I came in as a walk-in for a fill on acrylics with gel polish. The price was okay at $35. Im not happy with the way my nails turned out. The shaping is really crooked and the edges were rough and unfinished looking. The tech didnt do a good job of cutting back my cuticles and there is so much space at the cuticles that it looks like I already have a week of growth. She didnt use a base coat and the polish is lumpy, uneven, and bubbly, and it looks like the color is not fully opaque in some spots. Im not even sure if she could see what she was doing as the lighting was very poor, and I guess it shows in the outcome. Seems like others have had better luck, but I dont think I will take my chances here again.

Jenny is very sweet & a good technician. Her husband is also sweet; I overheard him tell another client Those look so good on you! After he was finished w/ her nails. Jennu helped me pick the right color to go with the color I had already picked. Offered drink automatically. Jenny is also a good listener. She expressed she loved talking to me & that she will see me next time. I am going back. It was a real good experience. They take walk-ins, though Appointments are preferred. I had an appointment. Loved the atmosphere & experience.

I have never had acrylic nails before and Savannah did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable about getting them. I love my new nails. Audrey did an amazing pedicure.. last Jenny waxed my eyebrows I feel like a new person. I will be back. Awesome environment.

The experience was great but the nail tech didn’t give me exactly what I wanted. I showed him the picture and when he started to do the lines he didn’t ask for the picture he just free styled and some of them aren’t even lines. Next time I go back I’ll ask for a lady. I love everyone here. All the techs are amazing and treat us like family. The atmosphere is inviting and we always feel welcome. My daughter loves getting pedicures in their kid sized pedicure chairs as well! 💅🏼♥️

I saw Vince. It was my first time. Just moved here and i chose this place because of all the great reviews.I felt so comfortable with everyone. Even the customers were so nice.Vince took time in helping me find the right color for my french tip. He is friendly, helpful, talented and i look forward to going back.

As a male it’s not as common to go in for a pedicure which all the employees could tell so they made my experience so welcoming and comforting. Every one was so nice and helped on my new experience with getting pedicures. My time spent there was full of laughter and relaxation. Definitely making it a monthly routine thanks to everyone at Jenny’s!

I absolutely loved my experience here. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. I had a wide variety of awesome and unique colors to choose from. The pedicure was absolutely amazing and I just got the basic one. Best leg massage of any pedicure I have ever received. My nails turned out absolutely exquisitely. I will absolutely be back in highly recommend this to anyone getting their nails done in the area.

The best salon in Crestview I love this place! I didnt even know about this place until I heard about them from 5 different girls with such a pretty nails perfect shaped. So I came with a picture that I been wanted it done for so long and LITERALLY all the nail salons in Crestview cant do it, dont have the stuffs to do it, and some attempted and Horrific failure. But Vince He did it even better than picture Ive shown him. The thing I liked about him is hes very humble guy and not cocky like other people I know what Im doing!, I do Nails 20 years! or Some said I teaches nails! Yet you cant even do what I asked for.Everyone was friendly , professional, love the vibe of the salon, everyone be talking to each others, laugh and getting along very well. They alway speak english to each others, they dont talk in theirs language like some places do and then be looking at you and laugh...I hate that! They understand you when you tell them what you want, explaining thing and go through all the steps during service. Im surprised they 4.5 stars as they should be 5 stars rating on Google. I highly recommend trying out this place out.

Im a nail snob💅 I have only reviewed one other nail salon that deserved credit where it was due;) With that out the way- dont sleep on Jenny Nails and Spa! Vince & Jen are so kind, patient, and down to 🌎! There is another nail tech (I wish I could remember your name) who is freaking hilarious and has me laughing everytime Ive gone in! The quality is top notch & dont get me started on the unique designs...found it on Pinterest *they can do it * saw the nails of your dreams in your sleep? Theyll make it a reality!Do yourself a favor and make an appointment (they do take walk-ins, but I prefer to have a dedicated time slot- ya girl is busy🤷🏻‍♀️) & one last thing...they have vino🍷🥂 who doesnt love to be a lil extra while getting their nails done💋 (pic: 1 week old nails💚)

Upon arrival there was no wait. They were very quick to address you. Jenny and her husband are amazing and very sweet. Their work speaks volumes, Jenny was so gentle while doing my nails and made sure I was very happy step by step! The other nail tech Savanna who did my pedi was also great she did such and amazing job with my feet and was so patient and very professional. I enjoyed my first time visit and look forward to going back!! Highly recommended you want be upset at all.

This place has an amazing atmosphere. The employees are so nice, especially the owner. She’s so kind and most importantly really good at her job! I got a pedicure today and it was so relaxing. She offered wine or water. There are different options for a pedicure with really good prices. I felt so pampered and relaxed. I always get scared they will cut off something that’ll hurt, but my experience was far from that. I never leave reviews so this says a lot!!!!

I absolutely love this place. I got a full set of acrylics and they were absolutely beautiful. Sadly I had to get them off bc my work wouldn’t allow it and They were very understanding and allowed me to take them off for no charge. They are very understanding. And I wouldn’t go to anyone else in crestview except here. This place is comfortable and nice and the amazing nails techs are always sure to have conversations with you which is an experience you don’t get at most nail salons. Would 100% recommend going here!
