There is no better charter in Destin folks. 100 Proof is the absolute best. Had a great day on the water with a really friendly crew. These guys know where to find the big red snapper to limit you out in a hurry. Then, plenty of time left to troll and then fish for sharks in closer to shore. I recommend at least six hours so they can take you further off shore.

Three of my daughters and I took an 8 hour trip with Captain Allen, Robert and Reece. First of all, they are 3 first class gentlemen. The boat was sparkling clean and very comfortable. We left the dock right on time and were catching bait within 10 minutes of leaving the harbor. With a full live well of bait, we started trolling and within 10 minutes my daughters had caught two King Mackerels and two Bonita. We headed for deeper water offshore and we caught a beautiful Wahoo on the way. The rest of the day was spent reeling in big Red Snapper, Grouper, Jacks and even a bonus shark! We couldn’t have asked for a better trip and the crew is TRULY the BEST! Two of my daughters got a little queasy and Robert had a gatorade and electrolyte popsickle in their hands immediately and had them feeling better and back to fishing in no time! The weather wasnt great but the fishing trip was. Boat handled a little rough water great. They put us on good fish and took excellent care of us. Robert and Ben were the best. I would recommend anyone looking for a trip to call Alan the captain and book one.

Incredible 6 hours of fishing! We caught plenty of Trigger and Mango/White Snapper for eating and caught and released some other big fish too that were not yet in season. Something for everyone! Great staff and great boat accommodations! These guys know what they are doing and where to go! Highly recommend booking a trip!

Best guided trip I have been on. We arrived about 15 minutes early and as soon as the last person from our group was on the boat we were moving. We went straight to catching our bait then on to catch some red snapper. The snapper fishing was more like catching than fishing. The crew then put us on several big King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Bonita and a huge Sailfish which we caught and released. After that we were on to sharks and everyone had their chance to reel one in. We had six people in our group including 2 young boys. They made it fun for everyone and will be a trip everyone will remember. Not sure there is a better boat to go on in the Destin area.The crew and captain were great. Recently, two days after Sally hit the Gulf Coast, 100 Proof crew took our group on a fishing trip of a lifetime! We fished with 100 Proof July 24th, we had 6 children & 5 adults it was probably the best charter we have been on. With that many people fishing together it gets hectic really fast. There were times we had 6 fish at a time & this crew did not miss a beat & kept things running smoothly. The action was non stop the entire time we fished. Captain &. Crew were all great with kids & every one limited out on red Snapper plus several nice grouper. I highly recommend this charter, I will definitely be fishing with them again!

Perfect. Beyond our expectations. Dont book anyone else; BOOK THIS BOAT--- they know where to fish, they know how to treat you, they do ALL the WORK, YOU CATCH FISH!!! --we CAUGHT A SHARK ... yes ... a SHARK!!!!... we saw dolphins, many species of fish, the boat is spacious and clean, we got to see the sunset, we got to see the lights at Destin at night , The captain kept an eye on everything and he maneuvered the boat perfectly when we were catching fish; the experience was beyond belief!- we have travelled many places, been on many cruises,and chartered many fishing boats, whale watching tours, we have been on diving excursions off the coast of Hawaii , and had natives take us out in Thailand ... this was the best day of our lives. Our second time taking the family out on the 100 Proof and as expected, we had a great time! The kids caught several different fish, the deckhand and captain worked well together and were very patient with our little ones. The boat is spacious and clean with cold a/c. Can’t wait to book our next trip. 💯

We had another charter scheduled and last minute had to cancel on us due to an injury on a staff member. I called 100 proof and although they were booked up for the next day, the owner helped us find another captain with a different company. She went out of her way to help us when she could have easily let us move on. Thanks so much for your help and next time we are in town to fish this is the place we are using!

My wife and I have fished on the 100 Proof 3 times now. I cant say enough about the quality of time spent with these guys. Always catch fish, always catch something with a lot of fight!!! Have had multiple amazing trips with Capt Alan and Capt Ben have been fishing with them since I was about 7 and still fishing with them today 23. Fished with Alan since he was deckhanding for his father, then when he got his first couple small boats the locked up and locked up 2 and have fished all the way up till now with the big boy the 100 proof. Me and my family have always had amazing trips and he always asks us we going to fill the freezers or we going for fun and either way we still come home with the freezers full to the top! He always has the best deckhands helping and they are always friendly and helpful. I am always asked who I would fish with out of destin and first boat i always say it the 100 proof!!

Captain chuck and crew mean business. Beautiful clean boat. They put us on king mackerel and had a great time all day. If you want the real fishing experience seek no other. Word of advice...Be on time. Deck hands Alex and rhett took care of everything. I will book with them next year. Cheers!!!!

Ten or so of my friends and myself go fishing with Chuck every year on his charter boat in Destin, Florida. While I like to pretend to be the avid fisherman, I am not. But with Captain Chuck I catch fish as if I were the best fisherman in the world. You see Chuck knows where the fish are, what they are biting on and how to reel them in and with his instruction I never lose. Soon I will be taking my young daughters on a fishing trip and when we are done they will remember how we caught lots or fish not that Chuck provided all the guidance. I cant wait for the next trip. But here is a warning once you go fishing with Chuck, you will want to go over and over again. Going on my fourth trip soon.

The family and I have never been deep sea fishing so we decided to do a 6 hour excursion in the deep blue. We didn’t know what to expect but everyone in our 5 person group had the greatest experience and the time of our lives. We listened to what they told us to do and every time you dropped your line into the water you were snatching up fish every time. When we were about to leave, they asked if we wanted to catch a shark. My uncle and I threw in one time and within 2 minutes we were battling for an hour to pull in a shark. The only regret we had with the trip is we didn’t do a full day or an overnight trip. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would in a heartbeat! If you are new or even an experienced fisherman, book now. There is a reason these guys have truly 5 stars all the way around.

Captain Chuck is absolutely outstanding his pride and professionalism are second to none. He has the nicest boat in the harbor and this is why. I have been on two charters with him...and on the last one we limited out amberjacks and mingo snappers. Both trips we went on were 14 hours. He has a microwave and fridge onboard....the trip was just short of cruise comfort. I have been on charter fishing boats on lake Michigan, Eire, west and east coast of Florida and he by far is my top choice.
