Awesome trip. Awesome boats. Deck hands were amazing as well make sure and tip!! They do a wonderful job. We took 4 hours and was able to call and extend ours for 2 more hours!! We will definitely use this place again.

This was the BEST experience. It was for my daughters birthday and everyone had the BEST time. I am a little fearful of boats and have always been. The staff made me feel comfortable and at ease with the whole experience. The guys helped us unload our vehicles and carry our things to the boat, even helped blow up our floats. They were all very respectful and have great customer service skills and that goes a long way with my crew. We will for sure be back! There aren’t enough words to say on how great this group is. Make sure you rent only from Aloha.

We love this place!!!The equipement was well taken care if, clean super nice for rentals. It was a windy day and the 50 hp motor did fine and having 24 was a definite. We had a blast at Crab Island and then putzed around looking at boats and real estate.Everyone at Aloha had a fantastic attitude, very cheerful and helpful. I highly recommended using Aloha, they earned this 5 star!!!

These guys were super awesome. Whenever we have friends come to visit we always take them out on an epic tour but finding out about the locals deal was a sweet thing. Their boats are brand new, great speakers, super roomy, super comfortable ride and we had an absolute blast. They made the process easy and even gave us tips that literally no other boat rental place had ever mentioned. We will definitely use them again if not every time from here on out.... super legit🤙🏾✔

We have rented a pontoon boat from this company 2 summers in a row. I can not recommend them enough! Their boats are beautiful and well taken care of. They have men who help carry your belongings from your car to the boat. They give detailed instructions on boat operation. Amazing customer service from the day I booked the pontoon. Once we arrive there was someone there to help us immediately. We were on the water within 10 mins. The boat was super clean and once we came back to dock there was someone there to take all of our stuff for us up the steps. Overall amazing experience and we will definitely be back!!

We unfortunately didnt have good weather but the pontoon was very nice. Communication was very easy and priced very reasonable. They came and fetched our luggage and returned it to the car. Will definitely rent again.

We had a large group in Destin from Ohio for our wedding. We rented 5 pontoons for our group and they handled us extremely well. Great communication beforehand. Loaded up our boats for us and gave us instructions for safe use of the boats. All brand new 2021 boats too. Would highly recommend.

Rented a pontoon boat from these folks, quite expensive three hundred and forty dollars including tip. That just for four hours of sailing time split five ways wasnt bad. Staff friendly and courteous even loaded our stuff from the car.

Went out yesterday with wife and step daughter. First time driving any kind of boat. Everyone had a great time. Boat was in great condition. Crew was extremely helpful, especially when I had trouble getting it docked. Looking forward to doing it again very soon and definitely will use Aloha.

This group has made major updates to their check-in process. The outdoor rental desk is newly remodeled and the boats are great. I took my father-in-law Mike, and my 3 kids (ages: 9, 6, and 2) out in the bay for a boat ride and a picnic and these guys knew what they were doing, gave us all the important details. We tipped accordingly. The instructions were very clear and the included map was actually very simple and easy to follow. Thanks for a great day out in the Destin Bay, and Crab Island. We had the best experience and it was our first time driving a boat on our own. Very simple process and friendly staff. The walk thru was so helpful. The pontoons are literally brand new. We had 6 people and spent a few hours at Crab Island. They loaded our things on and off and even take your trash for you. We cant wait to get back!

We decided to do a 4 hour rental as we didnt want to spend all day on a boat. With that being said 4 hours is not enough time. From the dock to Crab Island takes a while in a no wake zone. Then its a slow go all around the area until you get out further into the bay. Then the top speed wasnt that great with such a little motor. The staff were friendly enough and the boat was clean and nice. But ultimately it was the price that was the kicker. $350.00 for a half day with insurance. I personally felt it was a bit steep. My rental car for five days was only $160.00 granted you cant drive to Crab Island. Its one of those things where I didnt feel cheated but also didnt feel like I got my moneys worth.

Amazing staff! When we pulled into the parking lot we were greeted immediately and ushered into our parking spot. From there they loaded up our stuff and carried it to the loading area. The check in process was easy so long as you were born before 1988. Our boat was NICE! We had plenty of storage and seating was comfortable. They did a great job explaining the boat and where to go for snorkeling. We will definitely rent aloha again in the future!

While searching for boat rentals Aloha was a random one that came up. I was honestly a bit of a skeptic because it was so affordable. I especially had concerns when we didnt have to pay up front to reserve.I was SO pleasantly wrong! Kylie answered a of my silly questions quickly and honestly. Tyler, a crewmember gave us 1st timers a complete guide on what to do/where to go and also what NOT to do.We had no issues! Boat was big and clean. Lots of storage, ice cooler and radio connection. (No charging port though).Would highly recommend and definitely book all our adventures through Aloha 🤗🤗

What can I say about this company and their employees. They are all so amazing. Started off with the phone call looking to rent and spoke to Kylie. She was AMAZING and so helpful. We had a really bad experience the day before and called them and they were so accommodating to us. We get there and there was a line, it moved so quickly. This company has it down to a T. They walked us to our boat, gave us a run through and then gave us a new boat too. All of their boats are super nice. There are these dockhands that are so helpful and you can ask any question. They are hustling around there making sure everyone is happy. They don’t put you off on one or the other, they all help. Had a great time on the water. We get back and they take care of all the trash and carry our Ice Chest for us. I recommend these guys 100%.... you will not be disappointed

Best ever!!! Had pontoons available for immediate rental during 4th of July. Gave a discount for renting full 8 hour days, day after day after day. Clean boats, dont have to refill gas before returning, didnt give us hours of training and rules. And them helpers were the best!!! They unloaded and loaded everything for us! Included trash bags and disposed of it for us too! Super nice and friendly! TIP THEM BOYS GOOD!!!! THEY DESERVE IT!! 😁

Rented pontoon for the day. We arrived and were greeted right away by young man who helped us with parking. The reservation desk worked efficiently and everyone was friendly and thankful of our patronage. The pontoon was in excellent condition. I have rented pontoons before and this one was in top shape. It looked brand new. I will not rent from anywhere else. These folks are tops!!

Well i must i have been very pleasantly surprised!! Both Tommy and Kylie reached out to me concerning our ladder and not so new boat experiences we had back on August 4th and both said they wanted to make this right. Long story short, our full day rental fee was reimbursed and with the promise of a half price reduction on our next rental. I must tell you that i did not expect that and seeking a reimbursement was not my goal. Regardless, Tommy and Kylie cared enough to do this when they could just easily have let this slide. THAT’S carrying about your business and customers and ensuring their time is as enjoyable as possible. 4 Stars only because I hate to give bad reviews. The staff was very friendly but the overall experience was kind of frustrating. We got out to Crab Island only to discover we had no anchor. I called Kylie and she and a guy delivered one too us which was very nice. The ladder on the pontoon was broke and there were no hand rails which made getting back in the boat very .difficult. The most frustrating was that when we tried to go outside of Crab Island just to cruise around the motor kept stalling out. I called Kylie who put one of the guys on the phone and they told us to pump the fuel line by the engine. This was a temporary fix. We had to do this several times and it was dangerous when we would stall out with the other boats around. I know stuff happens but for the amount of money you pay, everything should be in working order.
