Wet -n -Wild has the BEST prices on rentals. The building/ house was a little run down, but the staff was very nice and informative. Nice /newer jet skis.We choose the 2 hour rental. Saw dolphins playing in the bay. They came within 10 feet from us. Best experience ever!

My husband and I, along with his parents booked a parasailing trip and this company did not disappoint!! We had the time of our lives! The Captain, Dave and his partner, Skippy were so awesome! Very fun crew to be on a boat with. They even gave us some great recommendations on food joints like Harbor Docks—which was amazing!! We will 10/10 definitely be back and refer to all our friends!!

My wife and I re yes 2x jet skis. They gave us 2021 models! They were like a Porsche on water! The jet skis were so smooth, easy to operate, and -/!’ fast.The staff was super easy and friendly. Our boat handler - Conner- was awesome! He gave us a quick safety course (we had not been in these things for a few years and we’re not required to have boat licenses).A few tips: (1) bring sunglasses to wear while driving and (2) mark your location so you can find your way back.

From the moment we got there from the young lady that helped us to the captains it was a great experience. We first did jet skis and then parasailing. Dave and Skippy were AWESOME! I worked for Wet and Wild in 2020 for the whole summer. I loved this job and it was great. We had some bad days with people not understanding why they have to pay for a Jet ski that they messed up. They were told everything they needed to know and still said we didnt tell them anything but I was the Person that told them and I know the truth I Quit Wet n Wild Because of the hurricane that hit and I needed a new job with more Hours. I also messed up a New jet ski that was 13k and less than 30 hr on this jet ski. I was not welcomed back to Wet n Wild because of this and I understand why. But over all Wet and wild is a Amazing place and a Great place to rent. The stuff might have some dents and other stuff but thats because some people dont treat it like its theres. There have been days where I was supposed to get off at 7pm and leave at 11pm to fix/Clean the boats for the guest the next day. and if we cant fix it sucks for them and they get up set. but little do they know we spent HOURS trying our best and we are still trying. I love wet and wild and the guys there are great that work there. They are pretty funny and love people that are nice and make ya laugh. Well here are some pics from Last summer.

This was by far the best part of our Destin trip. Special thanks to Captain Dave and Skippy for making this so much enjoyable for us. I was scared of this to begin with, but i was happily proved wrong. The whole experience was very safe and never did i feel fear. The girls checking us in and the guys loading/unloading us on the docks were all super friendly and helpful.Free parking for patrons, great location close to, but out of the chaos by the main harbor. Also a great location on the water. Right next to crab Island, but also right next to the end of the no wake, so you can get in and out quickly without having to go through the bulk of the no wake traffic that the harbor has to deal with.Overall great day. Would come back and would recommend.

Excellent place! We chose this one because it wasn’t in the hustle and bustle of Destin Harborwalk, but nearby. They let you have all of your belongings which was a plus too (you sign a waiver at the beginning that you won’t hold them responsible, so they don’t care what you bring, but if you drop it in the water, it’s on you! My captain and mate were amazing, conversational, knowledgeable, fun, and it was just a really cool experience (my first time) and a good time! We will definitely use this company again! These are the only pics I got, the parachute after it was set in place, I was scared to drop my phone lol, not knowing there was literally no reason to be.

My family and I rented 2 jet skis. There is onsite free parking which makes it really convenient. We signed our consents online prior to our arrival which made checkin very simple. I highly recommend you sign your consents before you get there! Also, there are age requirements. IF YOU WERE BORN 1988 OR LATER, YOU ARE REQUIRED BY FLORIDA STATE LAW TO TAKE A TEST!!! This is clearly stated on their website but some people were frustrated when they got there and learned this. This company must follow the law just like any other business so don’t get upset with the workers for doing what is required of them.There is a dry box on the front of the ski for personal items. BRING YOUR PHONE! My ski sucked some seaweed into the intake causing it to overheat. This is no fault or reflection of the company as anyone who has experience with jet skis knows…..they break down….a lot. I called the company and they quickly came and got me and offered to put me on another ski. There is also a clock at the front of each jet ski so you don’t have to worry about how you are going to keep track of the time.We went back two days later for parasailing. Captain Christian and Brandon took us out. They were both amazing and made us feel very comfortable as soon as we got onboard. Each rider got about 10 minutes of flying time. You choose if you want to get wet or not (they let you down so your feet and lower body touch the water at the end of the flight). If you opt out, you stay dry the entire trip.Overall my family had a great experience with this company. We will absolutely go back again if given the opportunity.

We rented here twice this week while in Destin. The folks checking us in, and the deck hands were all very nice, and helpful. Our first day we had a JetSki and a Pontoon - the boat was nice, and the JetSki was fast and we absolutely loved it. Crab island and this area is amazing and I’d highly recommend the experience.We decided to rent a second time today and this time the boat is complete trash - if this were my business I’d be embarrassed to rent this boat. The gate on the front of the boat won’t stay shut, the seats are ripped, there are holes in the canopy, the canopy won’t latch down, the motor makes horrible noises and is difficult to steer, the radio does not work (there isn’t one anymore).When you spend $500 for half a day, I guess I just expect more than this POS boat. I’d give them a 5 star if it wasn’t for the boat condition as the workers are great, and the crab island area is amazing.

This was my first time parasailing so I didnt know what to expect. Thats why Im going to describe my experience in detail.Appointment was in 9:30 am but they pushed it to 11 am because of lack of riders. However they called to let me know about that so it was okay. After reaching they checked me in the office and told us to wait on the beach/jetty. Here we kept waiting for sometime without knowing when whos going to take us or when. Around 11:10 am the boat came and we boarded along with 8 other people, in total 10. The captain and the crew was very friendly and explained everything. If you want to take the photo package youll have to let them know here at the boat for the price of $30. The photos were promptly given in a SD card at the end of the ride and they were fine. The total experience was about an hour long and each rider got around 8-9 minutes of parasailing time. Overall a good experience.

This was our second time parasailing with this company! Captain Dave and Skippy were super nice and awesome guides!! They ensured our safety, while making sure we had a fun time! We’ll be sure to come back for a third time next Summer! The parking is adequate and off the main congested strip, which we love.

These people rented us a boat that had problems and they knew that boat had issues. An hour and a half in the water and the boat stopped working. The unfortunate thing is that it started raining really bad when it stalled and we couldnt move. We had kids and they were frightened because we couldnt move while it was storming. They finally sent a guy out to find us and got us moving again but by that time, the kids were ready to get off. They were scared. We rented the boat for a whole day and were only in the water for 1.5 hours when we stalled. The right thing for the business to do was to only charge me for a half day since the problem started with their boat. They refused to make it right. Save yourself the headache and bad experience and avoid them. There are plenty of other places in the area that will probably not screw you over if theres a problem with one their boats.

We rented jet skis for a very reasonable price. Some seaweed ended up getting stuck in our jet ski, but the staff quickly came to pull us back to shore. They made sure that before we went onto the water that we understood how to operate the ski SAFELY. We went back a few days later to do parasailing. Again, the staff was very friendly and informative. We got onto the boat with 6 other people, and we waited our turn to go up. The captain and the assistant were extremely friendly and professional. Definitely recommend Wet N Wild if you are wanting a fun, family experience.

If I could give this place a negative star that would be generous. We were very excited for our first pontoon experience only to be give a boat that was not working. The staff members told us the guy who worked on this specific pontoon (#27) was a complete waste and a horrible employee. We were told they’d switch boats but my kids were so scared to get back on it was such a waste of money and time. The manager didn’t even take any of that into consideration. All of this on my birthday no less, what an absolute disappointment!

We rented 4 jet skis. The staff was fun, courteous and professional. We ended up getting sea weed stuck in the intake, and they immediately sent help. The price was reasonable, the location is beautiful, we highly recommend this place if you’re looking for fun things to do! They also offer a military discount.

The deckhand Brandon was so nice and made us feel so comfortable! The captain Preston was also really nice and informative about the entire trip and gave a lot of good recommendations for food and other activities. Overall really enjoyed the whole trip and the entire family loved their time with the crew. If we ever come back we will be using wet n wild for parasailing and pontoon rentals! The owner is blessed with a perfect crew!

My daughter and I had a great time! It was her first time parasailing; Ive gone 2x before in Mexico Beach, but much preferred it here since you get directly on the boat rather than take banana boats to the main boat. Captain Dave and Brandon were excellent leads! Highly recommend👍

If you get a good boat then it will be very pleasant but my family got 2 jacked up boats. On the one the front door fell off! They looked very trashy and old but they have newer nicer boats...unfortunately my family didnt get one. The deck hands were great! Carried all of our things and had such a great attitude.

We took our 10 year old daughter up for the 1st time in Destin. Brandon and Dave were super awesome and made her feel very safe as well as giving us an awesome ride and pics!! We had tried a couple other companies before who all canceled due to claiming bad weather but were super glad that we were able to get through with wet and wild. Wish we had read the previous pontoon boat reviews. The boat we were rented was falling apart. Seat cushions ripped, gates broken and the top cover was broken and falling down the whole time. Our boys still enjoyed the time but for $500 I expected a newer, cleaner boat. Would recommend to look elsewhere or call to ensure you are getting an OK boat.

We had such an amazing parasailing experience with Skippy and Dave! I took my family for their first time and they were pretty nervous but they made everyone feel safe and comfortable. We had such a great time. I highly recommend Wet-n-Wild! Thank yall again!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!The facility is run down. The life jackets are worn, Sun damaged and ripped up. The “office” is a run down house. If i could give negative star reviews I would. I don’t see how this place isn’t shut down.

I read all the reviews about people born before 1988 needing a boating license all of which is clearly detailed on their site. My son had an out of state boating license so we called ahead just to make sure it would meet the requirements.The young lady was super helpful and said as long as is was NASBL approved course no problem. We fill out the waivers on line before we got there, as their site suggested. We rented 2 skis for 2 hours, spent some time exploring the bay and had a blast. Their location a bit out of the harbor made getting used to the ski in. Quieter area easier. Dockhands were super friendly. Follow the guidelines mentioned on their website and you’ll have no problems either. I would certainly rent from them again.

Total rip off! I drove 3 hours from Louisiana to jet ski here. Online I didn’t see anything about a $500 deposit for jet ski I thought it was for the boats it when you arrive the lady in the building does not greet you when you walk in she goes straight to saying “ you do know there’s a $500 deposit for the rentals “. No good morning, good afternoon, how are you my name is, nothing. I told her to cancel it because the info for the deposit may have been buried within the 3 page wavier I signed online but also there jet skis have some reviews of being horribly damaged. So if your renting people out jet skis that’s damaged why would I pay a deposit? Make it make sense. I’m pretty sure I would have received a damaged one, so no I’m not taking that chance. No Thank you

Our parasailing experience was wonderful! The staff was very friendly, our crew was knowledgeable and efficient. I didnt catch our captains name, but he did a great job taking care of all 12 patrons with smooth take off, dips, and landings. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY...I just got in town for a family trip and paid this Company $386 for two jet skies ( 2 hours for 2 jet skis)We walk in to the “office” which really is a rundown house where we see 4 young adults (18-20 years old) sitting at a table running the business.After putting an additional $1,000 deposit down on the jet skies (to ensure no damages) the young girls tell us we have to fill out 3 more additional documents.Long story short, we weren’t able to pass the boating license quiz (keep in mind this is a quiz you actually have to study/ prepare for and no one ever mentioned in the phone that we actually had to have this.)(Side note- I just moved from California and they don’t require boating license, so I was not aware that Fl required this)Anyways, after not passing the test. The young ladies laughed and told us that we couldn’t go out on the jet skies and refused to give us our money back.Not only did this happen to us, but there were 3 other people that came in hoping to rent a jetskie and last minute finding out that they had to pass a 25 question test as well. I spoke to one of the guys on the way out and he seemed very frustrated with the overall lack of communication and just poor management skills the company had to display.Needless to say we were very frustrated with how unprofessional this “company” was. I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute.If you are thinking about giving them company you’re money, think twice.

There was no toilet paper in either of the bathrooms, I heard another guest asking for some while we checked in- “we actually have toilet paper!” Apparently they don’t always?Plumbing was out, but they didn’t actually have the bathrooms closed. So they’re allowing customers to just use the toilets that don’t flush. Letting the human waste just pile up.I asked where I was supposed to go, they said the broken toilets. When I asked if they were serious, the man said, “I’m a boat captain, not a plumber!” You’re also a business offering customer service- call a plumber.A truly disgusting place. Avoid at all costs.

Me and my family did both the parasailing and jet skiing. The captains on the boat for parasailing were great and very friendly. It made the ride a whole lot more enjoyable, and he took good photos while we were in the air! We also did four hours in total of using the jet skis. I highly recommend wet n wild watersports and I guarantee that it wl be worth your time.

Horrible management. I believe Campbell is the manager needs some hospitality training horrible customer service. A lot of young kids work there they need to communicate better about timing when going and coming back. Campbell pretty much scolded my family and I when it was actually the employees that didnt communicate between each other. Campbell also tried to charge my family and I $100 dollars telling us we were 10 minutes late and that every 10 minutes is $100 which is ridiculous! I believe thats fraud!! I was told Travis was the owner but unable to speak to him. Totally unacceptable!

We loved the service from this company! Initially we booked parasailing but it was too windy and the captain decided for our safety to refund/reschedule/exchange, we traded for jet skiing which it was wonderful! Advise “take your phone with you” and know where you are before you leave. I ended up getting lost...after calling my husband, he got me back to where the company was, we were expecting an additional charge for the delay but they were amazing! From our experience this is a very professional company who will put your safety on top priority. We will use them again!!

Awesome ride! Enjoyed everything from the views to the dip before getting back on the boat! Instructors gave great instructions and it was all at a great price! I would definitely recommend!

Probably the most fun we have had in Destin yet. So glad we finally got the opportunity to do it. Staff was very funny and enjoyable the whole time. Even when you were on the boat you were having a good time watching other.

One of the best experiences you could have. Captain Dave and Skippy(Brandon) were awesome. They were extremely knowledgeable and adamant on safety. I wouldnt choose any other parasailing business in Destin. They also have ALOT of jetskis and other boats available for rentalAfter going into the air, you get a sense of serenity. Its quieter than a church at 1am and you can relax. Dave takes you out to the Gulf and views of the shore are amazing.If you get seasick like my spouse, take some Dramamine an hour before and youll be fine.

We went yesterday morning to rent JetSkis. I did lots of research going into the rental and found Wet-N-Wild to be the best fit for me and my girlfriend. Compared to the other rental places the prices are similar however Wet-N-Wild offered the newest jet skis. They have the Seadoo GTI and GTX models and they all are in great condition. These jet skis have lots of power and ours reached 57 mph. My recommendation is to do the boaters test online BEFORE you arrive to the facility and also make sure to sign all the waivers online as well. We got there about 40 min early and the check in process took less than 5 minutes. We also had the ability to go out on the skis early. All the workers were friendly. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!

We took our two oldest kids (11 and 14) parasailing for the first time on a 8:30 a.m. flight, our youngest loved riding in the boat watching everything. The kids were nervous but absolutely LOVED it! Captain Mason and Greg were great and er highly recommend Wet n Wild! We bought the photo package so we could enjoy our time and not deal with cameras and the pictures turned out awesome. The pictures below are ones I took on our way out of the bay.

Great prices and you get a nice amount of area to ride. Very flexible we had to move days and they worked with us. Close to crab island and plenty of things to do besides jet skis highly recently.
