Captain was very accommodating and professional. Made my first yacht experience memorable and enjoyable.

Called the number listed and received a voicemail saying to leave your name and the date you are interested in booking. All reservations are completed thru text so there isnt an actual person to speak with. Received a text saying the date was available. I begin to ask questions (like anyone would) concerning the incidental deposit and I was told that their deductible was $2500. Ok so does this mean the incidental deposit $2500...crickets! Very poor and unprofessional service. I would rather spend more money than spend my money somewhere that wont even take the time to professionally answer my questions. Now I understand why the last few reviews are terrible.Update: Now the owner is harassing me thru text. He told me to find another provider, I replied Thanks and now he wont stop texting me with other provider websites. Very unprofessional!Update: You can edit and delete your response as many times as you want. You are rude and very unprofessional! And your recent reviews reflect that! THANKS AGAIN

My family and I booked the yacht for my birthday. Captain Charlie was great the water was a bit rough from recent storms so he kept us in a safe sailing area. He pointed out dolphins and stingrays. He took us to Crab Island for a while. We were able to hook up to his sound system which was great having our own music. We had an awesome day out. I would definitely recommend Nauti Pleasure!

We hired Captain Charlies boat for a 3 hour boat ride around Destin Harbor & Crab Island. It was for my girlfriends 30th birthday. Captain Charlie worked with us to figure out the best time to be on the water because we had shaky weather that day. The weather cleared up and it was a great time on water. He gave very clear instructions on the rules of his boat. After he surrendered the boat to us our captain for the trip was Captain John D. Thomas. He was the best. He loved our music and we loved him. I want to thank Captain Charlie and Captain John for everything. Travel during Covid-19 times can be tough but those two made everyone feel safe & comfortable. Great hires for a good time on the water!

Captain Charlie is the absolute best. Total professional. He is all about making your experience an incredible one. The Nauti Pleasure is a beautiful vessel, well kept, and extremely clean. We booked the boat for Father’s Day and it was nothing short of AMAZING!!! The views were AWESOME and so was the captain. We really enjoyed EVERY moment of our cruise. Nothing like being on the open waters in style. We would definitely book again.

Captain Charlie took my husband and I to Crab Island for the day! We had a great trip and plan on visiting again next month. Charlie was very informative answering all of our questions before we arrived and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this charter.

Perfect boat for Crab Island! I didnt know where Crab Island was , but was told it was the place to go in Destin, Fla.Someone referred me to Captain Charlie who knows the are a well. He was very accommodating and the girlfriend and I fit right into the sun drenched crowd at the infamous Crab Island after a nice inercoastal tour.Beautiful boat and all the accomadtions. This guy is running a illegal boat . not coast guard inspected. Not licensed or insured. He is a transient traveling state to state. All his reviews are fake. Will make sure coast stops his illegal activity
