We booked a parasailing trip. Unfortunately, the first trip was canceled due to weather, but they were very accommodating with re-booking the following morning. I appreciate that our safety was a #1 priority. The crew and experience was awesome!!! I highly recommend. The crew works hard for you, so keep that in mind when tipping.

*First and foremost. Dont get mad at them!!Pay attention to all details on the website.You must have voters card thing under 33 or 34. Its Floridas law! Other then that instructions to ride and where to ride is simple. After that keep track of your time on the jetski watch and you can have fun.just obey all FL regulations and your all goodI posted the ATM because it looks sketchy as hell🤣🤣

This was such a fun experience. My husband and I went parasailing for the first time for our anniversary. The check in process was super easy. Just be sure to utilize the option to fill out the waiver online, if possible. Jared and Greg were our crew members and I do not have enough positive things to say about them. They are very personable, hilarious, and you can tell they really love what they do. They also helped us gear up, and although I was a bit nervous they were able to put me at ease. Once we were up in the air the view was absolutely beautiful! We even saw some dolphins and other sea life. I know they say this on the website, but parking does fill up super fast! We snagged one of the last parking spots, thankfully. So if you’re able to walk or Uber that would probably be best.

Unforgettable experience with this parasailing trip! We had such a great experience with Captain Lee and very handsome and super fun Mate, Gavin! I would give these guys more than 5 stars if I had the chance! Our group had SUCH a great team, and Gavins photography skills are wicked awesome! Love Xtreme H2O!

I have never been on a jet ski before, neither has my son. We booked two jet skis for two hours each. It was absolutely wonderful! The crew was fantastic, patient, and very thorough in prepping us for our adventure. These crew members work for tips only and really busts their butts to make sure everything flows smoothly. Remember that when you pull back in!! Oh, and they are only following Florida law, so dont curse them out because you need a boaters license if your were born before 1988. Great time, I will be back again for sure.

We had zero issues! Everything was GREAT up until we got to Crab Island and we realized the radio didn’t work. We called to figure out the issue and they gave us no help other than that was a luxury and not part of the price and threw it up in our face! Apparently they knew it was having problems because of the comment he made, “oh, it struck again”.

We had a wonderful experience with Xtreme H20 jet skis. Great customer service and so much fun. Close by if you are staying in Destin or Fort Walton. Awesome time! 🌊

We had a great time and will rent from them in the future. Pontoon boats were clean and in very good condition. We did have an issues with the Bluetooth connecting to the radio, but we brought a speaker just incase. The staff was very friendly and informative. From the time I called to book until we brought the boat back in.

This was our first experience parasailing! Parking and checking in was seamless. We did not wait long. Luckily we were with a great bunch! The crew was awesome! Needless to say we had the most amazing time ever! Cannot wait to do this again!

Worst experience with the people on the dock, one of the guys already seemed stressed and that was understandable because everyone was pulling into the dock while my family and two others were waiting to go onto the jet skis. However when one of the customers asked to be pushed off he went a little overboard and walked away refusing to push his jet ski into the water. We made the decision to go back and thankfully got a refund for the horrible experiences. (The girls at the front are super sweet and deserve a raise)

Absolutely no organization nor time management. We made a reservation for 10 jet skies and they only had 9, on top of that they moved our reservation time saying that would be in the water by 6:15 so we could get the our 1 full hour. It was 6:45 and we were still signing papers out in the dock and listening to the instructions. Then they proceed to tell us we had to be back by 7:20 because of coast safeguards or whatever. How is that fair? If you cant accommodate big groups then ask for small individual reservations or do not accommodate big groups past 5:30. They lost 18 customers plus another 6 member family that were sitting on their jet skies waiting to go for only 30min. We’re getting a full refund but we still payed 10$ for a license we won’t be able to use. Honestly do better like…… tf

We reserved 10 jet ski and when we arrived our reservation was all messed up and they only had 9 jet skI on the reservation and no way to fix it that was a disappointment but we still waited from 4:30pm to be told at 6:40pm that the full hour that we paid for was only going to be 40 minutes, the jet skis didn’t have fuel so wait for that, the guy at the dock was beyond rude and careless he did not even apologize for stealing our time while he was not ready, when they were giving us instructions he just yelled “quiet everybody” they were not only rude but very unprofessional they told us that if we didn’t like it we could go get a refund… What a terrible place and experience, they don’t even deserve the one star I am giving them!!!

Discrimination alert!!! On Sunday we try to rent 3 jet skis, after spending 1 hour with a rude employee, making deposits, filling a lot of forms, at the end my cousin that came on vacation was denied the right to rent 1 because he does not speak fluent English, however he understands very well. As a local and with businesses tied to hospitality, Im very worried that our tourists are mistreated and disrespected.

Great service, clean boat and well worth money. Short staffed, which led to not getting on the water for our entire time. There were not able to accommodate extended time period because we booked through a third party. We will book directly with them next go around!

My husband and I visited Destin for our honeymoon and did the wave runner dolphin tour. It was so much fun and I loved seeing dolphins swimming right next to me! I have only ever been a passenger on a jet ski do it was my first time driving. Scary at first, but towards the end, I was racing my husband up and down the Gulf. Highly recommend this group, had an amazing time!!!

We were asked to arrive at 2:15 pm for our 3pm ride time. In which we did. However because of the un-organization of this company, our ride time was cut short. We paid $158 total for 50 mins for a jet ski, which is completely irrational and I would advise others to take their money elsewhere. The manager on duty at the time with the pink hair was unprofessional as well. She said I was being, that guy for, attempting to get what we paid for which was a full hour.It should be NOT be a lost against the customers because of the business lack of organization and scheduling. Very disappointed with how they handled things and will make sure not to visit this place anymore. Would urge others to do the same..

This was the absolute best experience of my entire life and the hut staff, Emily and Hannah, was very polite. Braden was the deckhand on our parasailing trip and he was so funny! Captain Lee was incredible and seemed very experienced. Definitely recommend :D WE LOVE XTREME H2O

Excellent experience, competitive prices, and as long as you get there early (45 min as instructed) your activity will be on time. We rented jet skis for 2 hours and they were newer models and had no issues. Staff was great and friendly. We rented from the Harbor location.

My wife and I brought our entire family in town and used this company exclusively. Apparently they have a ton of locations but we only went to two. Wish we wouldve asked for names. Had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE at the boardwalk location for our Parasail excursion and Jet ski. The director of Parasailing and his deck hand were phenomenal!! I wouldve hands down given this place a 5 star but we had a pretty terrible experience for the dolphin tour jet skis. Who ever the owners daughter is should learn some humility and may be a new job. She was very rude and just yelled almost the entire time at everyone in the whole vicinity (when the ladies in the building were paying attention). Not sure what her deal is, we just asked questions and she told us if we dont like it, take it up with her mom. The boys on the jet skis made us feel better and one joked that she is always like that. That locations parking was also INSANE, she yelled at us that they would tow us if we didnt give our keys away and said they had a parking attendant to take them but when she pointed to him, he was swimming and not even trying to help. Thanks for the experiences with your kind staff members, we will definitely be back to the Boardwalk location!

Parasailing was fun, but it wasn’t 10-12 minute flights, as posted on their website. It was only 6-7 minutes. They had 6 flights booked on the boat, with us & literally had us in & back to the dock in 1 hr. Need to book less people on the boat or give more than 1 hr to be gone, to have the 10-12 minute flights as advertised.

This place is horrible. We made a reservation for jet skis at 9:30 we got there before 9 and they had us fill out paper work and when we tried to give them back all they were doing was booking boaters who’s reservations were at 11. By the time we gave them our papers they told us we missed our reservation and they had to push us back to 2 and said it was our fault. This place has the worst system and the people were rude. DO NOT go it’s a waste of time because they will push you back no matter what.

Went on the dolphin/waverunner tour. Guide was awesome as were the gals checking us in. Family had a great time, would highly recommend.

Xtreme H20 had a great staff and up to date jet skis. We had a blast riding them. The only downfall is we thought we would be able to go to crab Island which was advertised when we rented the jet skis online. When we got on the jetskis the staff said not to go to crab Island because of the sand sucking into the jet skis which is understandable but they shouldnt advertise on their website and charge more to rent then other places because of crab Island. It was a bummer because we specifically chose this place just to go there to find out we couldnt. But we made the best of it and drove the jet skis around. Still a great time but dont rent here expecting to go to crab Island.

We had an 1100am parasailing trip that had to be canceled due to weather. The young ladies at the original hut were so nice and accommodating. They were able to reschedule us for multiple later times. Which we took them up on. Now at the 2nd hut the young ladies there were also very nice and funny. As for the parasailing itself it was so much fun!! The captain and his deckhand were AWESOME!! They were very entertaining, knowledgeable, and fast. I would definitely recommend this company and when we come back we will be using Xtreme H20 again.

My son and my girlfriend both went on the parasailing trip. Both had a great time and felt the staff was well trained and operated in a safe manner. The only complaint was that flight time was well short of the times promoted in their ads.

We are locals and rented a pontoon for my moms Birthday. Apparently a locals discount is a thing which I wasn’t given. We rented the boat for 5 hours we get to the dock and boarded. The radio doesn’t work, the water and the ambiance is important but are we supposed to cruise around more then half a day in silence. It’s disappointing. Would not recommend.

Terrible experience! Made reservations for 10:15, arrived 1 he 15 minutes early. Had two take boaters test and waited to get back to the window only for them to say we missed our time because we could not get back to the window in time. We never left site of the window!! Very disorganized management of guests and overall experience!! Don’t waste your time with this place!

Worst customer service ever. We have called and reserved 10 jet ski for 5pm. We’ve arrived at 4:30pm and from the get go our reservation was all messed up. They have only reserved 9 jet ski and they did not try to even fix that. However we still let it pass and decided to just go with 9 jet ski and still waited from 4:30 to be told by 6:40pm that we had to be back by 7:20pm as per coast guard’s rules keep in mind that we had paid for a full hour. The jet ski did not have fuel so there they waited for us to arrive to fill them up. Both guys at the dock were extremely rude and careless. They pretty much did not care and didn’t even apologize for wasting our time the whole time we were waiting at the dock for them to finish fueling. Giving out the instructions he just told us “ Quiet everybody “. And said if we didn’t like it we can go get refunded . Overall experience was absolutely terrible

Had an absolute blast. Jarret and Kyle are the best. Very friendly and lets you know what to expect. This was on our bucket list and now we wished that we hadn’t waited so many years to do it. Jen was also great to deal with for the reservation!

We called last minute the week of June 13th. Destin Extreme H20 pontoons were all booked😞 then she said we have some advailable in Ft Walton...it takes about 25 minutes to get from there dock to crab island❤ we had a fantastic time! And that 25 minute bay ride was absolutely one of the highlights of our trip! Thanks Extreme H20 ❤❤

Rented two pontoon boats for a full day Crab Island! The boats were nice and new, equipped with Bluetooth speakers, a trash can, and an insulated cup holder for the boat driver! I would rent from Xtreme H2O again. Good experience with the staff as well.

Our family of 4 rented two wave runners from Xtreme H20. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the wave runners were up to date and well maintained. We had a fun ride in the bay near Destin. An hour was plenty of time for us. We would definitely do this again!

Rented a jet ski for 2 hours. The jetskis are extremely beat up and in horrible LOOKING condition. They run great but if you want a nice looking jetski then look somewhere else. Also the life vests really had a stinch to them. Smelled like body odor.We ended up having fun but were very disappointed by the looks of the jetski. For $230 I expect a brand new ski.

Friend Jeff Retmier booked a half day rental for 07/16/21 at 1:30 pm over a month ago.We were told it will be at 2:00 pm and to wait on the dock. At 2:45 pm we were told the boat that we booked was out on an all rental and that they had nothing for us! Asked if we could rebook for the following day and were told they could not accommodate us!This is an example of how not to run a business!!!

Jet-ski and pontoon was fun but my family had a bad day because of the service here. The lady in the front was very nice taking care of us and checking us in but everything was fun and game until the guy who docked our pontoon was showing very disrespectful altitude to my family, especially my dad.The guy was asking if my dad speaking English after he explained how to operate the boat and all. My dad doesn’t speak english well but he understood everything, and I told the guy that I already explained everything to my dad. He showed altitude being very rude and mean, also being very aggressive and not willing to help us at all after that. We understood that the driver needs to understand all the signs and operations and AGAIN, MY DAD UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING, just not speaking english well. I didn’t even have a chance to tell that and the guy immediately shut us off and told us to call 911 instead of calling him if there is any problem. Such a bad altitude. That was a good day, good service until that moment.

We had never rented a boat in the Fort Walton/ Destin area but have to say we were extremely happy with the choice we made through Tripshock. We rented a 12 passenger pontoon boat from H2O Extreme sports and were very happy with our choice. The boat itself was topnotch! Not only was the price reasonable (9 hours) but the staff went above and beyond to help us and make us feel comfortable! Bobby and Aaron (Fort Walton) had the best attitudes for newbies and were so laid back and chill with any questions/ concerns we had. And even when we brought the boat back they were friendly. I seriously cant say enough good things about this company/ staff! I really recommend this company! Definitely going to reserve through this company the next time we are in town!

They said the airtime for parasailing was 10-12 min. But my family only got 6-8 min. In the air.

The hut staff( Jennifer Wilson, Emily, & Hannah ) were great and made it such an easy transition out to the water to parasail with the deckhand Braden Dorman & Captain Lee !

I am leaving a 1 star review because google will not allow to give them 0 stars. Worse company ever. So many things wrong:1- We reserved 10 jet skis and they only had 9 available2 - They made us wait appx 1 1/2 hours, when we finally had all the paperwork ready etc. so we were finally ready to get on them, thats when they proceed it to fill up the gas tanks on all 9.3- The waiting game continues until they actually said that due to the coast regulations we only had appx 1/2 to be on the water with the jet skis but they had already charged us for the full hour.Customer service was horrible, they were super nasty. Never again ugghhsss!!

Please do not come here. If you want good service go to Discount Rentals which is where we ended up going and got excellent service for the same price. The lady at the front (Sophie) was completely rude and embarrassed me and my fiancé in front of many of people and accused me and my fiancé of cheating on the exam you have to take if you do not have your boaters license. There were no spots for us to sit so we sat next to each other to take the exam and....3 things. I’m 8 months pregnant and I do have a disability where I have to read what I am reading out loud in order for me to comprehend what I am reading. Since my fiancé sat right beside and I was reading the questions out loud she comes over and says out loud that I am cheating on the exam and that I need to leave. Mind you...me and my fiancé had locked our keys in the car so we had to call a locksmith and Sophie new all of this... and this lady who utterly embarrassed us made it 10 times worse that it was our last day in Florida and all we wanted to do was get on the water. Please take your business to Discount Rentals for the same price. Good luck!!

Easy booking and kind to reschedule late arrival due to traffic. Bad and most important are the instruction for use or lack there of. Also very unfriendly the one young guy at the dock.

Me and wife did the early parasailing place was kind of hard to find but thats because of Google maps not them as for the trip boat ride was great captain was on point and flawless think his name was jager cant think of the other guys name but he was also great friendly great instructions all around a great experience for our first time

After taking the safety test we were supposed to be given green bracelets but we werent informed of that until we were at the dock amd had to run back to the building. BE AWARE the time on the jet skis are ten minutes fast.
