We had an AMAZING time renting a pontoon through 30A Pontoon Rental. The scheduling/reserving process was easy and the staff was very friendly. Michael Knapp was available the whole day of our rental to answer questions about the area and recommended some great places to check out. The next time we’re in the area we’ll definitely be renting another pontoon from them. We had 4 kids under the age of 5 with us and the boat with the slide was a hit! The convenience of this rental was the best part. Picking up and dropping off the boat was so simple and quick. We recommend 30A Pontoon Rental!

Michael and Tim were amazing! They answered all my questions and gave us the option to cancel due to inclement weather. They communicated well and we had the best time! We will be using them again when we come back.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. They are fraudulent, taking advantage of customers during COVID-19 to make extra money.Our family (6 adults and 4 children) rented a pontoon boat for 9 hours. The boat’s awning was set up by a representative from the company; we never adjusted or even touched the awning. During our excursion, our group had a wonderful time. We were safe and responsible renters. Upon return to the boat dock at the end of the day, the company’s representative accused us of breaking the boat’s awning. We were incredibly confused; we had not touched the awning. The next day, the company charged our credit card $2,200. We attempted to contact Santa Rose Beach Pontoon Rental Miramar Beach to discuss the issue and charge, but no one ever returned our emails or calls. If we had caused damage of any kind, we would have gladly paid for the repair. In doing some basic research for awning replacement, a typical awning costs around $500. I am not sure where they came up with the $2,200. This company is clearly struggling financially, but attempting to rob hardworking families while on vacation is unethical. Please, for your own sanity and financial protection – STAY AWAY from this company and take your money to a different boat rental company.

We had a wonderful time on the pontoon we rented! It was in excellent condition (and when we got to crab island you can see that MANY pontoons were not). Our deckhand Brooks was helpful and efficient! We rented one of their newer pontoons and would absolutely recommend this place and would rent from them again!

Wow was this fun, who’d a thought we could go tubing, swim and float on huge mats with the family, tour around the bay, dock at Baytowne, in the same day. It’s like a whole new world out on the water. Great service too. Thank y’all for being near 30A!

BUYER BEWARE! This is a SCAM! We rented a pontoon and drove around in the bay with our SMALL children. We did not touch the boat ad when we returned they claimed we had damaged the boat and charged us $2100 without any explanation, itemized receipt, notification, communication. They have not responded to us in any way in regards to this fraudulent charge. Just know that if you rent from them they will find a way to charge you triple your agreed cost.

What a great time! These boats were so nice. The boats were faster and nicer than any other weve used. Prices were great! The folks who put the boat in were great. Weve done this before and this was way more fun than any other place weve used. There was so much to see, so much to do. Look forward to doing it again! These people are rock solid.

We had an amazing time. We rented the double decker and the throughly enjoyed the slide, Lots of Fun! The big swim mat made it nice to stop and snorkel in the shallows. We loved touring the bay and looking at all the houses and boats. Went to LuLus for lunch and that was a real highlight, too. All in all it was a very FUN day. We even saw Dolphins two different times. Good Job Guys!

Great service, professional, courteous and very friendly. Boat was the best we have rented, new, clean, powerful and reliable. Christian met us at Cessna Landing just 15mins from Watercolor, we cruised over to Destin and spent day at crab island, parasailing, sunbathing and exploring the bay. Awesome day on the water.
