Hey, these guys are great!! The boat and gear are well kept and the team is very attentive to your needs! It is a pretty good ways out to the fishing grounds and like anything in its natural environment, you have to find them to catch them, so please anticipate this on the front side. The ride out was incredible and filled with excitement. We had dolphins riding along side for quite a ways. Once out, we caught 17 fish, had a great time and they took great care of us! The ride back in seemed to take forever, but gave ample time to kick back, relax and reflect back on the great time we had.

Took the 8 hour ride today. We had the BEST time with the crew on Destiny today! Sad to throw my big one back, but Jason and Paris were great! Tangles, fish and questions taken care of all day!! Definitely our new boat to come on every visit.

Very clean and well organized fishing trip. Deck hands were fantastic and the Captain worked hard to put us on fish throughout the day. 1/3 of the boat was sea sick, throwing up over the rails the entire trip. Those of you that think you will not get sick will and you make it annoying for the rest of us to enjoy and catch our fish, so be mindful of others please. Deck hands will clean your catch back at dock which is also very helpful. Overall a very positive experience.

This was our first time deep sea fishing & we had an awesome time. The captain made sure we were catching fish & crew worked hard making sure everyone was having a great experience. We caught our limit on snapper & even caught the biggest snapper some of the crew had ever seen. The few tangled lines we had were taken care of right away. Please be sure to tip these guys well (15-20%+) as they are working very hard running up and down the boat taking care of you. We will definitely fish with these guys again someday.

Our day started out with great customer service booking with Jenn. Were from Southern California and fished the pacific quite often. This hands down was the best time Ive had on a party boat. Tyler, Aaron and Captain Jason are a great crew. They were vary attentive to all the needs on the boat and quick to assist. Thank you all.

Absolutely had a blast fishing with these guys. Took the family for a six hour trip and caught several fish. The captain kept us all informed and the deck hands went above and beyond to make sure everything operated smoothly. It was a plus to have deck hands that love what they do and take time to share some knowledge with the kids. On the ride back my sons said we will definitely come back here on our next trip. This is a new review for August 7th 6hr trip. Had a great time I dont normally do 6hr trips but a friend came to town for the weekend with his kids. Had a great time fishing except for the demon dolphins that were stealing our fish. The kids really enjoyed seeing the dolphins but by the end of the trip they didnt like them as much. The kids themselves caught a bunch of fish. Captain worked hard to find the fish and it was appreciated. The crew was exceptional with Jason, David, Paris, Chase and newbie Dillion worked hard all day and made the trip pleasant for everyone, even the ones that didnt bring drinks. For those that consider going fishing with anyone bring some drinks, there is a lot of water but its salty. Some crews might have charged for giving out their own drinks, but these guys did it with a smile. It was a great time! I caught a shark that ended up taking up the rest of my fishing time but we were able to get some pictures for the tourists and then cut it loose.2 August Love fishing with the Destiny. Crew very friendly. Captain very persistent in making sure that the fishing is special. My only complaint is that the money factor has taken over in the bookings. My opinion is the concern to fill the boat instead of fishing satisfaction. Im voicing this because there were quite a few who left with negative feelings because of the number of tangles they experienced most of the day because of the tight fishing spacing. Set a maximum limit on the number on a trip, instead of the maximum capacity! I enjoyed my trip, unfortunately quite a few didnt.

We went 7-23 on Destiny and 7-25 on the Destin princess. We enjoyed both trips and the crew were outstanding.If you know what to expect on head boats, then this company goes above and beyond. All bait, is supplied, most charge for other than squid. Tangles between lines are to be expected on head boats, the crew worked tirelessly to keep everyone fishing. Captains worked locations constantly, moving whenever the catch rate slowed.Bonus is the restaurant behind the dock will cook your fish and serve sides after the trip. 20 bucks. the chef on Sundays trip prepared the fish, the best I ever tasted. He would not surrender the ingredients/recipe.My mother captained a small charter boat on lake Erie for years. If you know what expect, a head boat is cost effective way to enjoy the same experience, just know there are many others with you. These boats made it feel better than any other head boat trips I have been on, best bang for the buck.

Had a great time! Staff was awesome, caught apt of fish even if I was only able to take home a couple, not their fault! Would 100% recommend!!

These folks did exactly what they advertise. It was clean and fun, the crew was wonderful and helpful. For that, 5/5.IF YOU ARE TAKING A CHILD, be advised: make sure they are big enough to handle the tackle. I knew it was going to be a stretch, but my 6.5 year old is a big athletic kid that loves to fish. It turned out he was far too small and uncoordinated for the large open face reel and extra long rod handle. As a result, we spent most of our time dealing with associated complications.Having said that, Ayssah (sp*, sorry) who was the deckhand on our side, did a great job at making sure he was having a good time even though he was struggling at the rail.We will be back when hes size has caught up with his love of fishing!

This was a great fishing experience. These guys really know where the fish are. This was my first time deep sea fishing and it was just great. Caught 30 snapper and 3 trigger. Altogether they weighed 44lbs. Not bad for the first time. Thanks Cap!

Dylan and Matt were awesome dudes. My brother in law and I probably caught around 50 fish, in season and out of season (only kept 15) but that was more than enough. We were there the beginning of the month and our father in law booked this fishing charter and we had no idea what we were getting into because were both just fresh water fishermen......well this was perfect because if you know how to catfish, you definitely be reeling them in non stop.

Great day on the Gulf! I booked an 8 hour trip. Logan was very friendly and helped me get signed in. Once on the boat, Asa put everyone at ease and ran us through all the protocols. It took us about 2 hours to get to our first spot. Captain Dennis put us on the fish! Asa, Jason and Greg did a fantastic job helping us get our fish off and keeping us with bait. Once a spot was fished out or the Dolphins started taking our fish, Captain Dennis would move us to a new spot. Around 2:15, we headed in. The Crew really works hard all day! On the way in they had to store all the gear and scrubbed the boat with bleach and water. Once we were back, Jason and Asa dressed our fish. I had a great time and would highly recommend The Destiny and Captain Dennis.

We had an outstanding time. We caught a ton of fish, and saw a very large shark. Our deckhand Dillon did an amazing job! Wed definitely fish with them again. Thanks guys!

My Son and I decided last minute to take a fishing trip. I looked on line found some great reviews for these guys and they didn’t let us down. They are all amazing hard working and very polite skilled fisherman. They made our trip spectacular we caught a ton of fish and really enjoyed the day. If you are looking for a great fishing experience you have to check these guys out. Aaron and Moose were their names. I can’t say enough good things about them. This will be a trip my son and myself will always remember.

Overall my party was happy. A few things we found off or odd if you will. Never seen or met the cpt. Figured out later there was people up in the cpt area that we didnt know who or what they were for. Moose was spot on. He was great at answering questions and taking fish if for id and helping with tangles. Hooter was good I think he was just on the other side of the boat. Few others seem to help and didnt know if they were working or just along for the ride. Kinda wish there was snacks and drinks to buy on board but its all good next time I will be more prepared. I will definitely recommend and be coming back.

It was a beautiful day to go out on the water for some charter fishing. The crew is pretty respectful and very helpful with any issues that may arise. It is evident that the captain has been at it for a while and he knows where to find the fish. We took the 6 hr trip which about half of it is travel. We were able to fish 3 different locations. Along the way there are sharks and dolphins cruising the gulf which is nice to see. The crew recommends what bait to use for the area being fished. My only complaint would be that its a bit close quarters when fishing and it facilitates lines getting tangled, but like I said the crew is ready to help. The cabin is air conditioned and the top deck has seating as well.

Booked a 6 am 6 hour fishing trip. Be sure to get there 15 minutes early. Put us on several big holes of fish. Staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. Me and my friend were experienced and didnt need much help, but the staff was very kind and helpful to people with less knowledge. When the horn blows, be ready to catch some fish!! 2 of us brought home a little less than 10 pounds of fish. We cooked them that night and they were delicious.

We had 5 adults and 5 children with us! We all had a blast! The crew was extremely helpful with anything we needed! We had one fella who was assigned to our side of the boat and he was super fantastic. Always willing to help. Answered all of our questions. Got us anything we needed. We will definitely be booking with them again!!

We have been going with these guys every year for about 10 years now and havent had a bad fishing trip yet The captain knows where the fish are and the deck hands have always been great. Just remember to bring some snacks and drinks all the work you do reeling up all the fish really makes you hungry

Nick was our side of the boat and took great care of us as the rest of the crew did with others! We caught fish and had a great time! Everyone caught fish! Highly recommend for a family outing!

The whole crew was amazing and so helpful. The captain stayed on top of the fish and you catch plenty to have for dinner and for left overs. If you are looking for a fun time and want to catch lots of fish I suggest you go with Destin princess charter. Will definately book with them again the next time we are down here. Our family had so much fun on todays 6hr fishing trip! We brought our son for his 10th birthday and the crew made him feel special. ride. We have younger kids but left them home- definitely wouldnt bring kids younger than 8 on this trip. Bring your masks for a quick proof we have them snapshot, but otherwise no one wears them. Our family stayed outside to stay safe. The first 2 hours of our excursion was a nice boat ride. The actual fishing instruction was quick, so for fishing newbies like us there was a definite learning curve. We did eventually catch on though! The captain did a great job moving the boat from place to place when the fish stopped biting. Overall we fished for about 2 hours and our group of 3 caught about 10 fish (had to throw a few out-of-season ones back). A 2hr ride (more like nap!) back was peaceful and we saw many groups of dolphins and birds. Once we docked, it took well over an hour for all groups to receive their fileted fish- we had to wait that long just for a picture with our catch- so be sure to budget that into your timeline, especially if you have tired/grumpy kids. Overall we we highly recommend the Destin Princess and will definitely be back!

We took the Destin Princess 8 hour fishing trip. It was fantastic. We had several hours of fishing time and caught so many fish my arms were tired of reeling them in. The crew was great, the captain gave great advise about where the fish were at every stop and how to catch them. He also had a great sense of humor. It was trip we will remember for the rest of our lives!

Best fishing in Destin, been going out with these folks for over 15 years, never disappointed, always on the fish. Crew is always great and really take care of you and your party. Clean boat, destiny or the princess. Great captain. The only boat I will go out on when I want to go deep sea fishing. My kids have grown up but my daughter still loves to go fishing with me. You wont be disappointed !

I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone. I was in Destin for the weekend with my 7 groomsmen for a bachelor trip, and we took an 8 hour fishing trip on Saturday.The trip was great, and the captain did an excellent job of finding fishing spots where everyone was able to catch fish. Our group alone caught about 80 pounds of fish, which made for a great dinner after the crew cleaned and filleted them for us. This trip is an extremely good value for the price, and the captain even let us stay out for an extra hour before heading back to the dock.The crew was great as well. Our crew mates that helped us were Alan and Seth, and on top of being experts on the water, they were very helpful when lines got tangled, and someone needed help taking a fish off of their hook or throwing it back. They did a great job keeping the trip light and fun, and made it an all around great experience. We would definitely go again.

Great fishing trip. Crew was helpful and fun to be around. Anything that we needed from the crew they helped us out with. Only one area for improvement is at the end of the trip. The crew wanted $0.50 per pound (fish weighted whole) to fillet the fish. This was brought up AFTER tips were collected and all the fish were photographed. Recommended saving your tips or a portion of your tips to fund the crew to provide fish cleaning services since it is no longer part of the total prepaid package.

What a Beautiful day to cruise the calm gulf waters hunting for Red Snapper and other great species .My grandson Darren joining me for the experience ~ a wonderful (patient) crew that did all they could to make our event memorable! Captain put us on the fish and when the bite was off we moved on ... seemed to me like everyone had a good time and enjoyed the diverse crowd,and lively conversation~folks meeting others from all around the country~ .Germany was even represented ! Highly recommend Destin Princess. Aaron was the best! Worked his rear off to help untangle us, get fish in and “rig us up” “Heck Yeah” Moose did great too, but he worked the other side more and I wasn’t around him much. Captain put us all in fish. 42 people yesterday got their 2 fish Red Snapper limit!I honestly don’t know how the deck hands do what they do all day and still keep an upbeat positive attitude! Great times! My only bad thing, I waited too late to book them again before I went home. They were sold out!Great times!!!

Me and my husband had a great time on the Destiny! All the guys were super helpful/friendly. The Capitan was super funny. Made jokes the whole time about the dolphins and sharks.Everyone was super fast and efficient even with there being multiple people on the boat.

Absolutely the BEST experience!!!!! Even though the boat was full, if we had a tangle on our line, the deck crew was VERY attentive and got it out. Very different from fresh water fishing, and we LOVED every minute of it. The deck crew was absolutely amazing!! Made some great memories and took some killer photos of a storm front!! Definitely will do this again!!

A fantastic place to eat. Food was fabulous and the service was great. Very busy when we were there and our order came right out. The servers were running at 100% and we were always taken care of. Good service with a great price is hard to come by these days except here. Would definitely recommend this place. We will go back when we return to Destin. Five stars because that is all there is.

This was my 2nd trip on the Destiny in a week. I had such a great experience myself the first time that I brought my 10 yr old son on a trip. We had a great time and he caught a great amount of fish considering it was only a 6 hr trip which is fairly short, and he is only 10 yrs old. The adults fishing did very well catching some nice keeper sized Triggerfish and large Vermillion Snapper. The Captain/Crew were so nice and accommodating to my young child. Very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable as well as helpful and entertaining. Not only was my child welcomed and treated very nicely, I witnessed everyone being given the same attention and courtesy as he was, which is hard to find. Once again, the fishing was great and the VERY CLEAN, orderly boat made it easy for my child and I to feel safe, welcomed, and kinda at home!!! Thank you again for a great time, I will definitely be a repeat customer for years to come and probably made a future customer in my son as well.I would personally like to thank the crew of the Destiny: Captain Dennis, Randy, Asa, Brichard (hope I spelled it right), Since writing the initial review with my son on board, I have made several more trips on the Destiny and each time met or surpassed the expectations that were initially set. Fun for a first time trip. Captain moved us to a few different spots to keep us catching fish. There were a few kids that should have been next to their parents but that’s not the boats or crews fault. Great time!

It was great day of fishing on the Gulf aboard the Destiny. My son and I caught a lot of fish, more than 80 all together. Not all were keepers but the action never died down. We caught a mixed bag consisting of Red Snapper, Scamp Grouper, Grey Triggerfish, Almaco Jack, and Vermillion Snapper. The Captain and crew were outstanding, they definitely cater to their clientele. When the trip was over we brought back 49 pounds of fish and once cleaned resulted in about 10 pounds of fresh fillets.

Awesome time on an awesome ride. The crew were amazing. They were really helpful and attentive to us when we needed them. We will definitely come back when were in destin again.

From the first cast to the last, my family enjoyed catching red snapper, trigger fish, and flounder. The crew was there to train this non-bass fisherman how to cast and pull a fish in every time. My teenage boys had a blast and we highly recommend the Destiny Princess crew for deep sea fishing. Booking my next trip now.

This was the second time we have been out on the Destin princess and just like the first time it was excellent! This time was a ten hour trip(a little to long for us)but the experience was great! The Crew was awesome and very cool guys.no doubt we will use them again.

A few friends and I did te six hour trip and we had a great crew and a great time. Definitely recommend the longer trips as you wont have to leave right when the bite is getting good. Nonetheless awesome.

Had a fantastic time deep fishing for bottom feeding fish, alot of snappers caught, some we could keep that were in season. Captain and crew were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend going out with this crew.

What a great group of guys!! They were all helpful to me. I’m in a powered chair, they lifted myself and the chair up so I could get on the boat. Caught a good amount of fish, I’ll be back.

Best trip I’ve been on. Captain put us on fish all day. Deck hands wore there selfs out taking fish off, bringing bait and checking on everyone on board. Boat was clean. A/C work good inside. Captains safety meeting was short but very informative. The fishing school about 10 minutes before lines in helped my 11 year old a lot. I would highly recommend the Destin Princess to anyone looking for a affordable trip

We kept the crew busy by reeling in Snappers and Triggers, and they were awesome - always there to help and keep it fun. My wife and daughters also enjoyed the trip. Its work reeling them in, but well worth it. They cleaned our fish right afterwards and we took some of them to Brotulas right on the dock where they cooked and served them as fresh as could be. This was a fun outing that we will remember for a lifetime.

Very disappointed! This tour came highly recommended by a few people so expectations were high. We did the 4-hour tour. Yes, this is deep sea fishing so you do need to go out a little ways to actually “deep sea” fish, but of the 4 hours allotted for our trip almost 3 of these hours were spent driving to and from location. We spent an hour and a half driving to the first location. We went to 4 total locations. By the time we finished at the last location it was 5:30 and had to make the one hour and 15 min treck back to port. The crew was very friendly and very helpful. But to spend over 3/4 of the total time traveling doesn’t make for much time to fish much less time to actually catch fish. This could have just been our experience but maybe suggest doing a longer tour if they go out that far so you can have more time to fish.

My wife and I have been on several party boats in different areas. These guys are polite curious and know their stuff. Would definitely recommend them over most places in Destin.

Our first time doing one of these fishing trips, and all I can say is, we had a great first time experience. We caught several fish ourselves and the entire group that went out came back with loaded stringers. The Captain kept us on the fish and the deck hands did a great job of keeping everyone fishing.

We had a party of seven adults and took the 8 hour fishing trip. The crew were very friendly and helpful. Other than the rough weather, the trip was fun and we caught fish. I would go with this crew again. GOOD EXPERIENCE!!

We had a good time and the trips are very reasonably priced. The captain and crew worked hard to put us on fish. Where things took a negative turn for us was them charging us to clean our three fish after just tipping them $40. One of the crew even got irritated with me for asking for change back from an additional $20 I had to fork over. The whole thing just felt like a big money grab. But I guess this is a vacation town and it should be expected. We had a much better experience on the Sweet Jody. They didn’t charge for cleaning and weren’t nearly as pushy about the tips.

Fantastic! My group had the whole boat. The mates were friendly and helpful. The captain was fully engaged and was actively making sure we had a great experience. It was obvious that the Captain and crew were enjoying themselves with our group. Everyone caught a LOT of fish including some memorable catches! We had an absolute blast on the Destin Princess Party Boat! This was our first time deep sea fishing, and I was a little apprehensive at first. However, the staff was so friendly and helpful, making our experience so fun and an absolute breeze. We were even able to take home about 10 lbs of fish for dinner! We did the 4 hour charter this first time, but our group agreed we would definitely do a longer charter next time because we had such a great time!

This is my second time going and generally a lot of fun. Our deck hand (Dillon) provided a wonderful experience for us, the dude truly goes out of his way to make a positive experience for you.As far as the fishing goes, definitely a chaotic adventure. If the boat is especially full, you may be struggling to get your pole in the water (potential for line tangling), and youll be competing for bites with other fishers. Id recommend going on non-peak times for a better experience. We were nearly full and it was manageable but it did impede on the fishing experience a bit.Some advice: definitely take the dramamine. If your not used to open water sailing and you get sick, it will be the most miserable 6-8 hours of your life.

This was a great experience! We caught our limit (2 Red Snapper per person). Our lines got tangled a few times, but the crew was quick to untangle the lines. Eat a light breakfast to prevent getting sea sick. Take a $5.00 bill for the fish cleaning service. Its 50 cents per pound and the average 4 fish catch is 10 pounds.

Had a great experience! Weve taken this boat out a couple of times before. This time was just as expected. We didnt limit out but caught some good sized snapper. We caught a few other kinds of fish too. And we saw a sea turtle and dolphins. I highly recommend the Princess.

Great way to spend the day. Did the 6 hour trip with my 12 year old son & it was just the right amount of time. We’re used to bass fishing, but this was our first time in deep water. We had a blast! Skipper did a good job keeping us on the fish & the deckhands, Aaron & Moose were awesome. They hustled the entire time to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves. Really fun trip that I would do again when more fish are in season.

The crew and captain were great! Had a few issues on the boat but nothing to concerning. It’s great for a first experience but fishing wise expect quantity over quality.

Will not be booking another party boat trip.. I’ve owned several boats, guided trips and also have hired many private charters. I thought for the price, the reviews that I have read and taking my family that it would be a good trip. We stayed tangled up with other anglers the majority of the trip(we’re all experienced fisherman) The captain came on the speaker and told everyone that they better make each bite count because a 4 hour trip is just a boat ride, if you catch something that’s a bonus.. Definitely not how these trips are sold. The deckhand also told everyone to make the bait last, because they were low on bait. We won’t be back.. lesson learned!

I always enjoy fishing on the Destin Princess. I have been on many trips over the last 25 years and always come back. This trip I brought my kids and grandkids. Everyone caught at least one keeper. During the trip we also saw dolphins and flying fish. You will not be disappointed if you give them a try. The deck hands are outstanding.

This was our first time deep sea fishing, so we chose the 4 hour tour. It was amazing! The entire crew was wonderful. Asa & Pritchard were our deck hands. I cant say enough God things about them! It was a very fun experience and we cant wait to do it again!

Great experience! The mates were on point! And the boat was smooth and very well kept!

Have been using the Destin Princess for fishing expeditions for my self and family for 18yrs. Best party boat, Captain and crew on Destin harbor.This trip my grandson and girlfriend were on their first trip out on their own. They had a great time and productive trip. We all had great fresh fish for supper yesterday evening. Thank you all !

This was my first time to go ocean fishing and it was a great experience. The crew was great and the boat was fine.Its not a luxury cruise, it is a boat made for fishing. Dont expect to have a boat all to yourself. Its a group charter. So youll nearly be shoulder to shoulder work other fishermen - of varying degrees of skill.The only problem I had was that it was difficult to hear the captain over the loud speaker because I was sitting too close to the air intake toward the rear of the boat. So if you have trouble hearing sit closer to a speaker.Be sure and take some drinks and snacks, sunscreen, and something for seasickness if thats a problem for you. I also could have used a towel to wipe my hands after baiting the hooks.They will filet your catch for you - be sure and tip the crew for that. And speaking of tips youll have two opportunities for that. Once when you get off the boat and another when they dress your catch.All in all a great value and a good choice for first timers.

My husband loves fishing on the Destiny.I went with him today and the captain actually fished his hat out of the water when it was knocked over!The deck hands were great! Lots of tangling up and the guys were very patient and efficient.I don’t remember their names but the very bearded one that answered to “Hey you” when I yelled and the one with the rip a lip visor y’all rock and made the experience very enjoyable by working as hard as y’all do!!!Thank you Destiny crew for the great experience!

Our whole family caught fish! The captain made several stops to make sure the whole group was able to catch fish. The crew is friendly and eager to help. Will go for an 8 hour trip next time! Just the ride is worth the money spent.

Great fishing experience!! Randy the deck hand is out favorite. He’s the only reason we keep coming back! Very knowledgeable and helpful!!! The other deckhands that were there today were fabulous as well... and the Captain was one of the best! Hands down!

We were on the fish from the moment we started till the moment we stopped. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable. Our safety and success was their primary concern. The crew showed impressive hustle. Will book again!

Great boat, great crew and great Captain. We did the 8 hour fishing and caught A LOT OF FISH. The Captain was observant the entire time to what was being caught and where. Watch out for the sneaky dolphins and sharks...little thieves lol.This is the one to take!!!

Water was too rough. People throwing up everywhere. Including me. Very hard to fish with waves so high. 6 hours is too long when it is so rough. Crew did the best they could with the circumstances. Only caught two fish.

The Destin Princess is the best fishing experience you will have. The crew is friendly and very helpful. We always catch fish and even if they’re not big enough or out of season it’s so much fun. My wife and I had an awesome day

The Crew was knowledgeable, helpful, & absolutely fabulous & we had the best fishing trip ever. They notified our favorite restaurant (Kenny D’s) that we would be bringing fish for everyone at the bar & dinner was a blast!! As a business owner, I know that great businesses don’t get enough due credit & the Destiny Princess deserves the praise. With that, I highly recommend the Destiny Princess for a deep sea fishing excursion.

Outstanding trip today. Got on the fish and caught plenty. Lots of different types of fish. Crew was great and were very quick to help out. Would definitely recommend.
