capt. Joey is the man to call if youre looking for a great time on the water. He really knows how to find the fish and is great with young anglers too!

Myself, my husband and our two girls (ages 10 and 12) went fishing with Capt. Adam. We tried to go out into the Gulf but it was to rough especially for the girls, which we appreciate that Adam acknowlegded that for the girls safety.... So we fished in the Bay area and caught Bluefish and Blacksnapper. The girls had a blast fighting the fish and it was a great experience for them. After the trip Captain Joey made sure we were well taken care of at the restaurant near the docks and got our fish that we caught freshly cooked to our liking!! We definitely recommend this fishing charter to others!!! And can not wait to come back again!!
