This was the highlight of our vacation. The jetskis were very fun at this particular location. You can ski out to the bay area or choose to go out to the ocean. There is all kinds of room to play and explore. If you were born after to 1988 and dont have a boating license, you will be required to take a test ahead of time to get your license.

I took my daughter to celebrate her birthday and she had a great time. We saw lots of dolphins, manta rays and even a couple of sharks. The boat was clean and comfortable even had bathrooms. The food and drinks are reasonable and the tour was about an hour and a half. Well worth the money and everyone had a great time.

Family and I tried parasailing for the first time on our spring break trip. Very fun and relaxing experience. Boat crew was awesome! My son was a bit anxious at first, but they put him at ease and he had a great time. They also take good pictures of your flight that you can purchase. Definitely nice to just enjoy the ride and have the experienced captured without having to fumble around taking your own pictures. Business is veteran run and the owner takes care of his own. Took my family of four parasailing (1 adult, 3 kids). Captain and assistant were both polite and professional. We happened to be the only ones on the boat for a weekday in late September, so it was a very quick trip all around. Overall I felt the quality was good, but perhaps not the best value. $85 per person felt steep for a quick boat ride out of the marina and then 10 minutes in the air, and then straight back in. We were given the option of purchasing an SD card with 100 photos of us flying for $30.

Jet ski dolphin excursion:This excursion is what you make of it. Pretty sure we made it awesome for our guide, Justin. 🤪 We had such a great time! 🤘😎🦩

Captains Robert, Scott, and Rachel were awesome! It rained before we got on but it cleared up and we saw multiple dolphins and a beautiful sunset. We will go on their boat again.

This was our first time to parasail and it was a blast! Super nervous at first but the two guys Brandon and Bryce were awesome and funny so it definitely helped to ease the anxiety.

Family spring break at Ft. Walton/Destin Florida rented the Double slide pantoon boat for the family/teenage boys. Had an a amazing time! Online reservations got there easy breezy and enjoyed the day.

It was late to start because of others who were booked at the same time and were late but an absolutely awesome excursion doing the dolphin wave runner experience!!! Also, even though we started late; James gave us the full 2 hours once we hit the water - really appreciated that! Saw dolphins several times and James did a great job of touring us around the Gulf of Mexico and then back again to calmer water in Okaloosa county water past crab island!!! SO MUCH FUN!! Highly recommend! Called regarding questions the night before & so glad I got clarification on the pricing for the dolphin wave runner experience; it was only $200 for 2 of us to share 1 wave runner.

So needless to say we had a great time!!! We rented a boat at 12 in the afternoon until 4, right after that we got our license and rode the jet skis for 30 minutes.... an awesome place with great people... especially the guy who helped me and my sister in law on the jet ski........ so sorry don’t remember his name but he had curly hair blonde hair and was white.... super nice made great conversation and made sure to help us out with good food places to eat while on vacation.... overall a great place and we will be back!!! Thanks again!

Super Nice!! Brandon and Johnny were super helpful and sweet!! Our Family of 5 rented 2 jet skis and my husband and our oldest had an absolute blast!! But our 5 year old was terrified and we returned within 10 minutes. We explained our situation to both Jonny and Brandon and they were really cool about it and even credited 1 of our jet ski rentals. Would definitely return in the future!!!

We did Pontoon boat rental to Crab Island. The reservation staff is pretty helpful and took time in answering all my questions. Their check-in process could be better as it took more than 45min to check in even though we filled up waiver documentation online. Boats are in good condition and the trip is memorable.

This was really fun. We saw a few dolphins and the ride was really nice. Its longer than some boat tours for the same price so that was a plus. The crew were very friendly and accommodating, especially since we arrived at 1 min until departure! A must do if you wanna see a beautiful gulf sunset.

Easy check in. Please go in 30-40mins prior for signing waivers and boat driving test. The boats were clean and in perfect condition and spacious for 10people. Also, they were very helpful in answering all our questions. We had great time Recommend it.

Captain Max and Harrison were AMAZING!!!! Got to parasail for the first time on the last day of our trip. I was super nervous but the guys made us feel super comfortable. Im so glad my daughter and I got to share this experience together.

It was OK. Nothing more. We got a double decker with 2 slides, and theres a lot of aluminum. I understand having to fabricate these things, but for $1,000.00 Id think there was more comfortable seating, some storage space for bags, etc... Also, the rails on the upper deck area very low. Its much lower than the competition. Thats a concern for little kids.Lastly, the staff that give us the safety brief, and tied us on to the dock wanted tips. I couldnt understand what for. We carried everything, we drove, it was self guided. I realize its set up that way, but they just dont do anything extra.

This was the best experience we could have asked for! The captain chuck was amazing, he was so informative about the local area and attractions along with teaching about the sea life. We were able to get the most amazing sunset videos and we saw several dolphins up close! The ship was very clean and had bathrooms, drinks and snacks! We were able to feed birds and had such a great time! We will be back again and highly recommend, if you’re looking for a good dolphin cruise this is the perfect one!

Fun experience!! Took the evening dolphin cruise and it was worth it. Robert has insight into the whole area. Saw plenty of dolphins; right up next to the boat and lots of interesting information on the area. Kids had a great time. Fun adventure all around.

They were very friendly. They make you watch a video before you jet ski. The video is actually helpful. The instructor was very helpful too. They are very pricey and that’s my only complaint.

The boats are old, they dont have any maintenance and they dont have an emergency phone.We were at Norieg Point and the boats engine stopped, due to the current and delay in the companys service, we ended up in the deep ocean. Their phone wouldnt answer, we asked for help from another company that called the coast guard. When the coast guard arrived we had already been pulled into the deep sea with giant waves, the children were in a panic, the boat almost capsized several times. The engine didnt work. After 2 hours, a person from the company arrived who guided the mechanics and finally the boat worked. When we arrived we reported to the coastal harbor and the company employees were not at all concerned about our safety and emotional state, they just said that we should pay for the boats damage. Really? Their boat breaks down, my family and friends nearly drowned and they wanted me to pay? I demanded my money back and sarcastically they said they wouldnt give it back, the indignant coast guard told us to sue this company. Please spread the word, dont let this kind of human beings who only thinks about money continue to rent these boats. This was the scariest day of our lives.

My family of 3 went Parasailing today with Captain Bryceson and Bo. It was an excellent experience. We left the dock at 2:55 for our 3:00 booking. Time management was great. The crew was funny and very personable. They worked very hard for all 3 of us to go up at the same time. With me being a little bit on the bigger side they made it possible and very comfortable. Will definitely come back because of them!

My group of 5 used their service for parasailing and it went great. The guys were professional the entire time. They give you a memory card with your pictures take by them. And please tip them.

Love the boat and jet ski ride. The staff was amazing! Only issue that I had was the glass bottom was painted so we really didnt see any underwater life. Seeing the dolphins on this boat was still kool and we loved hitting the waves!!

The dolphin tour was so fun. We hopped on as a last minute decision and didnt regret it. We saw so many beautiful dolphins and enjoyed the fresh air. The bartender Robert made the trip so fun with great conversations and drinks. Make sure you see him when you go!

The reservation process was simple. We showed up on time, got the pontoon and had a great, great 4 hours. Everyone involved was more than helpful, they were great all around people! Highest recommendations from our family.

The rush to normal life has caused stressed workers, impatient customers, combined with the worst parking situation ever. Once we were on the pontoon, life was great, the guys at the dock were great on the dispatch and return. The one hour hassle of check in something to be very aware of. Bring patience and a lot of it!

First time parasailing and it was a great experience! So peaceful and beautiful views of the city! The staff was super friendly!

Jet skis were great, only complaints were the location of the shack to pay for jet ski rental was a good walk from the jet skis. Also a required test for out of state boating license even if you have a boating license from another state. Just plan on another 30 minutes Staff was great, equipment performed great. Ultimately a great experience.

2 hour dolphin cruise was great on the air conditioned boat. In reality an hour would have been enough. Couldnt see anything from the glass bottom. Middle and upper deck view is great. Has reasonable priced sodas and snacks at cash bar and alcoholic drinks. Air-conditioning was decent for the 100 plus heat index. Red flag day so water was rough and daughter sea sick. Saw plenty of dolphins the crew knows where to find them (where the bait fishing goes on). Kids get free snack chips if willing to kids live crab 5 were willing on our trip.

Highly recommend especially if staying at Emerald Grande. Location is at doorstep of hotel. My family of 6 rented Pontoon Boat for 8 hours; I suggest the full day rental. You are not crunched for time. If you do 4 hour rental, you have to have it back so it can be re-rented for afternoon rental. We were out on it for over 6 hours and it was WORTH EVERY DOLLAR. We did jet ski rentals, twice, because so much fun and then parasailing - A MUST DO!!! They gave a 15% discount when we returned - just let them know you are returning customer. Boats and equipment in great shape! They are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in teaching main points on Pontoon boat and jetskiing. Ill be back for sure!

We went tonight and had an awesome time. Saw Sooooo many Dolphins. The crew is fabulous. Chuck, Robert and Gavin. Gavin took our picture, Robert was an awesome bartender and Chuck was an outstanding Captain, very safety conscious. And all were great tour guides. We cant wait to go back. The day we went out the water was rough and as we got to where waves picked up and lost an engine. The waves were big enough people were screaming . My husband was worried for our children and got life vest to be safe, only to have them taken away by staff . The captain announced over head that we were NOT allowed to have vest unless he said so. I have never been on a boat where if you wanted to have a vest you couldn’t. I would never recommend this to anyone ! #bransonduckaccident

We have used these guys that past several years to rent self pontoons for Memorial Day weekend. They are always very patient and helpful getting such a large group loaded up on the boats and unloaded at the end of the day.

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY. Horrible experience, extremely unorganized. We had 8:45AM reservations to parasail, checked in at the counter and sat at the tables in front. After sitting there past the reservation time we checked backed in and was told the boat left because we did not check in. 9 very disappointed children who woke up early and very excited to parasail. There are so many other companies offering parasailing, choose one of them.

We had an amazing time on the glass bottom boat. The captain and crew were incredible. Everyone has a great time watching the dolphins. The kids got to see crabs that were caught by the crew and they each got to drive the boat and take pictures. I highly recommend if you only do one activity while you are in Destin I encourage you to go on Boogies glass bottom boat.

I really enjoyed Hanging out in the Shallows. Their wave runners are a bit outdated and broken down. not the safest ride. Sorry Boogie Man, But its time for you guys to Upgrade.

My mom and I went on the dolphin cruise. The deckhands and captain were so much fun and made sure everyone saw it all! I’d definitely take this tour again.

Ladies at checkin were inconsiderate. They moved us up a time slot without notifying our group. Then told us to run. But when got to the dock we were back at our original time. If you are going to move someone’s reservation up, you need to notify them before moving, actually you have to ask them first.Harrison on our ride was an awesome guide and did great work! Thank you Harrison for a wonderful parasailing experience. We enjoyed ourselves greatly.

We had a great time on a big pontoon boat with slides on the back. Holds 12 comfortably.

What a great way to watch the sun set, as we watched the dolphins play in the Gulf and in the Bay of Destin Harbor! Great team even helped us store my moms scooter, whilr she rode. Excellent time!

We went here to go parasailing. This was so much fun. The general experience was awesome also. The first day, we were canceled because the weather got a little bad. But we were easily rescheduled for the next morning by the ladies in the hut, who had excellent customer service skills. When we went, we had Max as the captain and Harrison as the deckhand (?). Both were great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I could tell Max was very focused on what he was doing and everyones safety. Harrison worked so hard getting everyone fitted and out safely. Great experience. Also, the price was better than most in the area. Will return and recommend for sure.

Other places were booked but we were able to get a reservation after we had already arrived here in Destin. Only needed a few days ahead of time. They are very organized and have a lot of pontoons. Conveniently located at the Harborwalk in Destin.

I have mixed feelings about this company. I had a great trip around the edge of the gulf checking out dolphins, watching plans fly by and seeing one of the many waits they catch bait fish.Now, for the down side. If you get in a boat or whatever activity you plan to do even for a a few minutes, there are NO refunds, even if the weather stops it. This has to change. They offer vouchers. My friend paid 300 dollars with no refund and might not be back for years. Thats garbage. Check the weather and if its even a chance, dont swipe that card and get on. Greatly disappointed with that.

Although I have lived in Destin for 3 years, this was my 1st time on the dolphin 🐬 🐬 🐬 🌇 sunset cruise & it was one of the funnest things I’ve done since living here. Captain Chuck , Gavin & Robert made this experience top notch & I’ve been spreading the word to my friends & coworkers too!I highly recommend adding this to your itinerary while spending time in Destin!!!

My wife and I are celebrating our anniversary and were interested in renting a pontoon. The guy there pulled out a brochure with the rates and when we expressed interest in the 4 hour rental he immediately crossed out the $250 price and wrote in $500. He said it was now in season. Asked when that started and he said yesterday. Asked when it was over and he said tomorrow. So a one day in season and the price doubled. Business practices that have in season and off season by the weather instead of the date should probably get the attorney general called on them.Just looked at their website and confirmed todays price should have been $250. Not sure who this guy is but pretty sure his last name is Scheister. Dont go here unless you dont mind fluctuating prices from one customer to the next.
