This was the highlight of our vacation! Everything went smoothly and as advertised. Crew that help us with boarding and return were friendly and efficient. Boat was clean and comfortable. The slide boards were a hit combined with the ability to change locations as we wanted made this a perfect day! Well worth it!

We rented a double pontoon boat and had a great time! There are a ton of rental companies in the area so, for me, it came down to the people running it. And they were fantastic! Super personable, friendly and helpful. Thanks for being so welcoming and making us feel so comfortable renting our first pontoon boat. Especially having such a wide age range (7-78). Will definitely rent from here again next time were in the area!

We rented the double decker slide boat and went to Crab Island. Had a blast!The staff were super helpful getting you checked in and on the boat.

We’ve rented boats from this location multiple times. Always a fun easy experience. Dock hands were super nice. Just don’t be afraid to give it a little gravy!

It was our first time in Destin and Crab Island and we had a great time. We had 6 small kids, even a one month old baby and we were able to keep the baby in the shade. Kids loved the slides and the service at Double Fun was great. Would definitely rent from them again.

I rented from them on June 26th for a half day rental. We knew we were going to be late 30 minutes so I called in. The rental for a half day during this time is only is 695.00 and full day is 895.00. No one said anything when we returned and no phone call but I checked my credit card statement and they charged me $1706 and some change. I called the owner/manager but she wasnt available, her staff said it was a busy weekend and she would return my call...no she did not! I had to text and call several times and she still didnt feel the need to call me till I texted her again today at 11am. She said the boat was late and they tried to call which is untrue but needless to say the amount for a full day is only 895.00. They had my card number and charged whatever they wanted. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. I will never rent from them again. I wouldnt even give one star but you had to choose something before posting!

I dont know how to properly write this review. Getting on the boat and the boat itself was leading me to give a 3 star review. Then we anchored, and everyone started relaxing. Next thing I know the kids are sliding, dancing on the 2nd story, the adults too! I havent seen a group of people having such an honestly good time. As a result, I have to give 5 stars we had a wonderful time on the boat, even if several details were lacking.

I would make sure you have your total price before reserving your boat!!! Also, keep your receipt email because we paid a deposit before arriving at the dock and after checking in we were charged an additional $130 on top of the remaining balance.Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Boat and trip to crab Island was lots of fun!

Great experience with these folks. We had a storm on our original day and they rescheduled to a different day without any issues. I opted to reschedule instead of getting a refund that they offered. Equipment was clean and the staff was great. Would definitely recommend them.

We were running late and they were short handed but the young lady that waited on us was waiting on three or four people at the same time and did it perfectly. I was very impressed that the young lady took care of everyone very professionally. Then the guys on the dock continued to impress me by their professionalism.

This was the BEST of times for the final day of our family vacation! We were needing to stay within our own family unit and socially distanced due to the virus - and this was perfect! We packed a lunch, explored some beaches, enjoyed the slides and just relaxed! Fun fun!!

Excellent service from booking to rescheduling to price refund due to error. All staff were exceptional! We did a full day rental with the double slides and the kids loved it! We appreciated the staff helping us carry coolers and belongings on & off the boat and providing trash bags! We would definitely do this again!!

We had a fantastic experience with Double Fun Pontoons!! The kids loved the slides. The tutorial before was very thorough and helpful, and everyone we encountered was very nice and made the process a breeze.

Very fun for all. The only problem was that they were short on staff so we had to wait a while for someone to help us.

I rented two boats for a music festival and I cant say more about staff friendliness and professional! The double decker pontoons were awesome. Top of the line and performed flawlessly. Price was good too. These guys went above and beyond.

It turned out to be the worst experience! We ended up getting rained on the whole time, the kids were miserable so we didn’t even use all our time we had it for. I wish the company offered some kind of refund! Instead we’re out of $600 with a horrible experience!

Well we had a rental on the weekend of my sons birthday but weather was bad, so rescheduled for the next week but he ended up getting hurt and we couldn’t make it. I ask for a refund and the woman was rude as hell on the phone and lied about calling on the day of the rental. And also said they have a no refund policy which is a complete lie cause nowhere on the site does it say anything about no refunds. Very rude the boats looked dirty and garbage everywhere, very unprofessional and I go just about everywhere in Florida and write reviews. Mary your a liar and your very unprofessional when it comes to your double dumb Watersports. You need to work on your customer service and stop being money hungry.SMDH

Unfortunately the weather didnt allow for me to take the double decker out on my recent trip to Destin, FL. However, the staff were AMAZING at attempting to re-book my trip and eventually refunding me 100%. They could have easily kept my deposit, or charged me for the boat. They didnt! The gal I worked with was more concerned about my young families safety and finding other activities! When we return next year, I will be going back to Double Fun! Cant wait to hit the water with their friendly staff!
